Regus stands as a shocking testament to how NOT to manage billing and customer service. Eager for a simple workspace solution, I began my journey with them by purchasing a lounge membership. Little did I know that this was my first step into a quagmire of incompetence.Seeking an upgrade to a private office, I was astonishingly overcharged for four months of a service that was already included in the new package. In a bid to prevent more blunders, I removed my credit card from their system. Yet, the true debacle started when Regus took over three weeks to rectify this error. After several chasers on my end, their delay led to a late fee on my first private office invoice. How ironic.Upon addressing this, I was met with a maze of contradictory emails. Their solution? Pay the unwarranted late fee first and then they'd "generously" credit it back. The time it took to get to this point? Another late penalty. This circus had dragged on for so long that I never even graced the threshold of the private office I was paying for.Desperate, I reached out to their CEO, *******************. The outcome? A deafening silence. This entire fiasco underscores Regus's glaring absence of customer service and complete lack of accountability. My advice is unambiguous: steer clear of Regus. They've mastered the art of complicating the uncomplicated, and you'd be better off seeking alternatives than getting ensnared in their web of ineptitude.

Worst company we have ever done business with. We never even stepped foot in the office and we get hit with coffee and water charges, and also a ******* bill for 3 months of office rent. The office space is ****** a month. We were extremely clear that we werent going to be in town for a couple more months, they told us the offices were getting leased quickly so we could reserve one. We were told we could reserve then come pick one out when we were back in town. Thats the agreement we thought we had signed. That wasnt the case. They leased us an office we think? Never got keys an office number.nothing. Just a huge bill. I called and tried to explain the issue thinking it would be an easy fix. Not the case. **************** was rude and just didnt care. If you do any research on this company they have thousands of lawsuits against them. Im shocked they can still be in business. I would assume they will be gone soon.

This company is scam artist and should be banned from doing business in *****************. Ive been dealing with this sorry company for nearly a year fighting to stop them from attempting to charge me for services that I never ever received. I been cancelled my account with them shortly after never being able to receive any service and they continued to attempt to charge me and even sent me to collections. I paid them and the collection agency even though I never was able to use their service and immediately after paying the collection agency they solely reinstated my account somehow without my permission or authorization and is now attempting to charge me again for services I never authorized or consented to. This should be illegal! I advise everyone to stay away from doing any business with this company and save yourself the headache and trouble.

I have used Regus office space services for almost 2 yrs as a mental health counselor meeting with 3-6 patients every Wednesday and Friday. The first month they charge me 3-4x and this was not on there invoice. I had to ask for them to refund these and they refunded 2. Occasionally they would cease my ability to book my days stating that I owed money. I would need to use their system for them lift the issue. Their system is sending them an email. There is no live person that can resolve your issues or resolve it promptly, so I was forced to pay over what I owed several times in order to book the room to meet my previously scheduled clients. They have also charged me miscellaneous fees that were not part of our contract 2x. When I asked for a refund, they refused to provide one. Most recently they would not let me book my regular days, stating I owed them >$1000. Their accounting is incorrect and my bank statements resemble this fact. I reached out to them once again through email for them to solve the issue. They responded by sending me the same incorrect invoice. I replied with screenshots of my bank statements and they replied again with the same incorrect invoice. I had paid for the next month, and at this point I was unable to book sessions without paying them over $1000 I didn't owe. Due to this unresolved issue, I could not use their services. Consequently, I WAS FORCED TO PAY SEVERAL TIMES, over paid for the last month and lost a lot of income, while inconveniencing my clients, who are mental health patients!Lastly, they threatened to get legal involved for the charges they claim I owe them. The audacity of a company to be so inconsiderate after ~ 2 yrs of loyal and consistency, is astonishing. We cannot let companies like Regus get away with BULLYING. I am grateful for BBB. When I looked up Regus on BBB and found that others had similar complaints I felt validated, however, I would like to take more action to stop them from continuing this injustice.

This place is a complete rip off! They advertise as a virtual office yet after you make a payment they give you a PMB address instead. This is false advertisement! I already have a PMB that I pay $10 p/month for which is why I wanted to get a virtual office...not another PMB! Also, when signing up they tell you the amount to pay which is an activation fee plus prorated monthly fee...after you pay it, they charge your card automatically for that amount plus an additional month! They sent an email afterwards stating that they bill 60 days in advance. This was not stated upon signing up and why wasn't it added to the initial sign up amount if that's the case?! I didn't authorize that! This company is sneaky and ripping people off! They refuse to cancel it or refund my money stating that I signed an agreement...I did not sign an agreement for a PMB! Who in their right mind would pay $178 for a PMB?! They refuse to cancel or refund my money so I'll have to take them to court. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Awful experience. I needed a remote office since a family member was going to need medical treatment and I worked over an hour away from the facility. I was extremely relieved when I found a Regus office nearby. The account rep knew the situation and was very "helpful." They said they could be flexible since it was a month-to-month service. I signed up on July 24, 2023. at around 9:00 am to start August 1, 2023. This was just for a shared working space. Nothing fancy. They call it their Lounge Membership.I literally found out that same day 1 hour later that my family member's treatment was changing and I sent an email to the account rep requesting they cancel the membership. I then got on the help desk and requested the same thing. They sent back an email stating I could cancel the agreement but it was subject to the fee I agreed to which was $139.00 for 1 month. I told them in the email that I did not even use the membership and that it wasn't due to start until August 1st. They then said if I logged in I could go to my account and cancel the agreement. The thing is there is no option to cancel the agreement. I can't even find the "cancel the agreement" anywhere. I've contacted them several times via email and canceled their permission to charge my credit card but I have not heard back. I'm going to my bank next. Don't even try to call. Their customer service line is closed no matter what time you call it.

This has been the worst service ive ever experienced! I needed an office close to my new home so regus popped up in a convenient location (awesome stuff!). My partner met with a sales person who neglected to tell us about all the fees involved in being part of regus and just showed us an office at a very good price (around 900/month). I opted in to get this office and was pushed to sign an online agreement that did not include all the details about fees, furniture, coffee, etc.The moment I went in to get my keys, the admin charged my account for 3 months (didnt see that coming) she literally just pulled it up and charged the card on file, it wasnt the amount shown on the online agreement I signed but i got an email after the fact explaining it. After the charges were in, I was then told the cost for coffee, for a white board, for office set up, costs for printing and other things that are normally included in "Coworking" spaces. I was already thrown off knowing I was now going to be spending hundreds more per month than told. Still, I fought through that but felt like trust was being broken here. We were told my the sales person and the admin who charged us and told us about all the fees that at least desks were included and we specifically asked for standing desks. After going through the magazine and selecting these, we left and went to get lunch. During lunch i was emailed with a message that the desks were $400each/year and they get to keep the desks once we leave. At that point I asked to just end the contract, it didnt start until the next month.I went there, turned in my keys before contract started and was told there is no way out. Ive been charged, emailed, threatened to keep paying and now had to hire an attorney to fight this. You DO NOT WANT TO TRY OUT THIS COMPANY. They will literally push you into a deal, surprise you with fees and threaten you into being taken advantage of.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT THAT I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY KNOW NOTHING. I'VE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE FOR THE LAST 2 MONTH PAYING 4 MONTHS OF RENT JUST TO KEEP MY SERVICE OPEN. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO MAKE A CHANGE, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE FORCED TO IF I DON'T WANT TO BE SCREWED.I'VE BEEN TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES ALREADY, BUY NO ONE IS ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT THE DOUBLE BILLING.I WISH I WOULD HAVE NOT GONE WITH REGUS AND USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY INSTEAD.

Regus deserves a scathing review for their woeful lack of communication regarding late payment issues. To make matters worse, their negligence in properly contacting the customer resulted in me being slapped with hundreds of dollars in unjustified late fees. It's outrageous that a company of their stature fails to fulfill the basic responsibility of informing customers about payment concerns. Their disregard for proper communication has cost me a significant amount of money and showcases a complete lack of professionalism. Regus must be held accountable for their negligence and compensate customers for the financial losses incurred due to their incompetence.
