The TESLA Model 3 is a great and awesome car, but the service at the TESLA *********************************** branch is with an apparent lack of knowledge and or expertise! There is a recurring Tire pressure monitoring system fault warning on the vehicle that they fail to fix permantely. Within 4-12 hours after their attempt of fixing it, the warning returns. Service Dates: Feb 14, the Tesla went in for the first attempt to fix the issue. The warning was cleared and within 12 hours it reoccured. (Note: The vehicle stood in the garage overnight)Feb 23, repeating the same scenario, in less than 12 hours after service the issue reappears. March 12, within 4 hours the same issue and sequence of events, this time only after 14.5miles of driving . This service was done after deep diagnostics offsite the week before and a call from the branch manager. Grateful for the loaner vehicle they gave me on March 12 (only during this service) and friendly staff. The level of service expertise and problem solving (or the lack thereof) from this branch is beyond comprehension, bad! And not in line with a company as big and innovative as Tesla.

I have 2029 model 3. It charged slow at only 16amp. Tesla diagnosed it and recommended to replace 48amp power conversion system for $2039.90. This is a part belonging to battery pack, they refused to warranty. I know if you replaced battery then including this pcs part. Asked service rep. about it they said system set up that way. Monopoly business so you can't go anywhere else. Not happy to own Tesla.

Our solar panels did not work for a year in 2021 before anyone came out to fix them. They supposedly fixed them, they worked for 3 weeks then reduced production to 20 percent. Still no one has been out to fix them. Going on 2 years. Tesla is not reliable and they don’t hold true to contract.

Has anyone else had the problem that when they leased their Tesla, it was set up so that all EZ Pass violations are sent to Tesla and not to you? When my EZ Pass wasn't working and it took me quite awhile to get a new one, EZ Pass told me that they would take the money out of my account when I went through the toll (they had credit card on file) or that I'd get a violation notice if they couldn't. What actually happened was because of how Tesla registered the car (I didn't know this until after the fact), all the violations were sent to them and they threw them out and never notified me. So, when I went to reregister my car, I was told I couldn't because of the fines. It took me weeks of phone calls to finally realize it was because of how Tesla registered it. Now, Tesla wants me to pay the thousands of dollars in penalties because the fines were thrown out and never paid!

Tesla is a great car. I have been driving them for 11 yrs. My first was a 2013 Model S when they first came out. It was great. My only mistake was not ordering the Supercharging. It had only few minor problems. The tire pressure sensor system failed. I upgraded to a system that shows pressure, now standard on Tesla. The *** screen leaked fluid. This was $850 for a repair. My second was a 2017 with free supercharging and longer range. It is great! The only problems were the window motor mechanism failed, $500 and again the *** screen is leaking. They put a thick transparent fluid between touch screen and the *** to reduce screen breaking on impact (crash). The Supercharging is great! Just pick you destination and it plans an optimal route with supercharging stops. It is pretty fast. After 2 hrs driving, I like a 15 to 20 minute break.

A driver with Tesla Insurance rear ended my car on Dec. 19, 2023. Today is Feb. 29,2024 and I still have not heard from Tesla about repairing or totaling my car. They cannot be contacted. Text messages say we are reviewing or similar but we never hear back from them.I am turning this claim over to my insurance company for resolution.

I purchased this model 3 in 2020 and have had a great experience up until last week. I have recommended Tesla to many people over the course of the last few years. I was in the market for a Model X for my growing family up until this computer issue. My car has had issues with randomly rebooting while driving/black screens for the majority of the time I have owned it the blinkers/cameras/speedometer/cruise control was unusable during this time which to me is a major safety issue. I was told there was a recall and my car would be fixed remotely. Not long after this I went out to my car and noticed it was continuing to run, I didnt think much of it. I took it to work and the navigation and a bunch of other systems were no longer functioning. I dropped my Model 3 off at your service department about three weeks ago. I explained to the service adviser from my online research it seems to be the computer. I was told it would be 235$ to determine the issue. One week later I was told it would be another 235$ to determine the issue. 2 weeks later I was told it was the computer and it would be approximately 2750$. The service adviser has been great, this issue with the computer failing at ****** miles is extremely frustrating. I believe this is a Safey issue and is a common problem with these vehicles. I also requested the parts being replaced on my vehicle be left in my vehicle when the repair was complete. I received a recall notice today for the computer. Very sad. Will be reporting to NTSB as this is a safety issue.

I made an appointment for a test drive at the Fife Location today (Feb 24, ****). The trip each way is about 35 minutes and there is a toll. After I checked in, I was told that there are no model Y *** to test drive. Well actually they had one vehicle but didn't have the key for it. All the sale rep could say is "Sorry". So I wasted almost two hours of my time, spent money on a toll and used gas for NOTHING. First of all when you make a reservation, there should be a field for the vehicle you want to test drive. Secondly, how could a big company like Tesla not have all the models on hand. Finally, the *** model Y was there but no key, this shows a complete lack of competency on the staff for something like this to happen. While still in the Tesla parking lot I called Tesla and complained about this. I asked what type of compensation they would offer me. The customer service rep ****** said they could not give me any compensation for my time and expenses. Everything about this experience was so incredibly bad. It is certainly like Tesla is of the opinion that hey, we are Tesla so we don't have to care about customers as if they don't like the poor service they can go elsewhere. This level of service seems to be the norm rather than the exception.

Their financing is so shady. You must pay a $250 non refundable fee to order and then the lease payments, compared to the estimate, go up after the fact. They are unable to explain specifically why, just say its a combo of factors. If you walk away they keep the $250
