I would highly advise people to stay away from Regus at all costs! They are a scam! When I signed up with them a couple of years ago, I did so because the monthly rate was the lowest I could find for a virtual office for my startup. At the time I was told that I was required to sign up for a full year. I was NOT informed that after the completion of that year that the contract would auto renew for another year! That was apparently in the small print! So 5 months into my second year I realized my startup wasn't going to make it. I paid my balance in full informed Regus that I had transferred my address out with the secretary of state and asked to cancel my contract. But no, Regus decided that despite not having received a single piece of mail in 17 months and me no longer having their address listed as my corporate address, they should have the right to continue billing me for rendering ZERO services! Now for the past year and a half I have had collections agencies calling me, mailing me and emailing me. I have repeatedly explained the situation and cautioned that should this continue that I would express my dissatisfaction with their billing practices and harassment on various on line sites so as to warn others. Apparently they do not care! I went from a fully paid up account to them now claiming I owe several hundreds for them providing ZERO services! STAY AWAY!

Scammers! Pretend like they are making a legitimate offer to you and send you a website to create an account but it is a fraudulent contract with overpriced invoices attached. Do not do business with them. I am not sure how they are getting away with this. They have lawyers names on the building in ************* that must be in on it.

My month to month virtual office agreement was terminated without my knowing or consent. Since my business license was attached to that address at this Regus/ Spaceworks location, I had to open another membership. The website only offered a minimum 2 year lease option. I reluctantly signed up. But the website also offered a option to either terminate your lease or you could request a termination if your circumstances changed, so I felt comfortable signing up knowing if my circumstances changed I had a safe out- functioning much more like the month to month agreement I had pervious. Ironically, my circumstances changed within two months (not planned) and I had to terminate my virtual office membership. But I quickly learned that "termination" actually just meant that you were cancelling a renewal and that there was no "termination" of a membership available and unless you actually cancel the credit card you had signed up with (they don't offer a way to remove your payment option) they will just keep charging you even though the website clearly leads you to believe that you can terminate! And to make matters worse, the only people this company makes available to you if you need any real support (like possible contractual/ legal support) is their concierge desk and a useless deputy manager who claims they are in contact with the company about your issue but will not disclose who that is and what the correspondence is taking place! And on top of that, the concierge desk claims to have no knowledge of the "My circumstances have changed" link on the site!! And they don't investigate for themselves!!! They just leave you in the dark no matter how many times you reach out for answers. I have no less than 22+ emails addressed to the deputy manager alone of this location; none of which have resolved a single thing. All the while, (attempting) to extract money from me. I had to cancel my CC attached to my account and place a red flag warning about them with my bank!

Regus is NOT legally compliant and wasted my time. I signed up at their *******, VA location for a virtual office, only to discover later the address they provided is inconsistently listed, making it a security risk for vendors. Even worsethey NEVER requested the legally required **** Form 1583 to authorize mail handling. That alone makes their entire service illegal and puts clients at risk. After paying two months in advance, I was sent extra invoices, and their staff refused to return calls. I am now demanding a full refund and reporting Regus to the BBB, ************************** and the U.S. Postal Inspector. Avoid at all coststhey are careless, deceptive, and not worth the risk to your business.

Every other review is 100% accurate. They auto renew without your permission or without providing you any documents to sign or providing a new renewal agreement. I clicked the link stating I did not wish to renew and did not recieve any confirmation. I called into the office to assure that my virtual office was canceled and was told by ******* that she would assure it was canceled. I continued to follow up the next week, as I had no reason to renew and the later found out the policy was not canceled and I had been enrolled into a new policy. I have been fighting it for months and still no results. There is not a person to talk to, they always refer to the help desk ticket meanwhile the office staff are unable to fix or do anything and the help desk does not consist of an actual person to speak with. I was also told I received notices prior that I never recieved. I wish I wouldve looked them up with the BBB prior to signing up last year.

This company exists to grab money from you. Their business practices are unethical. They renew your memberships without letting you know. They get money from you as retainer for offices via your credit card and will NOT give you back the money. Please look for other office spaces and DO NOT buy from them

SCAM!!!!*** urged me to sign the agreement quickly in order to lock in a rate of $800, assuring me that I could cancel and receive a refund if things didnt work out with Biohazard Medical Waste Collection( my business is psych and medical)I signed and submitted my cancellation at the end of February. However, I was later informed that my cancellation was somehow deleted, so I resubmitted it on March 1st. At no point did I receive a key or gain access to the space.Despite this, I was told I would need to pay $947 and that I was not permitted to cancel April. I was advised to speak with collections about a payment plan for the $947, and that I would lose the initial $800 entirely. Now, Im being told the total owed is over $1,900.

I signed up with Regus in September for a mailbox. I signed all the forms and my credit card was charged. I expected someone to contact me to go over how to access my mail, but after 24 hours, no one followed up. I attempted to contact Regus however no human responds. So I called the location where the mailbox was located, and was told that all mailbox accounts were being relocated to another facility. Now unable to collect my mail, but also unaware of the new location, I asked the *** to have someone call me and he said he would. No one followed up.I have since sent MULTIPLE emails to Regus demanding that they nullify my contract, which they have continued to try to collect monthly payments on. They sent five or six emails threatening to send me to collections, and I again contacted them and explained that REGUS failed to honor our contract and so I would not pay for a service I am unable to use. I filed complaints with the BBB and the *********************************************. I have since learned that I have been ***orted to a collection agency, so I will follow up with my own attorney. DON'T do business with this company. They will steal your money.
