Fraudsters. They don't tell you the obvious rules. It is like they want to trick you into paying more. I could not change my booking days when my plans changed even 2-3 days before my booking.

Rented a Regus office for 6 months with a $3,000 deposit. Regus stated they would return the deposit within days and we are nearing ********************************************************** 5-7 business days and now are not responding. It appears we will have to file a complaint with the attorney general.

They will auto-renew you for two years at a time. To their credit, they technically send a reminder email (********, ** branch), but they spam you with so much other email throughout the year that actually noticing the one email that matters is tough. Everything is friendly and five-star in the beginning when they're signing you up fresh (and the mail forwarding worked fine for me), but it's like the Hotel California. They can't be negotiated with. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I've had two other workspace arrangements prior to Regus, and both were more flexible and did a better job of treating me fairly.

A TOTAL DISASTER! I have not been able to cancel the membership because it tells me that it will be canceled from February ****. and I really want to cancel it immediately because I am very unhappy with the service and I want to end this relationship in the best way for both parties, because Regarding everything that appears in the contract they offered me, they have only fulfilled the part that I can have an office, but I have had to change REGUS headquarters because they sell all the offices, so the ones that are available are in a TERRIBLE CONDITION OF CONSERVATION, dirty walls, no air conditioning and even no internet, in addition to all the above, our clients cannot wait at the reception while we look for them, now they have to wait outside Regus, which is always there with the doors closed and our clients in the hallways waiting.I'm talking about the ***** and Blue ****** headquarters in *****.I have videos of everything I've been through at Regus ***** and Regus Blue ******, if you want I can send them to you.I definitely don't want anything with REGUS from now on.STAY AWAY FROM REGUS, IT'S THE WORST.The only thing I want is to cancel the contract and keep the money that they have already taken from me. I give it to them, but I don't want to continue paying more money for a disaster like Regus.

I signed a lease with Regus in March 2022 for two years. Late may or early June 2023, they emailed me stating that the landlord at ***************************************************** Suite 300, ***********, ** ***** has terminated their lease and I have to vacate the office by June 15, 2023. I vacated the office on June 14, 2023 and to date they have no returned by security deposit. They emailed me on Sep 4, 2023 stating my security deposit will be in my account in 5-7 business days but to date, I have no received anything. In August 2023, they said they also attempted to return my security deposit but I had given them the wrong bank account number (LIES) . Since we were only given 2 weeks to vacate, we did not have enough time to contact all our clients to notify them of the change of address. They lost all my email and stopped collecting mail from the ***** building. Terrible company. Stay away.

I signed an agreement to rent an office space with Regus in *******, **. The office was not scheduled to open until 10/2/23 (it was a new build). I am just getting started as a registered dietitian/small business owner and see my clients virtually. After a couple months in business, I realized I would not have the face to face volume of business to justify having an office space. Upon deciding not to move forward with renting an office space, I cancelled my reservation in mid-September. Although I did not move into the office, I was still charged over $800 for an office space costing $375 monthly. I had to submit multiple requests to be excused from paying an office restoration fee (a fee to return an office to its original condition before being occupied by a tenant). In other words, I was being charged to restore an office I never moved into and it was a brand-new build. After several inquiries, this fee was finally dropped. The office space I would have rented could have easily been rented to another tenant. Regus stated they do not sublease and I was responsible for the first month. Additionally, I had to submit multiple requests to be released from my obligation to give a 30-day notice (being charged through November or 2 months). This experience was awful! Unless you have a well-established business net worth, and even then, I do not recommend leasing from Regus Management company with ***** locations, 900 cities and 120 countries. I hope by sharing my experience with this company, I am able to save someone from having one of their own!

This company is a total fraud. Today is 9/29/2023, it has been over 60 days and they have not returned my $1350 retainer deposit back. I have submitted 10s of ticket which is the only way to contact them and through local front desk manager they were escalated but no success. Everyone is pointing to the finance and finance is nowhere to be found, no point of contact. Ive been continuously calling to the people at the office location I rented and they are super nice and genuinely trying to solve the matter, but they are helpless like me. Stay away from this company, its amazing how company like this is running in the US who doesnt honor contract. They wanted to renew the contract three months before the lease ends and they dont want to return retainer deposit without a fight. At this point I am not even sure if I will get my money back. I call for a legal action to this company. Reading all the reviews, they are doing it to many people. Lets do something, enough is enough!!!!

I requested my retainer on 7/31/23 and according to the Regus policy, I should receive my retainer in 30 days. Guess what? No retainer and it's going on 60 days. Other then communication with the site office managers, all communication has been via email and the help desk keeps telling me the same thing (we are working on this matter). On Sept 15th I was told my retainer refund has been processed and it would be deposited into my checking account within ************************** days and that time has passed and nothing. I keep putting in request via the help desk and I speak with the community managers and still nothing. I have asked for a phone call but you guessed it, nothing. I rented from Regus for 3 years and never missed a rent payment and still I can't get my retainer. This is unprofessional and frustrating but obviously they don't care. The community site managers have been helpful but it's obvious there's only so much they can do. Just give me my money please!!!
