      Santander they get you where they want to then get over on u and they come and just take your car away and now u have to pay full amount if u want it back

      Worst customer service ever. If I could give a negative I would. They don't deserve a single star. Spent 20 min talking to a computer. It asked me 16 times if I spoke english.

      **************** is very deceptive and does not give all the correct info. My daughter fell behind and made payment arrangements but they repossessed her car on the same date as the arrangement and did not let her know. I know they want their money and it was due but the non disclosure of what was being done is very unprofessional. I had used this same bank years ago and had problems with them raking out double payments Not much has changed and I refinanced with my credit union as soon as I could. I would have hoped this company wouldve improved but I guess not. Just be careful and get any arrangements in writing because they are very deceptive !

      I accompanied a friend to a local dealership to buy a car. When she found one and signed the papers, Santander Consumer USA began billing ME for her car payment. Needless to say, this won't end well for these loan sharks. BUYER BEWARE!

      Santander Consumer USA is criminal company that preys upon individuals with financial challenges and subprime credit. In 2017 they had to pay $25.9M to victims in a class action lawsuit that found them guilty of predatory loans that achieved profitable outcomes by predicting the victims would default on their loans and their vehicles repossessed and victims sued for outstanding balances. In 2020 Santander Consumer USA was ordered to pay $550M to victims, in yet another class action lawsuit, for these continued and ongoing criminal acts. Now here it is 2023 and Santander Consumer USA continues to practice criminal activities with intention to financially destroy the victims and their families while obviously continuing to profit regardless of the expense of the class action lawsuits. Santander Consumer USA is a threat to the ******** people and the economic stability of ****************************. Not only does Santander Consumer USA provide financially violent, loan-shark-like, terms, payments and interest that consume 40% or more of the victims net income, Santander Consumer USA will continue to financially, and psychologically, violate the victims until there is nothing more that can be taken from them. Victims of Santander Consumer USA are left with no resources to rebuild their lives from the financially violent and calculated attack that first wounds, then guts, then drains the blood and very lifeforce out the victim ensuring they are completely dry of anything else worth taking only to leave the skeletal remains of a once hopeful and hardworking ********, human, and creature of God.

      On 2 separate occasions, I've asked them to NOT call 2 of the phone numbers that are listed on our account; despite their messages to me that each number has been added to their no-call list, each number continues to receive calls. I demand an apology from the business - and an absolute assurance that they will abide by (what a concept!) - that those 2 phone numbers (ending in **** and ****) will NOT be called again. They have lied to me and I will not tolerate being lied to by anyone.

      Santander *** settled with me for $2200. Which was a relief for me. In the beginning of purchasing my CRV in 2014 I was working and paying my car payments m. When we moved due to my husband work transferred him to another city in Northern **********. I had to apply for EED. It was hard. They did give me 3 deferments which it helped. Then my mature date was for October 18, ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* my Car Title. I believe them because they were good with me and my husband. I know that sometimes it gets rough but by just calmly explain your situation they will listen and help. They did **. Thank you Santander!

      I was in car accident now geico pay total lost car off but I know nothing about what the balance they rude i was in hospital surgery 9 blame carvission because they put wrong date I try to fax this p IM auto payment. I still make my payment and late fee. Now my life is ruin ***** down on car accident happen now they won't help me.

      I have my boat loan with Santander Consumer USA for long time and now that I have paid that loan off and getting the title released expedited is almost impossible. I have done what was asked of me in order to get the title expedited such asking my Bank to send an email or letter stating the payment has cleared my account and will not be rejected or returned which my bank has sent the email on. I have called Santander everyday for a week to request the same as the email was sent by the bank 3 days prior to my phone call just to find out they cannot find the email so I asked the bank to resent the email but unfortunately that was not enough and will not get approved and needs a letter on the bank letterhead stating the same. My bank has made the letter and I have sent it and still I am waiting for Santander to approved the expedite of the boat and trailer title. I needed the title expedited as I have sold the boat and trailer and the new owner needs to register it. I don't understand how this company can received the full payment and not able to comply to my request of sending me the title right away instead of waiting 3 to 4 weeks before releasing it to me as it is rightfully mine. This company needs to be closed down as they do not comply to business best practices that caters to customers. Do not do business with SANTANDER CIMSUMER ***.

      It was never easy with them. Poor service and nearly impossible to reach a human. I refinanced with a new company and I need to get ahold of someone from Santander and I cant get through the auto bot because they dont recognize my account number. Obviously they wont because they closed my account. Theyre trying to rip me off money I paid them so I need to get it corrected but cant get through anyone ever
