I would like to start saying that I feel completely scammed by Neiman Marcus after purchasing an order that was not received. I contacted customer service on 05/28/23 to start a claim. No claim number or confirmation email was received. I contacted customer service to follow up about my claim on 05/29/23 and was told that no claim number or confirmation email will be provided, that I have to wait 3 business days to get an answer. On 05/30/23 I received an email stating that my claim will not proceed and that I have to call a number provided on email if I have questions. I did call and asked to escalate this issue to a supervisor, I used Spanish customer service but the supervisor didn't speak Spanish and even when I asked to speak to a supervisor in Spanish that request was denied. I explained that my security camera did not recorded anyone delivering a ***** package and the picture proof of delivery does not show any visible evidence that the package was delivered to my apt. The supervisor told me that since ***** showed a proof of delivery legally Neiman Marcus has no longer nothing to do with my claim. I was totally surprised and disappointed with the answer and asked to escalate the issue. She answered that someone will call me back and that the answer will be the same. I feel scammed and like a was dealing with professional thieves. I had never encountered in my life such a poor and dissatisfied customer service. I paid for a product to ********************** and expected to get a nice and pleasant experience which has turned into a nightmare. I had to contact ***** on my own and open a claim because Neiman Marcus refused their responsibility to refund me for a item that was never received and it was sent by a carrier that did not delivered it showing a blurry picture of a package leaved on a floor that has no visible signs of the final destination.My security camera did not recorded the delivery. I hope that Neiman Marcus refunds my money and gives me an apology.Neiman Marcus Company

**** made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some online shopping but has issues with the website. **** was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend **** as is very very prompt and quick. Some online agents are not as quick and often misunderstand issue, but **** is a great communicator and left my shopping experience enjoyable!! I will definitely keep shopping at Neiman Marcus as they offer excellent customer service and assist to clients until they are fully satisfied!!!Neiman Marcus Company

Order never arrived. ***** stated package was delivered and the photo attached was not of my apartment. Sent an email stating problem, did not get a response back, and received an email asking to review customer service. Went to online chat and the agent took a long time to respond, said theyd file a claim and if I ever ordered something in the future a signature would be required. I understand requiring a signature if packages are actually delivered but my package wasnt even delivered to my address, let alone from the picture it was to a street where anyone could take it. I love some of the products I get from ** and in store shopping has been good for the most part (staff has forgotten many times to add purchases to account) but online experience has been awful.Neiman Marcus Company

Neiman Marcus (NM) makes too much money switching and baiting customers. Today I placed an online order with NM, and today I was reminded AGAIN why I stopped purchasing from this company a year ago and had previously unsubscribed. Once again, I spent $800 and thought I was going to get numerous GREAT free gifts and a $50 NM card. However, once I paid I got an email, once again, stating that NM cancelled ALL of my free items and the free $50 card does not show on my receipt of purchase. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. NM makes too much money not to be able to program their checkout cart to say WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE PLEASE REMOVE FROM CART. Or simply JUST DON'T ADD IT to your customers carts!!!!! The free gifts and gift card is what prompted me to purchase from NM. Otherwise, I would have spent my hard earned money somewhere else that was offering a discount without the deception and headache. This is not a system error by any means. This is an intentional deceptive sales practice, which I'm shocked no one has filed a class action lawsuit against NM already.Neiman Marcus Company

So dissatisfied! I ordered a dress from the site on March 10th and it was indicated that the item was in stock. I just received an email stating the item is now on back order. I chatted with customer service today March 14 and was told it was indefinite and did I want to cancel. This has happened on more than one occasion and I spent a fair amount here annually. On 4/05/23 is a day in Orlando I’ll not forget. As my family and I walked towards the perfume section, this guy walked over to the Bond No 9 station and started spraying perfume and said smell this. He was not smiling or friendly. My daughter was like let me smell. I told him I was looking for something more fruity. He said well what you’re looking for if you don’t know. At this point, I walked away because he’s getting an attitude, not friendly so I’m getting a bad vibe from him.
As we walked around the side to the Maison Francis perfume, this sale associate was very friendly, but this male salesman watched us the whole time talking to the lady as she described the perfume which made us feel very uncomfortable (yes we are African Americans). Meanwhile, my mother walked over to the Tom Ford and no one asked her did she need any help or anything. The male salesman walked over to the wall to a lady and they watched us the whole time. So I walked over to the Mind Game perfume while my daughter was talking to the lady associate (who was friendly) about the Amousage fragrances while I was still listening to the sale associate talk about the Mind Game perfumes. No one offered my family the free complimentary Nespresso, water, or any assistance of other perfume. As I turn around, the guy at the Bond No 9 station continued watching me and my family while standing there talking to another female sale associate. As walked over to other station, my family and I was watched the whole time which this is an uncomfortable feeling and I felt discriminated because I was black and it felt as if I didn’t belong in the store.
After I made the purchase, the sale associates at the Tom Ford still didn’t offer us any assistance they just stood watching us as we sampled the fragrances. As we walked towards the door, no one said thank you(besides my sale associate), no smile, or come back to see us. SO SAD and I’m so upset about this bad experience.Felisha R.

I purchased a very expensive pair of boots from Bergdorf Goodman $1,900 . They did not fit and Bergdorf issued me a return label. I sent back the very SAME day I received them by their label, which went USPS then to Fed ex. Snail Mail.. This took an two entire weeks. Once the item was received they told me another 10 days to process the return???? They they did not process the return and I spoke with a supervisor who said that they we sending the boots back to me because they were worn??? WTF??? Sorry did I wear the shoes to the post office when I sent the return back? The very same day I received them? There is something very, very WRONG going on at Bergdorf Goodman!!! Some crazy scam.. or they don't have the money to refund me??? I have my credit card disputing & putting in a fraud claim. Completely horrible experience & upsetting waste of time. What has happened to NM? I ordered an in stock item on 2/22/23. It has been in process for 3 weeks now. I’ve made calls to their customer service. I get different excuses each time. The final two calls I tried to cancel the order and was told it would be 48 hours. Then called back after 48 hours and was told it might be 3 to 5 days. I have had a pending charge 4 times then money credited back 3 times. Now it’s on pending. This was a birthday gift for March 6th. So disappointed in the customer service.Neiman Marcus Company
