      Over $2000 just disappeared from my retainer over a month ago when the deposit was requested, according to the agreement. I wish I had read all of these complaints before signing an agreement with Regus. There is no way to speak to them unless the customer is buying products. ********************** has no customer support lines and all responses go to the community.

      *********************** is a fraud out of *************** FLA. He lies about the fees and then charges you 3x what you we're told. He is more concerned with standing in line to get the new IPHONE then returning money to the business he rips off. When contacting him he dismisses his fraud and claims the charges are vailid.       Refused to return my money for an agreement that has not even began yet. For one you charged my account 4 months in advance of the start date and now you tell me that there is no way out of an agreement that has not even began??? Their response was once it is signed it can only be cancelled by them or if you become insolvent / bankrupt. Are you kidding me?? STAY AWAY!!! They will hold you hostage and refuse to cancel anything.. I hate to write this review because the ladies at the actual location are so nice and helpful; this is corporate's way of doing business and it ***** that they have to work for such a company. I can only imagine how they are treating them. It's a shame.. Do yourself and your business a favor and STAY AWAY from Regus!!!!

      Regus is very efficient at taking your money when it is owed to them, but terrible at returning your money when it is owed to you. I recently moved out of my office and was promised that my $1762 retainer would be returned within "30 to 60 days" (you have to ask for it back; it's not automatic). 72 days passed, no refund and no explanation as to why. They only way to communicate with the corporate office is by submitting a "ticket" with their help desk, which is manned by people who can't actually assist you. Their response was that I would have to wait an additional 30 days for the refund to be included in the next "payment run", followed by another 5-7 days for it to actually be deposited in my account. So, to summarize, 1) Regus did not return the retainer as promised, 2) I had to take action to get Regus to generate the refund, and 3) I still have to wait another 30+ days (over 90 days total) to get the refund. At this point, I can only hope Regus follows through and actually returns the retainer. I still haven't received any explanation as to why this refund is taking so long.On a positive note, Regus's help desk is very good at apologizing for any inconvenience.Regus's local office managers are very easy to work with in my experience (thus the second star). But they have very little leeway to help with a real issue. Regus corporate is the problem. This is not the first issue I've had with Regus reneging on a promised payment or delaying a refund (e.g., referral rewards never paid for referrals). But - at least in my case - it will certainly be the last. And watch out for the outrageous office "restoration" fee when you move out. For me it was $564 for a 120 sq ft office with no windows, which they liberated from my bank account 15 days BEFORE I moved out. I'm pretty sure I just paid for updated furniture for the next occupant.

      Buyer beware!!!! It's a bait n switch. They brought me in with a reasonable monthly rate for a virtual office (Short Hills location) then upon renewal increased it by 32%, which is egregious. I called and left messages with no response, I emailed with no response. When I finally got through it was past the renewal date. Then I was told if I canceled that I would still be responsible for the full amount. On top of all of that my business has never been registered at that location by them. So when it's searched it doesn't even come up. Complete and total waste of money.

      This is a shady company that refuses to stop charge for services that were canceled months ago. Stay away from any of the ********* offices. I wish I could give 0 stars

      Looking for people to bring a Class Action lawsuit against Regus! If interested, please leave a reply. They are a complete scam. I have tried for months to cancel the upcoming contract for the next year way ahead of time, speaking to numerous customer service managers through the months in anticipation of cancellation with no success. I recently discovered a confirmation email about renewing that was in my spam three months prior to the new contract date of October 2023, and without my authorization, they renewed the contract and are refusing to cancel it before the contract date is even to begin in October. I have furnished them screenshots of phone logs and my spam folder with their email, and they just disregard it and reply with an I'm sorry, but...

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REGUS. They are very much a company which will attempt to trick you or bill you for incidentals you never ordered or requested. The center managers/customer support will not help when you find erroneous fees or errors, and buyer beware when switching offices or upgrading/downgrading as they will attempt to trick you. I ended up carrying 2 offices for months when the center manager knew only 1 was needed. They do not care and have predatory practices. Run, don't walk.

      Ultimate level of disaster! I made an accidental Business Address membership purchase from one of the Regus location and my membership term isn't even starting until the next day and they are telling me that they cannot terminate this and i am stuck paying this service for 24 months. The emails back and forth the language they use is very unprofessional and they are basically telling me hey you signed the agreement and you are stuck with us i didnt even rent space i simply purchased an address and i shouldnt be paying for the serive that i will not use.

      This company is very much a scam. Terrible customer service. They overcharge and will not respond via email and the community manager at the location will not do anything over the phone to help..Once I could finally find a number for customer service they were also unhelpful - ******* actually told me not to "demand" help from the area manager because they would be unresponsive if you express your dismay for how your account is being handled. Stay away.
