I am currently an Employee with six flags, #******. I was hired in the retail department for the fiesta TX location located on ********** and I10. I was hired on the 22nd, I have collected my uniform and my badge. I had expressed to ********* ****** that I was ready to work, and that in the next thirty days from my employment, I'd be ready to transfer to security. In the mean time, I looked forward to starting. I have not been scheduled period, and ********* expressed sending my information over to the employment office to see about getting me interviewed. I had contacted the employment office and they had not heard from her period as was expressed to me. I have been waiting to work since being hired, and is it not thirty days before I can transfer? This to me, sounds like they're avoiding scheduling me to work. The date is 08/30/2024. If a company truly needs you to work, they will allot you in the middle of a schedule regardless of what's going on. The communication alone is unprofessional, I called for my uniform. I called for my badge. I had no idea I had to call for them. What is going on over here? It's a slap to the face as a job seeker, and I have screenshots to provide if needed of my reaching out to *********. I will be keeping six flags part-time until I can get a pay increase of 18hr, per my value as a worker from the skillset I have. Thank you.Six Flags Corporate Office

The ticket policy is absolutely trash. It is ridiculous that my brother ***** paid 435 for fright fest tickets and are unable to change date untill we repurchase for the right date. That's 865 dollars and while yes I get refunded it will still take days to get a refund. I do not have 865 dollars to have tied up. I use to love six flags. But this is makes me never want to visit again. Which ***** because I had so many fond memories. I much rather go to universal or ****** now.Six Flags Corporate Office

I visited the ******** great adventure at ***********************, ** on 08/11/2024. At the ticket window, I told the person I need 5 tickets only for the great adventure park and what's the best option for me. The lady at the ticket window didn't give me enough information to make a good purchase decision. She told me it is $107 per person. So I spent $533 to get a one day ticket for 5 people. I later found out the same ticket online could be bought as low as $39 dollar per ticket. I am very disappointed that the lady didn't give me the right information and I end up buying a full price ticket which is too much for a one time entrance. On 08/12/2024, I called the Six Flag hotline and asked the customer service about my experience and whether I can get a refund for the price difference between the online purchase price and the gate price. She said there is nothing they can do. However, she mentioned $107 could buy a seasonal pass for the full season. However, since I already purchased one time entrance and used it, they couldn't give me the option to use it as a seasonal pass also. I am even more disappointed that the ticket window person didn't warn me it is the same price whether I get a one-time entrance or a seasonal pass. Any reasonable person with good information provided will not buy a full price one time entrance ticket. It doesn't serve customer with good attitude and with customer's interest considered.Six Flags Corporate Office

I attended 6 flags on 7/27/2024, I purchased regular admissions passes, flash passes for everyone I attended the park with, the image and video pass so I could have all the photos and footage from our day at the park, and multiple food vouchers to get the best rate for meals. While at the park after getting off the ride, I would type the picture code and scan the ** code into my phone to collect the photos and nothing would populate, I kept running into errors and when I tried to use the screens and technology in the park after each ride some of the systems were down or unresponsive. As I went through the park using my food vouchers the staff mismanaged my voucher and used a meal when I got a snack and that messed up my meal plan for the day, it was another food location that explained that to me when I shared I had only gotten a funnel cake prior to trying to order my main meal for the evening. At the end of the day when I was at the King ****** an employee member was adamant about me putting my bag down before entering the ride, the park was scheduled to close in 5 minutes. I places my bag on top the flashpwass free locker box and after I got off the ride and returned to this area there was no staff there and my bag was stolen. Inside my bag were me and my cousins cell phones, the printed version of all our tickets and passes, my notebook, my black leather toryburch wallet with all of my bank and credit cards. As soon as we realized we went back to the roller coaster to try to tell the staff there. Instead of going on the walky talky to report my bag had been stollen to the people at the entrance the staff was focused on locking up the park and telling me to leave the area, once the security that just so happened to walk by came he said oh yeah I just saw your bag, he escorted me and my cousin back to the area to look again despite us telling him it was already gone. I was prepared to have a premium experience at the park and was let down by the aforementioned isuSix Flags Corporate Office

While visiting Six Flags, *****, MD my grandson and went on a water ride that drops you straight down and settles you at the bottom. The inner tube's were not inflated enough and we both could have been injured due to this. While I did seek out staff to share. They all expressed their aware, have told management and nothing is done! I'm affraid someone is going to get hurt. If this is the way they maintain these rides, I personally will not return.Six Flags Corporate Office

Sad what magic mountain has done to its loyal customers. The member since two thousand seventeen. And in june a more than doubled my monthly payment. When I try to call they don't answer phone calls or get back to you when you leave messages. Very.Very disappointing. So I'll be canceling my membership to this mediocre park.Six Flags Corporate Office

I know prices have gone up BUT what in the world. My sister and I paid over $500 for us and our kids to go to Six Flags. We bought a one day pass along with a Flash pass. We were told over the phone a parking pass was included, and also over the phone we would receive discounts on meals. Both of those answer were incorrect. We get there and we were charged $45 bucks to park PLUS over $100 in food. Why?? This is just corporate greed. The cost of a bag of chips was like $7 bucks and a bottled water was $7, why?? Its not that serious for yall to charge those ridiculous prices. On top of that we already spent over $500 just to get in, so youre telling me a meal cant be included with the tickets or drinks or something. Moving on to the actual flag pass, what in the hip hop is going on with yalls flash pass entrances. *************** had a ridiculous exit/entry area and folks getting off the ride were coming out while folks were also waiting for family in the area. Just stupid even the staff was looking confused and had to yell over people. Same with Runaway mountain, two different flash pass entrances?? ******* was on other side and even a worker said yeah I know its confusing. The riddlers flash pass was in the heat! Why in the world is there not a covering there? The staff on that ride didnt seem to care if we had a flash pass either, we waited the same amount of time as the folks on the other side of the line. For over $500 you for a day, you better believe yes I want to get ahead quickly and efficiently. We dont make a ton of money so for us to decide this is where we were gonna spend it for our kiddos, I expected better.Six Flags Corporate Office
