      REGUS ******* is over-priced for amenities that are not working. Lots of utilities breaking down and not serviced for use. Entry door glass shattered and boarded up.No heat in space for 2nd year in a row, 50 degrees when entering in the winter, no air conditioning past summer for historic heat wave (over 80 degrees in the space). Had to leave office and work else where due to the high heat in the unit and no windows to open in the entire office's spaces. No fresh air circulation. No concessions or deduction on rent for these issues. Workers onsite during work day on the spaces with noise and interruptions and issues. Poor internet, cell phones do not work in units and need to go outside to transmit with zoom, photos and texts as the building is in a dead zone. Very poor support for issues when a complaint is given. Very difficult to conduct a business and not contusive to perform at the level needed in this structure. Would not recommend this for a business space. No deductions if you decline the cleaning service, they hold your monies and will not let you downsize your space for a lesser space and amount. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE SPACE.Research carefully what they offer and what they will not accommodate.

      Don't know if more negative reviews with help but my experience was less than desirable. Rented a virtual office and within 24 hours tried to cancel.l The customer. service could care less about the reason or anything else. The only response was, that I signed an agreement. If you are looking for an affordable office there are better more affordable options. If you are looking for anything that resembles customer service this is not the place.Ended up renting several spaces and offices from their competition. Buyer beware.

      Hidden fees EVERYWHERE! dont trust the sales people there. I have been charged for two spaces instead of the one I wanted for the last 3 months.. they failed to inform me that when you decide to move on the charge you an outrageous amount per square foot to "get the room back to standards..." even if you never did anything to alter the room... getting anyone to talk to about any concerns is impossible. not worth it at all!

      I did my research on virtual Office Space and Regus comes up. SO, I Decided to give them a try and When I signed up for 24-month contract because the fee was a lot cheaper than $99.00. Regus made me wait 2 days before I can gain access to the ************** space and then the 2nd day finally got a hold of someone. They tell me I owe them for 2 days of Nov because I signed up on the 28th. The secretary tells me I owe for December as well so I ask her about the invoice I just paid yesterday. She tells me what I paid was a fee to join but when I signed up it told me if I do 24`month contract all I would pay was $65.00 plus small fee which adds up to ******. I ask her about the false advertising and she told me that's billing issue but I ask her what's the number to billing department she told me they Don't have any billing department.

      I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS!!! I rent multiple offices from this place, they require 2 *****S, along with the ***** OF. things start to get awful with these people. Since they have direct deposit, they can do whatever they want. They have OVER CHARGED ME and amount of $10,000 by now. My husband has been disputing this wrongful charge for the past 2*****S. We have a plethora of emails between the **************** office Off ********* with *******, *****, and ****** regarding wrongful charges that just wont get refunded. They have also wrongfully charged us LATE payment fees when their rent comes out of business changing account AUTOMATICALLY. AND IT HAS NEVER BOUNCED!!! Eventually, they credited that to our account because of course, we were told oh I dont know how that could happen but yet it still did!!!! Recently, they said they tried to refund us $4900 that they STILL owe us and the person ******* said it went to a ***** Fargo account. WHAT THE ******* They have our account clearly, they take money from it. We have ENT!!!! SO of course, that money never came to us. So we are still waiting for that, 2 months later. Just this week, they come back and charge us another late payment fee!!! AGAIN!!!! What the f?!!!! So here we are disputing this too as this is NOT accurate since they have OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!!Im more than happy to provide all photos of our communication and their lack of professionalism on their part. They should SUED!!!!!

      I feel like I was miss lead on pricing for a month to month lease by the agent who showed me the property. I paid my deposit and was then told I have to paid an additional monthly deposit before I even accepted keys. I decided not to take the property and take the deposit as a loss, but they then contacted me several times saying. I owed 2 mths rent on a space I only set foot in to see and had no keys too. A few months I received an email from ********** staying my credit has changed.

      I moved into my Regus office because I was given very little notice that I needed to vacate my current space. With very little time to find a new spot Regus was the obvious choice. If I had done my research I would have never signed with them. My local team was great, but everything else has been difficult to deal with. I was charged two additional months of rent 18 days after they confirmed my cancellation. It took over a month to have those charges refunded. Then I was also charged a $664.47 deep cleaning fee. My office was roughly 15x10. This was absurd because I returned my space in the same condition I received it. They claim the service is for deep cleaning desk drawers and spot cleaning carpet. This is b.s. because all I had in the room was a small table (with no drawers) and a computer chair. There were no additional carpet stains. The only stains in the room were from the previous tenants. So obviously they dont do too much spot cleaning. I have pictures and videos of what the rest of the office looks like. I will share it on other review sites. The definition of a junk fee to me is a charge for a service that is not performed. JUNK FEE!

      Worst experience with Regus Specially This branch, ***************************************************************************, They are the biggest scammers and fraud people, We have used their services for couple of days and as it wasn't worth and useful for us, so we also tried to cancel the services various times and inform for the same and they don't have any simple way to cancel the services, we informed them but they did not disconnected at that time and now they have given the invoice to pay for $773 and apart for the main monthly bill of that was $58 they charged and multiplied the amount without even letting us know. when I called so the young lady ****** said that she can't help in that and continuously saying as robot that you need to clear the dues if you want that account to be closed otherwise the every time the late fee will be added that is $46.And they have the worst policy/agreement for 6 months, once you take the services you are trapped and can not come or cancel without their sucking permission and rules. its a metal harassment.I asked her to have some loyalty we have not used the services and you keep taking our precious money, they are **** people. THEY JUST MAKE THE CUTOMERS AND INNOCENT PEOPLE MAD AND ALWAYS TRY TO ****** MONEY BY SAYING ITS THE WORST POLICY.Please do not trust such scammers.

      Absolutely the worst landlord experience. They are unreachable, non responsive, and completely unethical. We are considering legal action now. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They aren't worth One Star.

      Worst company in the world! There needs to be a class action lawsuit against these scammers they wont return my $7,000 security deposit and keep making excuses for me to pay them more money!
