      I always thought Neiman Marcus was a reliable company. I'm a full-time student and employee. I work hard and I wanted to purchase my first designer item. I placed an order on the Neiman Marcus website since 2/22/23. My order has been stuck on "in process". I tried contacting customer service and I have been dealt with horrible excuses. I've been told there are shipping delays. I've been told if I want to cancel, I'll have to wait to receive the item and then return it in store. I've been discouraged to shop here again. At least notify shoppers that the delivery of the item will be longer than expected, BEFORE they make the purchase. Every week I get a notification that my expected delivery will be in a few days, but when I check the details it still says my item is in process. This just isn't right.

      Today March 13, 2023 at 3:17pm PT, I called to the gift card department with an inquiry I had regarding an offer. The female agent who answered (which I didn't get her name) was very rude, raising her voice at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. We (my family and I) spend a lot of money in the store to be treated like that. I am not willing to spend any more money at the store with that kind of service. They should train their agents for better customer service, cause apparently they don't know how to treat them well.

      Order 2 pairs of shoes online (value over $1k) from Neiman Marcus. Was scheduled to deliver on a Monday and Tuesday but instead delivered early on Sunday without notification. While at church, package was stolen from porch. Police report was put in and response was not much they can do about it. Report to Neiman Marcus about the situation and they said nothing they can to about it either. As a company. I would think over a certain value of the product, the company would expect a signature of proof of receipt from costumer or have insurance as an option. In this case neither was an option; and the company claims its my responsibility. Now Im out over $1,000 with nothing. I thought it was the sender responsibility to make sure the customer get their product. No insurance was offered nor proof is signature .. frustrating Terrible company policy

      Our research supports the carrier's claim that the items were successfully delivered. Per our current guidelines, no signature was required at delivery. We regret that we are unable to replace or refund the items in question.

      I placed an order on 2/23/23 and chose 2 day shipping with ShopRunner and theres still no change to order status (still says in process). Ive tried reaching out to customer service several times - via email, chat, and text - and NO ONE has been able to provide any kind of information regarding my order. *** even tried to cancel my order but was reassured that my order would be delivered by 3/9/23. I even received two bogus emails with expected delivery dates, first one being 3/3/23. It is now 3/11/23 and theres no update to the order status and no tracking information. But my credit card was charged at the time the order was placed, of course. Just send me my stuff or give me my money back!

      I ordered my wife a pair of shoes on Thursday 3/9/23. ***** at Neiman Marcus said they were going to overnight them. We go in on Saturday 3/11/23 to check on them ,thinking they were in the store.No,they didn't process the order until Friday and they don't do anything on the weekend. To me, overnight means the next day. So now my wife's birthday gift will be in the store on Monday 3/13/23.Sad thing is my wife's birthday is on 3/12/23...I'm not real happy with Neiman Marcus right now.

      An absolute NIGHTMARE!! My husband ordered me a ********************* bag weeks ago and it still says in process. Each time he has reached out to customer service they keep telling him that the delivery date is getting pushed back. Just tonight he reached out again and they responded that the bag is no longer in stock EXCUSE ME?! It was ordered when in stock and the delivery kept getting pushed back due to warehouse changes. I call BS. This company is doing a very poor job for carrying such quality and expensive products, all the reviews prove it too. Save your money or buy from somewhere else thats actually reliable. Highly disappointed!!

      BUYER BEWARE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE!!
      I tried ordering items several times. The order goes through. Then I get an email saying Neiman Marcus "cancelled" the order. My last two orders (**** and ****) were cancelled. They will then hang onto your money for a week before it is refunded. This is a huge inconvenience. It sounds like false advertising (Item available then not provided to the customer).

      I had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order this past Friday. When I received the initial email regarding the order I noticed it was for the wrong size so I called and spoke to Fernando who assured the right size will be sent, that it was only a glitch and and he made 3 notes for the right item to be sent,he also offered to ship the item standard overnight delivery free of charge and said I should receive the item by Monday, he also said I would be receiving an email in the next 24 hrs, I didn't receive the email so I called Saturday and was told by a rep again that I was going to be receiving the item on Monday. I checked yesterday since I had not received any email updates regarding shipping and when I logged into my account no orders showed. I searched the order as a guest and I was able to locate it only to learned it was canceled so I called again and the rep I spoke to said the I would receive the item tomorrow (Monday) so I then asked her then why does it show on my end my order was canceled, she didn't know what to say. I told her this was a bad experience, she then said is there anything else you need? Like that's how you treat your customers? Not to mention about an hr after I receive an email saying my order had been canceled as I had requested?? Wow!

      I had a horrible experience with this company. **************** was awful and the product that was ordering was not only late but in awful condition. When I tried to get help with replacements, the representative said it was nothing she could do. This company should be ashamed of themselves. This is nothing short of "robbery!" You would think that the quality would be near perfection for what they charge. I'm aware that things happen that *** be out of their control but to not try and be more helpful or helpful at all is insulting and unacceptable!

      Ordered online, some makeup Feb. 8th, emailed a few days later asking for tracking number, response was it was being sent from 'a store', not offering a particular store... and that it should be mailed around Feb 21st... still waiting for some kind of communication regarding perhaps 'your order will be shipped by this date, from this store', or whatever... emailed again this morning, so far no response. Will never order from them again and will report to credit card fraud ***** if items are not received next week. This is not the 1970's... online ordering should be smooth, quick with proper communication. They seriously lack in ***********.
