      I **** ****** can be our regular tech. I would like to request ****** if possible. He did the job we needed . I watched him clean and spray. ****** was friendly, patient and helpful !

      Expensive. Not totally upfront about cost. Talked about a discount, but it was a "come on" since a year's service is $600. That is a ridiculous price to pay for spraying bugs outside the house every other month. I feel taken advantage of since I can't cancel without paying $500.

      We are sorry to hear you canceled services with us! We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed. Our service agreements are verbally reviewed in our "Welcome Calls" when customers initially sign up. We also email multiple copies of the signed agreement and provide access to view it in the online customer portal. Our terms outline potential charges based on the difference between the initial service charge and the discounted rate if an agreement is canceled after the initial service and before completing all the services in the agreement. Upon reviewing our records, we found that we did offer assistance when you reached out with your concerns. We provided several options to address your concerns, but our attempts were unfortunately declined. We'd be happy to work through any service concerns you may have with completing the agreement. Please reach out to us directly if you reconsider; we want to help!
