I went to dinner with my significant other I paid using the kiosk as we are walking out I am notified that the wrong kiosk was on the table and I paid for someone elses bill. I came back in paid for my correct bill. I kept being told I didnt pay even though it charged my card. The manager assured me that both transactions were cancelled and tried to get me to pay again. I would not with out any type of receipt saying the 2 transactions prior were canceled she wouldnt produce such receipts I left. Both charges from Chilis are still on my accounts and this was a scam by the managers and employees ! I want my money back or a lawsuit will be filedBusiness Response

Around July 27, 2023 my husband purchased a $50 gift card for Chili's for my birthday that was purchased from ****** Home Improvement in ******, *****. A few weeks into August we tried to use the gift card at two different Chili restaurants and both venues noted the card indicates there is $50 on the card, but the funds are unavailable. We went to ****** to get satisfaction, and despite their customer satisfaction guarantee; we did not receive a refund or a replacement card. They stated the guarantee does not apply to gift cards and referred us to Brinker. My husband called Brinker three times and also emailed, but no one has called or followed up. My husband received a few emails stating they are working on it yet now at the end of September we have not received any customer service or satisfaction regarding a refund or a replacement gift card that actually works. We should not have to lose $50 over this. First, we don't recommend buying gift cards at ******. Second, if Brinker isn't inclined to honor their gift card either by refund or a replacement card that actually works then no one should go to any Brinker restaurant. ******************** or Brinker and how long (almost two months since purchase)to get customer satisfaction we feel like we might be being scammed. All we ask is for a refund or a working replacement card and not lose $50. At this point, we don't recommend buying gift cards at ****** and be especially careful with gift cards at Brinker restaurants and one might not want to take a risk there either. Tried yet again to give chili's our business.,Wednesday September 6, 2023, Called our local restaurant to speak with the manager, *****. He was dumfounded and blamed the storm causing online orders. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He did NOTHING BUT BASICALLY WAS LIKE *** TO US.This is the second time i have had to call and we have a gift card to use. August 18, 2023 I placed a to go order from Chilis ****** at Northgate Mall. I took this order to work with me to eat on my lunch break. It was an order of fajitas and a side item. When my lunch hour came I discovered that they gave me the wrong meat and also there were no tortillas to make the fajitas so I didn't get to eat lunch. I returned to the restaurant after work and they offered me a refund. It was never received. I then called them a week or so later and talked to the general manager who said he'd take care of issuing the refund, but still nothing has happened. I am making a third attempt today and going by there but am not confident they will do what they promised.Business Response

Chilis Restaurant in **************, ** claims that when customers pay cash they cannot give coins back with their change, therefore, they round it up to the nearest dollar. They have done this to me numerous times and I find it unacceptable business practice. While I understand theyre not wanting to include coins with change, they should instead round the dollar amount DOWN to the nearest dollar so the customer does not lose out. If multiple customers pay cash and each of those customers gets gyped out of receiving their exact change, at the end of the year EXACTLY how much money has Chilis gotten from basically stealing from their customers? I always pay cash and I should not be penalized by losing out in my proper cash change. I, hereby, request the following:1). A refund in the amount of $10 to cover the various times I have not received my proper change.2). A change in Chilis policy so they do NOT continue cheating customers out of their proper change.Business Response

My husband's 60 birthday was on July 3, 2023. We were given a $25 gift card for Chili's. My bill came to $56.11. When I attempted to use the gift card there was a problem. The server checked with the manager who advised her that it showed there was $25 on the card but we had to wait four hours after purchase to use the card. I was very embarrassed, so I paid the bill and called the manager a short time later. I asked what he would have done if I could not pay. He stated that he would have comped the bill. I asked why he could not keep the card and take the $25 off. He finally agreed to credit my account for $25. He stated that it would take 3-5 days. I checked my account on 07/19/23 and there is no credit. I have attempted to contact customer care and headquarters with no success. The person who gave us the gift card advised that she specifically purchased the card from the restaurant. I feel that the manage could have handled the situation better. The number on my receipt is *******. I also think the restaurant should inform people that the card can't be used until four hours after purchase in order to avoid this happening again.

I went to chilies in ****** tiexas 75211there were 4 of ** . Poor service overcharged for my 2nd drink couldn't find watress(and never did) to help us pay with the machine they have The bill was ***** with tip ***** At 2 am that night my card was charged ***** Having a hard time reaching anyone to discuss this may contact my card s bank if not resolved quickly This is a criminal (*****) act There must be restitution and some other consequences to who ever thought this was legal or permissible Any help with this is appreciated . On Friday June 30th I went into my local chili's restaurant and picked up an order to go, and I had issue with my to go order that I noticed when I got home, So I called and spoke with a manager and he told me that he was going to send me a gift card through my email and that I should received in 24 to 48 hours. 48 hrs went by I never received anything, so I called back and spoke with the manager he told me that he process it and to call corporate office that they process the gift cards. I called corporate office and spoke with someone in their gift card department. she tells me there is no gift card and to call back the manager who issue it. I called back and he tells me he did process it and to call corporate office back, so I called them again and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, and the representative tells me there is no manager or supervisor available every time I called, and I have called several times.Business Response

On July 4th, I ordered a delivery directly from Chili's website. I ordered an Ultimate Smokehouse Combo. About 3 hrs after I ate the food, I started feeling uncomfortable. I got stomachache and diarrheas and I felt nauseous. The food from Chili's is the only thing I ate today. I would like my money back for this order!
