      I had purchased this ******* Basic plan from this insurance company last year but I had to cancel it for some reason. I cant say that this is the best or the worst insurance company but the only thing is it was not convenient for my needs. The customer service is fine depending the agent. I dont have any bad experience with them but you need to be patient when you call.

      Every time I have called I have been connected to someone who has been kind and courteous and quick to help. I have used a claim only once and it was paid for. I think this is a good company to look into. It would also be good to have a secondary insurance just to be on the safe side though. This is a healthshare not health insurance there is a difference.
