      In having the same issue everyone is having. The BBB is a JOKE! They see how this company is so fraudulent and scamming the American people and they do absolutely nothing. America is a joke!

      This company is crooked. They automatically renew your contract. i went to office in person told them i no longer needed the derby and they automatically renewed my contract for a year without my consent and said i was responsible for the remaining yearly contract even though i never needed the service anymore. ******************

      Regus is an absolute nightmare! Despite paying on time every single month, they harass me for money out of nowhere. They demand an outrageous 'deposit' every few months, even though Ive never missed a payment. And if you give them direct access to your credit card, be prepared for them to randomly invent charges with no justification. Their customer service is useless, and they clearly couldnt care less about actually serving their clients. Theyre just looking for ways to scam you. Stay far away from this fraudulent company!

      Refuse to comply with the law- and their own lease-- Valid $1288 deposit refund due for March 1, 2025- they say they sent it-- & then NO OOPS we screwed up but wait another ********** send it next month-- a total violation of law says deposits must be refunded for commercial lease 60 days after vacating property -- I vacated Dec 3 2024-- today is March 20, 2025 still no deposit-- they play the resort to a higher authority-- no number to call- no supervisor - they just s**** you over

      This business is deceptive. They were aware of the hours I needed and allowed me to book- fully aware of the hours I needed. I called back immediately and asked to cancel. ******** said she would cancel and refund. On the 15th, they charged me another fee. The app still shows Im active. Ive called several times and they are acting oblivious when it comes to issuing me a refund. Do not do business w them.

      They give you the option of automatic payment with your credit card, or just making sure that you pay every month. If you choose to just pay every month, they start bullying you every few months (even if you've never missed a payment) with a massive 'deposit' that must be made for not simply giving them direct access to your credit card. Also, if you give them direct access, be mindful, because they sometimes just make up charges. This coupled with the fact that I've received more emails from them than I have from my actual company, makes me regret my choices. Not worth it."no hidden fees" = "no hidden fees that we won't just call 'deposits' and make you pay them anyway"

      DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS!! I am disappointed and frustrated with Regus' invoicing and billing department. Beginning November 2024, Regus started adding two unauthorized charges to my invoice for internet and amenities. I paid those and requested that they be removed, and I receive a credit. The internet charge was removed on December's invoice but not the amenities, and I did not receive a credit for November's unauthorized charges. I have requested numerous times that this be resolved. To the women's credit working at the office space, they submitted escalated tickets but the invoicing/billing department won't resolve it. Now, I've been billed for late payment charges and Regus' collections agency is calling me. What an outrage. I've tried to speak to someone about this but to no avail nor resolution. This entire process has been stressful and a complete waste of my time, energy and productivity. And, if you want your deposits returned, you have to give them your bank information. DO NOT RENT FROM REGUS!!

      Someone needs to lead a class action suit against them - this company is unbelievable! After canceling my membership online and trying to confirm via phone and email, they continued charging my card for months. They erroneously billed me 4 months in advance, claimed these future payments were "overdue," and sent them to collections. Now I'm being harassed by collection agencies for charges that shouldn't exist. Their billing practices seem predatory and customer service is useless in resolving unauthorized charges.

      DO NOT use this company. They are deceptive about the details of the contract and inept or outright crooked in the way they manage finances. I am now waiting 2 months to receive my deposit refund that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks. The management on site are not empowered to solve problems outside of scheduling. For financial or systems issues, they must submit a ticket to an overseas company with whom they have no influence, and that help desk group will only send an email to the customer stating the ticket is closed and that the requests were not fulfilled. This company also billed me over a half a dozen times for amenities that I did not use. If you use this company you MUST micromanage all financial transactions on their website and know how to read between the lines in the contract to protect yourself. Also, the $300+ spent monthly for space only gets a small room shared by two other people. They have no sense of accountability. Stay away.

      Avoid Regis ****** ****** at All Costs!I've had the misfortune of dealing with Regis ****** ******, at ********************************************* I must warn others about their deceptive business practices. When I signed up, I was not informed that I was committing to a year-long contract. Only after I was locked in did they reveal that I would be double-billed.The lack of transparency is staggering. I thought I was on a month-to-month agreement, but apparently, that was not the case. The office manager, ****, is rarely available and provides no assistance. I'm paying $62 monthly for mail services, (using the business address) they charge you for every little thing I totally regret this because I did not read the reviews, this has been the worst experience for me,I signed up December 31st of 24 and every time I go to this office I've been different times I've called **** the office manager she's never there she's never there she's not helpful people. she know some things are not rightThe company's integrity is questionable, and I regret not reading reviews before signing up. Save yourself the headache and avoid Regis ****** ****** at all costs!Rating: 1/5 stars
