      This evening 11/19/23 my children and I visited Chilis at *********************************************************. When we arrived and were looking over the menu we noticed the happy hour trifold menu said that happy hour was being held during all *** football games. We confirmed this with our server and decided to order off the happy hour menu. In the happy hour trifold there is a section that is titled from the kitchen. As this is in the happy hour trifold and there is nothing on the trifold designating that these items are not included in the happy hour it stands to reason that they are included.We ordered and ate while watching the football game. Upon receiving our check, I noted that all of the items ordered had been charged at full price. I asked our server who still did not inform us that those items were not included in the happy hour despite being listed in the happy hour trifold.The server trainer came over and explained that the only items included were the wings and a selection of alcoholic beverages. I was still a bit shocked that the items were listed on a happy hour trifold menu but were somehow not included in the happy hour. He then offered to have the manager come speak with me.The manager, ******, arrived and asked what my concern was.Now, reasonably upset at the situation, I explained to him the same thing I had just explained twice before. The happy hour trifold does not designate what items are and are not included in the happy hour. I explained to the manager ****** that the menu being printed without clear designations is certainly not the problem or fault of the customer and that it was a reasonable assumption that anyone would make that if the items are listed on a special happy hour trifold that they would be included in the happy hour.His immediate response to me was to very rudely say well, do you think your response to having it explained to you was reasonable?Taken aback by the incredibly snide remark and general rudeness of the manager, ******, I replied with excuse me?He then went on to berate me about how I didnt give him a chance to respond and that I was being unreasonable.I told him I would be contacting the general manager and made a move to leave. ****** then responded with well, I will tell her all about you too. What is your name?When I got up to leave and did not respond to him with my name he said to me yeah, thats what I thought!He then practically chased us from the restaurant by following us to the door.I have been to Chilis many times and have interacted with staff and management before. Never before have I had an interaction so disgusting that I would immediately decide that I would NEVER be visiting a Chilis restaurant again.The manager was completely out of line and incredibly rude. After spending $75.00 on a lackluster meal and confronted by the manager with his absurdly rude behavior, I can guarantee I will NEVER be giving my business to Chilis again.

      11/18/23 occurred and file date invoice#***** location ***** Ranch #**** After reviewing online menu I ordered smokehouse combo which lists ribs, chicken crispers,corn,fries & garlic bread for $19.99. Upon calling and ordering I was told there was a $3.00 upcharge for ribs. Asked to speak to manager (*******) and he stated when you hit ************** I would see a $3.00 upcharge. Nope not listed and I took screenshots of exactly how chilis has it listed on menu. Totally deceiving and I had to pay the upcharge. I also ordered the briquette quesadillas and when I ordered I asked if it comes with the sour cream lettuce and pico as pictured, nope it does not. More deceiving advertising it does NOT come with lettuce the picture shows a big bed of lettuce. And just to top off all of the false advertising I had a rude waitress I still tipped an 18% tip $8.41 which I thought was generous but no thank no nothing.

      On Nov 3, 2023 I placed a curbside order at the ******* ** location. **************** was lacking, so I reached out to corporate. In response to my initial complaint, they sent me a "be our guest" card that was described as something I could use to pay for a to go order in the future. I placed another order today (Nov 15) hoping to redeem the be our guest card. When I arrived I came inside to pay and presented the code and the email. I saw the computer deny the transaction multiple times. Called the manager and he also tried and it was denied. He didn't seem happy that I was commenting and disturbed by the staff eating in the kitchen, and did not help me resolve the issue with the card not working. I feel I am *********** a ten dollar refund for the fact that I had to come out of pocket for something y'all had promised to me. Instead of making up for my first bad experience I got an even worse experience.

      On 10/21/23 we purchase our food for 105.15$ on 10/22/23 my card was charged again for 105.15$ called and they couldnt refund money for 5-7 business days on 10/26/23 the charge fell off on 10/28/23 the charge has been placed on my account again customer service says theres nothing they can do to just wait and it may fall off

      Incident happened yesterday, Thursday October 26, 2023. I placed a Chilis curbside order (order # *****************) for a total of $31.00 even. The food was brought to my car and I drove home. My wife and I prepared to eat. She opened her food tray took the bun of her hamburger and discovered a chilis cook/employees' hair was padded and cooked inside the beef. After noticing the stringy hair, obviously the hair was long because she kept tugging on the hair but all of it did not come out.

      On October 23, 2023, and multiple prior dates, I encountered very serious issues while attempting to make reservations for myself (disabled) and family, when calling into a local Maggianos Little *****. This matter is extremely urgent and merits contact from Brinker International ***************** to resolve urgently, as I have sent email communications to several Brinker executives to bring immediate resolution to this matter as well. Please note that I have also attempted to reach the corporate number via telephone, but I am presented only with a voicemail. It is my request to be contacted via telephone and email by Brinker ******************** to bring full resolution to this matter as expediently as possible.Thank you kindly in advance for your immediate contact and response.

      On October 20 2023 me and my pregnant fianc arrived for pickup ordered curbside *************** the food did not come out and it was over an hour, so we decided to go and request to speak to a manager but upon doing we were responded with the employee (*****) curse at us call us out of our names someone come talk to this stupid B**** before I go off on this W**** then after the employee continued yelling some*discriminatory terms towards us a manager showed up to assist but while doing so Another Employee attempt to PHYSICALLY harm my 7 Month Pregnant fianc by cursing and ******* jumping into my pregnant fianc face also while yelling and threatening to Fight my 7 month HIGH RISK PREGNANT fianc, all of this happened in front of the Manager on duty kitchen staff/ wait staff and other customers who had to restrain the employee All of this because we waiting over an hour for an order on nothing but 2 Appetizers only and since we didnt get the food we asked for a manger

      On Friday, 10/06/23 at around 4pm, I stopped at the *************** Chili's for a late lunch. I sat at the bar area. Upon checking out, ************** (bartender) closed out my tab using the computerized tablets from the table. I paid $19.15 in total. I paid without checking trusting that it was the right amount. After I paid, I left the area and later noticed that I had paid the wrong tab. I went back to the bartender and met with a different person who identified as ***********************. I informed him of the mishap. He, in turn in a very arrogant demeanor confirmed that I had indeed paid for the wrong tab, which was for the person next to me. I knew that I had paid less than what it was mine which was about three dollars and change. I gave the person next to me four dollars to cover what they had short charged me on my bill. At this time, Mr. ************************ who claimed that he was the manager (although business card said he was a "Certified Shift Leader") that I had to pay the difference and adamantly and angrily requested I pay the difference. He added that I had used the tablet on the table and that I punched the wrong tab. I then told him that ************** was the one that had closed it for me on the tablet. After ************** insisted that I had to pay him the difference, I did. I strongly believe that the mistake was 100% their responsibility and that there is no need for ************** to be abrasive and arrogant especially after the mistake was on their part. As a responsible manager, he should own and recognize his business mistakes and pay entirely (whether him or the bartender) for the issue in order to learn from their mistakes. The apparent arrogant attitude does NOT equal to customer service! I will try myself NOT to give any business to this establishment in this city.

      If I could give a 0 I would. I went online and placed an order through the chilis website. I didn't receive my order by the time informed so I called the restaurant. I was on the phone for 30 min total between the 6 times they hung up on me. I was told my food was still at the restaurant and I needed to pick it up myself. I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. Then I was told to call doordash even though I didn't order through door dash. The manager got on the phone finally and was rude. He said "what's wrong with your order? Nothing we can do. You have to pick it up yourself. Call door dash" I asked for a reimbursement of my money and he hung up. I called back and asked for his name and the lady said "we can't give out or names" Needless to say I never got my order or my money. I hope that corporate sees this review and knows they have incompetent rude staff at the ************ Chilis.
