Signed a 6 month lease for mail forwarding at $120 a month. After 3 months they stopped charging me and blocked my account. I contacted them 4 times and the only response that I get is "We don't know, you need to support a ticket". Anyway it's been over 6 months and I never recieved a single piece of mail from them nor any service and some how they are claiming that I owe them $1,700.

Irrational, criminal, thieves. The management should be in prison. Charged me for two months in 2020 when the offices were closed due to the Covid-19 shut down. I disputed those charges as I was not allowed in the building in ***, It was closed. In fact, I was told to not even go outside, let alone to this closed office. They would not reason with me. Many phone calls to various levels explaining to them this very easy to understand issue, but they would not budge. I finally gave up and they have been charging me their fake amount due, plus $50+ late fee every month. It's now Jan ************************************ How do they get away with this?

The worst co-working office experience I have encountered in my entire life. Total scam company. Shoutout to ************, my "customer support" for being the big man's crony in cheating people of their money. As other reviewers mention, there are hidden fees everywhere. They made multiple mistakes on my invoice (kitchen amenity charges for coffee, which I didn't even ask for but was tacked on and required me to email and follow up to get removed), and billed me MONTHS ahead of my actual usage date (attempting to justify what is clearly a scam with their so-called "policies), and then proceeded to:1. Run me around in circles to make it intentionally difficult to terminate my membership within the 30-day notice period (raising a help ticket is the only way to terminate membership? Really? And they kept trying to me to call them when I gave notice - again, intentionally making it difficult)2. Charge me for an additional month by trying to hide behind their legal "policies" and using customer "support" to frustrate and obfuscate any attempt at clarity or providing a satisfactory resolution (I signed a MONTH-TO-MONTH agreement that was to begin in October, and they somehow thought it was not only fair to charge me in August for October, but to keep that up so they're making me pay two months in advance of real word time, and then trying to sneakily tell me that when I give a "30 day notice" that really means my membership is going to end in 60 days, and oh yeah, I'll have to keep paying for those future months at the start of this month. What honest business expects to be paid months ahead of delivering value to a customer, especially without the customer's awareness and consent?Security gave me a hard time when I was trying to move in. Badging via the app was never set up properly for me, even though I had emailed to indicate it wasn't working. All minor annoyances that I honest-to-god had no energy or time to pursue... now I see the red flags. Hindsight is 20/20.

I've been with Regus since 2015 and have been robbed blind. Initially, I did not pay attention, but it was hard to get out when I started to notice the practice. I've been overcharged, fees taken that haven't been explained, and they've even threatened to continue taking money from me if I break the contract. Since covid 2020, I've used my office possibly 20 times. I mainly go in to pick up my mail, and my monthly fee is more than my mortgage. I asked to downgrade, and the rude woman from the corporate office told me they never do downgrade, which is just their policy. Her attitude and demeanor were disrespectful; I would say to her that. After purchasing a full membership complete with the office from this company in 2015, they could not do anything with me in terms of offering better rates, making a sense adjustment, or offering good customer service. At least ten company managers have come through my office since 2015. This is the most unethical, egregious, money-hungry company one could ever lease from. Do not waste your time or your money. I guarantee you will regret it and will have nothing good to say about it when you leave. I had no choice initially; I was young, my work required an office space, and I took the first thing I could find. Tough ****** learned. I would much rather lose contracts with insurance companies than remain leasing and giving my money to a company that does not respect its business, does not provide quality services, and lie to the consumers to **** them in and take their money. Poor, poor, poor business management skills - in the corporate office. Run!

Thieves. Do not believe the advertisements or fall for the promotions. They will get the money back plus 3 times what you thought you were saving. Once you add your credit card to the account you will begin seeing random fees being charged. Each month they will go up. If you dispute it they will fight the dispute. I signed up for a $778 office space they said was originally ****. Before I moved in I already had $2300 in charges on my card. By the 3rd month the total on my card was $6300. Now here on the 4th month I was just billed another $1700 bringing the total to over $8000 in 4 months. The charges are totally bogus made up things like a reconditioning or office fit out fee. Most of the invoices have no information on the additional charges. When you contact the corporate office they blame the local office and vice versa. I tried to terminate the lease and they threatened me. I advise you to not lease a space here or any of their buildings. Their business is struggling to keep tenants so they are doing whatever they can to make up for the losses and over billing. Save the headache and keep working from home. I wish I had.

Very unethical company and hidden fees everywhere! If you have an issue they blame the tenant rather than addressing the issue of the company (rude property management, lack of office equipment that is included in rent, etc). When I contacted upper management regarding the rudeness and unprofessionalism of their property managers I was basically told it was a misunderstanding on my part even though they cost be business. Would NOT recommend!

Purchased a business virtual office space and wanted to cancel after a few month: they insist on charging us for the rest of the term. This is a fictitious office space.this is fraud. This company reforms their services instead of continuing these horrible business practices. This is deceptive practices and fraud.

Date of transaction occurred 11/12 at 5:16pm. I purchased a virtual office for first month's fee $65 and a $99 one-time activation fee = $164. 11/13 I received an invoice stating my card was charged $138 and $65 = $203. 11/13 I also received an email stated that each invoice monthly will increase by $1, which is also not written in the signed agreement. Regus committed to give me a virtual office for $65 per month for 25 months. The dispute is regarding Regus charging my card without my authorization $39 over our written agreement. The dispute is Regus attempting to charge my card without my authorization and in breech of contract $1 increase per month for 24 months. The dispute is against Regus despite my written request of terminating contract both through email, verbally via phone and through Regus website has denied my request to terminate contract prior to 11/2025. The dispute against Regus is following my written request to buy out the remainder of the contract (24months) for $1,560 has been denied via the Regus query which is not stated within the written contractual agreement. Regus has not attempted to resolve my request of terminating the contract prior to 11/2025 due to their breech of contract and unauthorized use of my card.
