      I purchased over 100$ worth of candles for Christmas. The candles never arrived, I reached out several times and got one response where I asked for a refund for items not received and had no response.

      I ordered 9 candles and one that was part of a bundle of 2 was missing. I paid ****** for this bundle and only received one candle for this bundle. I have emailed the company twice and they are not responding. I want my money back for not getting what I paid for. I will never purchase from this company again.

      I placed an order with Foreverwick on Dec 31st, being understanding about holidays and delays. Selecting certain legal aspects on their website do not produce such as privacy policy etc. the shipping policy states 5 days max for processing. It is now January 13th, *** sent the respected 1 email and Ive heard nothing. I spent $130.00 and not one email, not one update on my order. My order has not moved outside if still processing your order. I feel that forever wick is using tactics to delay the ability for refunds or cancellations without fees. I had to oh $9.95 for shipping that is not being shipped. If its not remedied and acknowledged Im going to have to call my bank. Its such a shame because companies ****** in customer service, this is not it.

      I ordered my candle, and also won a free diamond separate from the one in the candle. My order was placed back on December 21, 2024. With a delivery of 3-5 days. I still have not received my candle. I have emailed, and ******** messaged them with no answers from them to where my order is. On my shop app it says it was delivered, but I have not received my order. But on there website it says my order is still unfulfilled. I would really like to know if I am going to receive the candle! If they wont send it out then I want my money back. They have sooo many complaints. I really wish I would have read the reviews first. But now I would just like my order!!! PLEASE HELP!!

      On December 22nd 2024 I purchased two candles from foreverwick Candle Company for the price of $58 and 85 cents I've yet to receive my candles I've emailed them they won't email me back it says if you do email them that it will push you to the back of the line

      I made a purchase on December20,2024 and was charged for the products but have never received them. Tried several times emailing the company but they will not respond back.

      I placed an order with ForeverWick Candle on Dec 10, 2024 and it said 2-5 day shipping. I sent an email to them through Shop where my order whats showing because it said partially delivered. I NEVER received anything! I never received an email back or a call. I have reach out again via email and no response. I have tried calling and NO answer! That was a lot of money spent and I have NOTHING!!!!

      I placed an order on 12/04/2024 and paid for Flat Rate Ground Shipping, which the company advertises as being shipped in 2-5 business days. As of 01/10/2025, I have not received my order. I have not received a shipping notification. I have sent two follow up e-mails regarding my order, one on12/31/2024 and again on 01/08/2024. I never received a response or acknowledgement for either. There is also no way to contact customer support via phone number on the website, or cancel my order.
