The lease return process has been a nightmare. The vehicle is supposed to be inspected before they will accept the return. In my area they have no one to inspect the vehicle so they require you to submit a list of pictures to them via email, but their email system rejects the emails due to the size of the attachments.Until they complete this inspection process, which they have no one or no where you can take the vehicle for the inspection to be completed, and dont have a system to receive the photos, then they will let you return the lease.I have been trying to complete the lease return process now for two months with no end in sight.I was going to take the leased vehicle to the dealership and drop it off and they can do the inspection at a later time. I get a text that if I take it to the dealership and drop it off they will tow it back to my house and I will have to pay the fees.I am being helps ****** to a lease return inspection that they dont have the people or location to complete it with. They dont have the system to receive the pictures by email as they requested, etc. and I can not return the vehicle.

We would like to express our disappointment regarding the "nonrefundable" deposit when funds are required to hold a car. We were happy to submit a deposit and totally understand the spirit of the deposit. But we were put off so many times regarding delivery of the car - delay after delay, until we couldn't wait any longer. A three month wait turned into 10 months so we had to cancel the car. Under the circumstances, we think the funds should have been returned. I wanted the car but I needed to purchase something to drive. In short, if they couldn't give us a car when promised, we should have had the funds returned.

I received an email from Tesla in the beginning of 7/22 that one o my inverters was not producing correctly after to services technicians came buy I was just told on 10/11/22 that the part has been order and can take 2 weeks to be in stock. Not only am I paying their $160 a month fee but now my APS bill is through the roof. No date of when this issue will be fixed but now my bill is higher then i I did not even have the solar panels on my roof. No customer service and a bunch of excuses. I just bought the house in 10/21/20 with the panels already installed. Be very very cautious because their app is garbage as well.

How difficult would it be for them to respect customers as fellow human beings? Have the employees here (and the service center manager) experienced how other PREMIUM car companies treat their customers? Any chance their teams could do the same for Tesla customers I believe the cars you are selling are premium cars, correct?I was taking a look at ****** reviews for this service center (*********, **) and I wonder if it has to do something with the Skin Color! I dont accuse anyone of racism loosely but after multiple experiences and reviews of others who had to go through similar experiences, I cannot help but wonder!Hope the way CUSTOMERS are treated in your service center changes (in a good way) in the future and I will feel like I was treated as an equal human being if I have to return to this service center.

I originally had Solar panels put on my house back in 2016 by Solar City, Tesla bought them out. What I am irritated about is that if or when you want to move out of your house, you CANNOT remove them! You have to find someone who wants to take over the lease OR you have to Pre-pay the rest of it before you sell your home! They should Definitely have a clause in that stupid lease to break it if you are trying to move and you cant sell your house because of it or the next buyer doesnt want it. Because even if you pre pay it, you will NEVER OWN the panels. They will just stay on your old house for the new people to enjoy for free without ever paying a dime towards them, while you have to continue to pay on or prepay them off when you dont even live there anymore! Its so frustrating! And TESLA retains ownership forever so that they keep getting tax credits for them while we overpay for them each month! And I only see a difference a few months out of the year with them. I would never get them again!!! By the end of the 20 year lease, you are paying almost $300 per month for them!! Where the heck is the savings then??? But God forbid if you dont want them anymore.., you are STUCK with the wretched things!!!!!

Sales reps for the solar panels called me marketing the panels and whizzled me to sign up for their panels. After a lengthy run around sketchy communication and very poor customer service doesn't seem to get any better. It has been 10 months the panels have been installed on my roof but can never get them activated. Even making the initial deposit; you can never get a hold of anyone, they will send you to a voice mail after coice mail; after which i got a call after a week and the person told me sorry i cannot take the payment but will forward your message to another department that took another 2 weeks to call back. That is after the panels are on your roof and you can't tell them to cancel the whole deal now. No one ever seems to know who to contact to activate my services, has turned into never-ending emails and phone calls with a billion-dollar company with services worse than the local dollar store. To be realistic, I would not deal with such a company for even free panels.

Love the car (except for their obsession with getting rid of buttons or knobs, so everything goes through a menu system and when your display screen stops functioning, your car almost can't be driven). But...the real problem is you have to go to Tesla for repairs. And they are a NIGHTMARE to try and deal with. You can't talk to a person unless you are on site for an accepted and scheduled repair. And it s about a month wait to get into their shop. If you pick up your car and something isn't fixed, there is no talking to anyone about it. You need to get on the app and schedule another repair date, which is likely a month out, and try again.

Very poor customer service.I paid for my panels in full and three weeks later my submission has not been sent to my electric company for approval.Extremely unresponsive customer service, constantly changing project managers.I would not recommend Tesla for your solar panels.

Purchased a model Y in August drove it for two week until I had to take in for service because the front motor quit working. They have had the vehicle for going on two weeks now and only offer Uber rides . There is no way that a professional will come to work in an UBER. The company is not able to build a quality vehicle anymore and can't even give a vehicle to drive while they fix their two week old lemon. Do not but one until they can clean up their act. You can't talk to a Human because there is no one to talk to only a computer. Mean while you pay $$$ for insurance while you are unable to drive the vehicle because its always broke, due to cheap parts that don't last long. So even though they will fix for free its not free you still pay for insurance for a vehicle that is always broke. I bought a vehicle to drive not take UBER rides from strangers.

Absolutely horrible post installation service support. My system has been down for over four months following a "remove and re-install" service, so I could fix my leaking roof. Very VERY slow to respond, everything is scheduled out 3-4 weeks, and then they find something broken and you wait another 3-4 for a technician to come an troubleshoot it. My system is still down and I really have no idea when it will be fixed. They say they are waiting for part. All of this after paying for a "premium" solution and services at a "premium" price. I hope they don't treat everyone like me...
