      Bought a 150K Tesla roof - worst financial mistake of my life. They dropped almost all customer service right after I bought. Has not helped much at all with energy bills. Hold times to talk to customer service is hours. This company needs to be shut down. I'm cancelling my car order today for the cybertruck. I'll never give another ***** to this loser Bond villain.

      Tesla has destroyed my New Model S. A brand new car came with many defects which were reported as soon as I. It iced on day one. After taking to Service several times to repair a bad sensor, service has ruined to carpet, damaged many body parts and components, including the floor board which now requires to be replaced in a body shop. Tesla service has destroyed a brand new car. Dont buy a Tesla. This cars are not worth the cost. You will get many defects at delivery, and no customer support. Their service centers are poorly trained and make the issues worse. There is no phone to escalate issues and no manger that you can speak to. This is the worse car company I have ever dealt with.

      The new contactless service procedure is painful. In order to fix issues on a brand new Tesla, one has to make an appointment through the app, has to drop off the car and take an Uber (vouchers provided by Tesla). No loaner car is provided, in case you have small children you are left to handle your children's car seats with some Uber transportation. Contact is established through app messages that nobody seems to monitor, there is no way to talk to a service adviser and it is almost impossible to talk to somebody about the repair.You are being asked to perhaps record a video if there is some rattling noise so that the mechanics know what to look for. Not the service one would expect paying more than $100k for a car.

      Cool car, horrendous support. I got my new Tesla after 9 months of waiting but they were out of chargers at the pickup (a mobile charger was included in my purchase price), with the promise of "don't worry we'll mail you one next week". Still haven't gotten it so I can't charge my car. On top of that, no one is actually empowered to fix it so they just pass customers around between departments so someone else at the company has to do with it.tl;dr cool car, but wouldn't buy until they resolve their operational issues.

      We wanted to Lease a Tesla Model 3 with an option to buy it out. We placed the deposit on 8/22/2022 and proceeded with the steps to lease. Tesla requires a non-refundable deposit, but doesn't mention prior to the deposit that a lease buy-out is not possible. Had they stated that in the beginning, we wouldn't have placed the deposit. You only find out after placing the deposit and going through the steps. This is purposely misleading from Tesla.When we called Tesla to correct the issue, their sales was extremely rude and said there was nothing they could do. We either purchase the car or lose our deposit. They said buy out from lease is not an option and they were not going to refund the deposit. I mentioned how we did not know lease buy-out was not an option and they said it was too bad and that they could not refund the deposit. I asked permission to record them saying refund was not possible and the Tesla sales rep hung up on us. It's misleading to not state the fine print until after a deposit is placed. It sounds like it should be illegal. The deposit is $250.

      This system is 1.5 years old. NO support . buyer beware My system went down on June 23rd, ************* came in on Jul 11th, Technician logged in to inverter and through his assessment, requested a crew to come on the roof to fix a panel issue. July 18th, a 2 person crew showed up that did not want to go on the roof and through some back and fourth amongst each other determined that the inverter was bad; then proceeded to blame the first technician for not ordering a replacement inverter, nevertheless, those two dabbled around and ended up calling SolarEdge and got a replacement inverter going. Three week later, I Called to inquire, the Tesla rep said for me to call SolarEdge and inquire. seriously ! I called SolarEdge and they were very helpful, they said that they have shipped the inverter but will get back to me with the tracking umber through an email. two days later, I did not get a tracking number, so I Called solar edge back and they furnished me with a tracking number that clearly said that the inverter was delivered the day before. So I called Tesla back and told them what I found out - but of course, they needed someone from the warehouse to tell them that they have received the inverter, fair enough, but they could not get anyone from the warehouse to answer the phone, so they send an email to the warehouse and said that it could take ***** hours to get an update and he added " we don't work on the weekend" as a clear sign that they were getting irritated by my repeated inquiries.. Called again on Tuesday , and the same result, warehouse is not available, I even questioned if anyone is working there. Finally Aug 11th , they extended a service appointment on Aug 23rd. 9 weeks after the inverter first went down and I am still awaiting them to show up. They would not compensate for energy production lost as this is an owned system vs a leases one. Bottom Line, horrible customer service . after repeated referrals to tesla, Tesla lost me as a customer.

      I ordered my installation in Oct 2021 and after after repeated delays Tesla installed panels in May 2022. Since then I have paid full amount but Tesla has failed to submit proper documents to Utility to secure approval and switch on system. They told me that I should get my PTO in ***** days after inspection and now past that deadline with no updates. At this time I have lost significant money with Tesla and I am feeling helpless as none of Tesla Advisor is able to provide any information or estimates on finishing installation/ Get PTO.

      very poor management and services i have received from TESLA. i ordered my solar panels May 2021 and they completed the project on 08/2022. in between they screwed my project many times and no body knew what is going on or they did not wanted to tell me... because project managers they have hired... did not know what to do with.... i had call from my end each and every time... for the status of my project.and due to delay of my project they did offered me $1000 credits which i have never received. and now they don't know what to do with it...i would not recommend TESLA...

      Our solar pannels and Tesla batteries were great until it stopped working. It has been less than a year and it stopped producing. Contacted Tesla help and scheduled an appointment (pain to do). They rescheduled automatically, without contacting me at least 4 times. I sent a complaint about the continued rescheduling and they finally came out (a month later). I was told our i verter is bad. The portal shows the tech requested a claim for a new inverter. I reached back out after a week to see if there was a time frame and was told once the claim was approved (no time frame on that), that it would be **** weeks for the inverter to arrive. That doesn't include installation. It looks like I'll be paying my grid electric **** for 6+ months ontop of the $40k system I purchased.

      We order solar panel in Jan 22 , My project was on hold since May 2022 and still no progress Every time we call them to update and they keep telling either ******** ABP portal down, not able login or connection team working and they keep delay for 1 week . Last time I talked with rep ****** ******" and he suggested me to can the project I really feel this is my worst choice to go with Tesla with solar project and Not willing to give 1 star as my project is not finished even after span of 7 months
