I have been a customer for over 3 years both here in ******** and 2 years in *******, and have never been late on a payment. I am immensely applauded and disappointed that when I contacted the downtown, ******************* team to inform them of me temporarily closing my business due to unprofitability and for modifications to my contract temporarily they could not do anything to assist me. A simple reduction rate, or downsize of service to a lower amount would have been humbly welcome. If this is how you treat dedicated patronize and supporters then I gladly take my business to your competitors and will write other reviews in the lotted spaces as well regarding this incident. I enjoyed being with Regus and would gladly commit another 3-5 years if they were willing to help in my changing economy.

They are thieves. By the time you react they have already charged you 2 months in future. Thats how they trap you. They are sneaky. Worst customer service ever experienced. They auto renew your agreements because they are relying on the fact that you might be busy with your work and forget to end the agreement. It's in the fine print on the agreement. They are not flexible and will take advantage of you.Stay away from REGUS!

Zero stars. My lease ended in April 2023. As of June 30, 2023 they have not returned my money. You can never get a live person on the phone. They take forever to get back to you. Steer clear of this . company! All they do is create a bunch of tickets and someone contacts you days later. Pure scam. Find another place to rent from for your business needs.

Hello! I've tried discussing this matter with my home office manager, but nothing was done. She was more concerned with being argumentative and defend her partner and call me a liar basically. I explained to her that no one ever disclosed that there would be a retainer required. I was instructed I would be responsible for one amount of $350 to start up, and every month. There's no way I would have signed up to pay $828 in 1 month, that's crazy I move on 6/22. There's no way I can afford payments and a retainer, I would have never signed up for that price. I feel I was lied to and manipulated into signing a contract with Regus. But there is some negligence on the *************** because they failed to disclose very important details, which would ultimately mean I never authorized a retainer/deposit because I never knew of it because it was not disclosed. That's very disappointing and unsettling...also unfair. I need a resolution that's fair for me because I was duped by what I that to be a legitimate company. This company Regus is awful criminals as far as I'm concerned. They just rob you, and apologize. It's like do you think I want to hear "sorry". I want my money I was scammed out of and out of this contract now.

A death occured in the family, the father of one of your employees and were immediately told to provide a death certificate or she wouldn't be paid. When the family member in question was not in reasonably quick access to their fathers next of kin and no public notice or obituary for her father had been made yet.No questions or care just demanded proof of death right away or no pay when there's no reasonable way for her to get that at this time. It wasnt a distant relative it was her father and she cant even get paid for 3 days to mourn because you are so demanding of evidence when no other job ive seem demanded proof of death. You just want an excuse not to pay her leave, knowing she couldnt provide that proof right now.

Every year I try Regus they always come up with new ways to charge me extra fees. I always have an issue with this, thinking they wiil be different. But once again i have been charge 3 months of a service a DID NOT AGREE to. Honestly i was trying to be nice about it , but enough is enough. Please stay away from them, they steal your money and they will definetely do take their time to refund you the money. They always say it was on the AGREEMENT you sign. We cant do anything about it. But their salesman are the once that send the agreement, but don't go in details they will be a RESTORATION FEE...Fees i have been charged.-RESTORATION FEES -UNLIMITED COFEE/TEE -CONTINOUSLY FEE -Please make sure you terminate the agreement months before, because you will get charge. Please be careful and read the agreement. STAY AWAY FROM REGUS

They have the worst customer service. I applied for a virtual office for my business and became seriously ill. Tried to cancel. I got the run around and was not able to speak to a live person to assist with much. All they do is create tickets and you have to wait days for a response. My daughter attempted to contact on my behalf when I was hospitalized. This company did not assist, yet they continue to charge for services I am not using. Months ago when I first became ill I attempted to cancel and was told I had, yet they are still billing me. Now, they have the nerve to say it's been moved to legal. Since my illness I have had to rely on SSDI for financial help. May *** have mercy on these scammers. D.O.W

We have used Regus for years but we always end up with countless problems and incorrect charges. We have virtual offices in different countries so a single portal is convenient- HOWEVER-- The billing and accounting is awful and it is so difficult to get help on any issue. The current unresolved issue is that I am on the auto-pay program with a valid credit card, and every month I get charged a late fee. Month after month the auto-pay pays the bill and an additional late fee. How can that be? The auto pay should be paying the balance due each month so there should never be a late fee. I have filed numerous "tickets" and my local office has done the same. There has been no resolution and the late fees continue. I have tried escalating, but there doesn't seem to be a place to escalate to. I want others to be CAREFUL--the bills are charged months in advance and retainers are held long after your contract ends- and are only returned upon request. WATCH OUT! I can't wait until our final contract expires- never again!

Regus operates like a big scam. They lure you into contracts that are supposed to be for a year. Within that year there is no possible option to terminate the contract. After the contract ends they automatically renew it then still give you no opportunity to cancel it. On their webite they say you can terminate the contract but that's effective all the way at the end of their contract that you never even renewed. You can call or email them all day everyday, they tell you the same thing: it is not possible to end the contract and you must keep paying them or they will send you to collection. The same people that were very nice in the beginning when they wanted you to sign the contract all of a sudden become monsters when it comes to anything about ending that contract. They have your bank information on file and do not allow you to remove it so they will continue to withdraw the funds for aa long as they want to. Please stay away from these people
