      Zero if it were possible. My photo and valid drivers license has been rejected over a dozen times. There is zero help from Securus or the detention center. They take your loved ones and never to be heard from again. I also wanted some money to go to video but because I keep getting rejected they took my money for phone but I wanted video. And their bot is programmed by someone so dumb that I dont know how they got the job.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. What a racket! They WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. THE WORST communications for the jails. HORRIBLE customer **********************. Takes over 5 minutes going through their automated system just to talk to someone!!! They don't care about you or your family... ONLY MONEY!!!

      They are NOT secure. My card was hacked immediately, and so was a friends for $12000 overseas purchases. DO NOT USE SECURUS. I've tried calling and sending an email to them with NO response.

      The business securus provides is the WORST SCAM there is. I HATE securus. Horrible company. They make trillions and still over charge over charge and over charge. I have many problems but my biggest problem is when my wife calls me and securus TAKES money even when it don't let the call go thru. I have paid 12 dollars for one phone call. I have paid 6 dollars a phone call. I live in the same state as the prison so that doesn't even make sense. This company needs to be shut down and global tel link needs to come back! At least they don't come with this many problems! There needs to be LAWSUITS.

      I had an account so i could see my husband but somehow they switched my email and now i can't visit my husband and they keep giving me the run around and they went off line so im not able to talk and ************** and its been going on three month. This is wrong that they want to keep you away feom your loved one why

      Simply this companies extortion is pretty obvious and obnoxious. They nickel and dime all communications, including visitations now. Also tech support and customer ********************** will never get back to you and they keep your money after services failed and they fail all the time. They're gross greedy people probably from ***** or ******* ?? ??
