  Stole my money was paying on a car and was current. The cat company told me that they never received any payments, been paying on this car since last year. And just made a payment of 700 bucks. Sad as company and they scary as repo ppl knew what was up cause if we would have caught him he would have been sorry.

  In order to register my financed car, I was told to send $450 to this company, they would attach my title, and then they would forward it to my local DMV. An employee at Santander illegally cashed my $450 money order and disposed of my mail. It was not cashed at a bank, a clear indication that the employee was aware of the theft and attempted to make the transaction untraceable. I was told nothing could be done. As if Im not already in debt, Santander made it worse. Thanks.

  This company is a huge scam and sets people up for failure in hidden fees. Shut them the f down stole 800 dollars for repo fees and then I had to pay the repo people as well DO NOT GO WITH SANTANDER

  I got a loan through this bank last year from Hillside Honda. I met some financial difficulties in November and have told them numerous times. I wrote a letter to them outlining my intent to pay by the end of this month. They've called a million times per day. Tonight I pulled up from work the repo guys back me in while I was in my car blocked the road and repo the car. After paying $785.00 for 9 months the balance on the loan is higher than the original cost. Well maybe this is God's way of taking me from this evillous bank just because my credit was young. I will just wait and buy an auctioned car. I begged them for help and time and I explained to them that I had been out of a work. First they sais they cannot refinance the loan n the only thing I can do is make a payment. So many other lenders offer help but not these wicked

  Absolutely do not deal with this joke of a company! We had our car stolen and the insurance was trying to settle within weeks but santander wouldn't supply the paperwork to close on it until almost 4 months later and the whole time they were expecting there payments even tho the hold up was on there end! This is a very crooked company and I would advise anyone looking for a car loan to go threw anyone but here!!! Worst experience possible!!!

  They are terrible. I sent a full payment to close off my account mid February to their "overnight" mailing address and the payment wasn't applied to my account for weeks. It is now mid April and they STILL have yet to report my account paid off to crediting agencies.

  Santander Consumers USA Are Thugs in an Office , Interest Rates are Crazy , they will Follow and Harass you if you stop making Insurance payments, They Have Federal Agents on Payroll who will ruin your life and have you thrown into Jail behind a Vehicle, They will Hire Convicts to Rob you for there vehicles if you fall behind one month of payments . They give out Your location 24/7 to all local law enforcements. Please Run I regret ever taking a loan with Santander consumer .

  My user name was changed by some one other than me. I am concerned that their security is lacking. I then tried to call to change the username and change my bank account info and for several days their agents ere =unable to assist because their system was down., The last date was 7 April. Today after finally getting the user name issue resolved they wonk accept an ACH. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was left on terminal hold.
  While I liked the rate, the fact that my username was altered and they did not work with me to change my bank info left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.
  I am still worried that my information has been hacked and that thats why my username was something that is totally foreign to me.

  Santander is the worst company that anyone could have.They are a scam and liars these people need to be put out of business and taken off anyone's credit who delt with them.Someone needs to put them out of business they were sued and still in business I don't understand that why this country allow consumers to be scammed and dies nothing about the scammer's the United States are also crooks.

  I had purchased a item through a online retailer and I returned the item and Santander has denied my claim. It was $17,000. I will be filing a lawsuit and getting an attorney.
