I was under the understanding that FSD was free for the month of April. After more research and downloading the software, I learned this was not the case for my vehicle. I purchased it and saw there was a 48-hour window to cancel. FSD never worked during this 48-hour trial, so I cancelled the subscription. The following day I noticed a charge for $218. I have called 2 different times and spoke to several people including a manager that basically said it is what it is, and they won't offer a refund for something I cancelled within the 48-hour period and never worked on my car despite doing all the software updates and several reboots. What am I missing that they just won't refund my money? You would think Tesla is a big enough company that they wouldn't feel the need to steal from their customers. I guess they need the money more than I do! This is ridiculous!

I highly approve that this company is the most worthless automobile company. I dont even know if this page has enough room to add my endless disappointments, wasted time and continuing lies of excuses. Not only that, but I will keep it at the minimum as Ive already wasted time and energy. This company doesnt deserve a cent from anyone. Trust me, I have a life. The last thing I want to do is troll people. This is too big to ignore, so Im letting my family, friends, and business social network know about this company. Tesla sucks! After Christmas of last year, on Thursday, December 26th of 2023. I decided to gift myself a Tesla for my business. Man approaches said the tax credit deals on electric car qualification. My plan is to lease as Ive heard issues with unreliable batteries and services. I had high hopes it would be different for me as it is my special day. On Friday, December 29th they sent me a text through the Tesla App and my personal phone number said hey, your car is ready for you, but we are cleaning it. Wait, what?? Why are you cleaning my brand-new car? Their response oh, its a demo car, but it has less than 100 miles. I head over to Ala Moana Tesla dealer. Everyone seems interested in the drama but still not helping me achieve my purchase. Man tells me your car is ready, ok. What do I see, several scratches and missing screws? Seriously, I asked for a brand-new car, not a damaged car. The Excuses:January 2024: oh the car is on its way February 2024: oh we are backed up in order because your model 3 is a high-demanding car specifically its red, white interior and black tires. Really, total gaslighting.March 2024:Me: I need to speak to your Manager. Sure, h*** call you shortly. No phone calls or follow-**** Earlier today, I sent a screenshot of my contract through the Tesla ******** and App We are still waiting for your car as a result of delivery issues. Are you serious? They are well-trained to deceive you to get to your pocket. ??????

After purchasing two vehicles from Tesla in recent years, I feel compelled to caution others against making the same choice. While Tesla's cars may have impressive features, the lack of adequate customer support and devaluing customers current vehicles to make sales are glaring flaws that should not be ignored. Our attempts to reach out for assistance through the app have been met with silence, leaving us frustrated and without solutions to our problems. The phone support system only adds to the frustration, leading us in circles and often ending with unhelpful responses from representatives who lack the necessary knowledge to address our concerns. Most concerning is the significant devaluation of our car, which has plummeted by $27,000 from its original purchase price. This drastic drop in value raises serious questions about Tesla's pricing strategies and the long-term viability of their vehicles in the market.Furthermore, despite having several Tesla chargers in our medical office for other vehicles to use, we have decided to permanently remove them. Our concerns about Tesla as a company and our reluctance to promote anything related to their vehicles have led us to this decision. For those considering an electric vehicle, I strongly advise exploring other options before committing to Tesla. The subpar customer support, concerning devaluation of assets, and broader company concerns are red flags that cannot be overlooked. A company's commitment to customer satisfaction, ethical practices, and the resale value of their products should be key considerations when making such a significant investment.

Was looking to lease a Tesla Y and was going to trade my current leased vehicle . I was given a price and told I needed to order vehicle before everything could be confirmed. I secured deposit then it all went wrong. Price changed down payment changed trade process was not explained the told based on location I could do a title transfer so had to do deal 6 hours away. I canceled deal and was told the 250 was non refundable!! It was so wrong I am fighting this as I found out in minutes and cancelled transaction in minutes and requested money back. They are more focused on getting deposits than explaining the buying process and sharing really numbers you can agree to before you pay money.

In 2014 we contracted with Solar City, now Tesla, to install solar panels on our roof. In the process of installation they penetrated the roof in a number of locations causing severe leaking into our family room ceiling. They came out twice over the past 10 years to deal with the repairs and never completely fixed the leaking issue. In early 2024 the intense rains we experienced caused tremendous leaking into our family room ceiling. There was an electrical short in an outlet from water running down inside our wall, not to mention a large area of black mold that has now grown in our ceiling. Two different teams have been out to simply look at the problems in hopes that they could place the blame on anyone other than Tesla. One of their supervisors noticed a number of roof penetrations caused by their shoddy installation and stated, "This is on Tesla". We are now four months into this problem and Tesla has done absolutely nothing to mitigate the leaking roof. I have spoken to their customer service department no less than 10 times and gotten absolutely nowhere. A roofing subcontractor has been here and done a complete roof inspection noting many areas of wood that are ruined and in need of replacement. Their paperwork has been submitted to Tesla for review and approval to go ahead with the repairs, but again, Tesla has done absolutely nothing. I've never dealt with any company with so little regard for the end user.

We had solar panels installed on our roof on June 5, 2015 by Solar City. We were told that any extra power generated by the panels would go back into the electric grid and would then create a credit to our power usage. Not quite the truth. It seems that we really haven't saved on the cost of electricity as now we are paying "Tesla" who bought Solar City, and still have an electric bill from BGE. We definitely didn't count on the cost of "renting" the equipment that is supposedly saving on the cost of electricity. Our roof needs to be repaired and we have been fighting with Tesla for six months to have someone come to our home to remove the panels. It is impossible to actually speak with someone from the company. Everything is on the computer or on their "ap." I am very disappointed by their lack of customer service. We received a voice message that the contractor will be here on "Tuesday, May 9th" to remove the panels and given instructions to contact the company is there was a problem. May 7th is Tuesday and May 9th is Thursday so when is the contractor coming? When trying to call to verify the correct date, we are instructed to use the computer website. It's a vicious circle trying to find "Support" on the website. I will never recommend Tesla for any product as their **************** is severely lacking. Obviously, they really do not care about the people who have their products be it a car or a solar product such as panels. Once installed, they close the file!

Terrible experience at Tesla *************. After service for tire replacement, I had 3 flat tires just 15 minutes away from the service center, following an 8-hour wait for what was expected to be a 1-hour job. Truly worst experience ever.I arrived early at 8 AM for tire replacement and TPMS sensor swap on my 2019 M3P, anticipating a quick service as discussed with my advisor. By noon, learning my car was overlooked and work hadn't started was greatly disappointing. It took another 4 hours before completion, consuming my entire Friday - a frustration I was willing to overlook until what followed.Leaving the service center, within 15 miles, my started swerving, leading to the shocking discovery of THREE flat tires, stranding me on the side of the road. The lack of assistance from Tesla *************'s service department, coupled with a disconnection during our call and no further attempts to reach out, left me feeling abandoned. The silence from my service advisor, especially through the Tesla app, only added to the frustration. Eventually, I had to Uber home, retrieve my old wheels, and replace them by the roadside, causing significant delays in my plans and a ruined Friday night. This entire ordeal has deeply eroded my trust in Tesla *************, showcasing a profound level of incompetence and disregard for customer care and support.

The TESLA Model 3 is a great and awesome car, but the service at the TESLA *********************************** branch is with an apparent lack of knowledge and or expertise! There is a recurring Tire pressure monitoring system fault warning on the vehicle that they fail to fix permantely. Within 4-12 hours after their attempt of fixing it, the warning returns. Service Dates: Feb 14, the Tesla went in for the first attempt to fix the issue. The warning was cleared and within 12 hours it reoccured. (Note: The vehicle stood in the garage overnight)Feb 23, repeating the same scenario, in less than 12 hours after service the issue reappears. March 12, within 4 hours the same issue and sequence of events, this time only after 14.5miles of driving . This service was done after deep diagnostics offsite the week before and a call from the branch manager. Grateful for the loaner vehicle they gave me on March 12 (only during this service) and friendly staff. The level of service expertise and problem solving (or the lack thereof) from this branch is beyond comprehension, bad! And not in line with a company as big and innovative as Tesla.

I have 2029 model 3. It charged slow at only 16amp. Tesla diagnosed it and recommended to replace 48amp power conversion system for $2039.90. This is a part belonging to battery pack, they refused to warranty. I know if you replaced battery then including this pcs part. Asked service rep. about it they said system set up that way. Monopoly business so you can't go anywhere else. Not happy to own Tesla.

Our solar panels did not work for a year in 2021 before anyone came out to fix them. They supposedly fixed them, they worked for 3 weeks then reduced production to 20 percent. Still no one has been out to fix them. Going on 2 years. Tesla is not reliable and they don’t hold true to contract.
