BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have only ever tried ordering from Bergdorf Goodman online and BOTH times I was sold an item that was marked in stock, only to be left waiting for weeks and ultimately told the item is no longer in stock. The online chat and customer service will run you around and repeatedly change answers. I would NOT recommend shopping here. There is a good reason that there are so many bad reviews here.Neiman Marcus Company

The order was sent to the store for fulfillment. The store has determined that they no longer have this item. They have canceled the order. The customer will not be charged, and no additional credit authorizations will be processed.

A SCAM! my order was delivered late and not received. They told me that they are not responsible for the package and that its too bad for me. Im appalled that a luxury retailer would treat their customers this way. I had to contact them several times. The first customer service rep said Id be refunded or get w reshipment. Days went by and heard nothing. Every other rep says sorry too bad your claim was denied. This is a bs claim process and they are HORRIBLE. Do not buy from them!!Neiman Marcus Company

My complaint is with Bergdorf Goodman which is a part of Neiman Marcus Group. I returned via ***** a pair of shoes I purchased in the *** ********** store. I have the tracking number. This was May 26th. It was delivered and accepted by ************** on May 30th. The purchase amount was for $1149.95 and today--June 29th--I still have not received my money back even though I have had countless email and voice conversations with "customer service" reps. ********************** has my money AND merchandise! Complete scam! They promised two-day delivery but didn't even ship the items for weeks. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, providing no solutions whatsoever. And when you request an order cancellation, they offer a worthless gift card instead of allowing you to choose a refund to the original payment method.Neiman Marcus Company

Dont understand these low reviews?!?! In-store or on-line, new or returns, Ive never had anything but spectacular service. Yes, occasionally an item is not always available, pesky porch pirates pilfer or a good coupon/gift card expires,,,,,,********************! There is no conspiracy.. Anyways, I was in town for the *********************** Concert in ******* and dropped in Neimans for some restorative retail therapy. I love new perfume, always the right size, always fits. I usually shop in ******** at ***************, but decided to go visit ******** Ave and was glad I did. I wanted a fragrance update and they had a specialist - Mr. ******************** Very knowledgeable about the perfumes notes, the history of the house, and the best application. He shared interesting things about the industry; Mr. **** is a man of information. He advised to go outside in the lobby to be able to experience both scents fully and make my final selection, Baccarat Rouge 540 de Parfum, with Creed Love in White second. Made a lot of difference! **** also fixed my expired card with customer service, and didnt lose his cool when my phone number didnt help her find it in their system. He was very nice thru a tedious process, kept his sense of humor and made me feel at ease. What could have been a tense half hour, turned into a lovely shopping experience I wont forget to go with my ******* trip/concert. I cant forget to tease my CA at Plaza, the bar has been raised. I would like to start saying that I feel completely scammed by Neiman Marcus after purchasing an order that was not received. I contacted customer service on 06/06/23 to start a claim. No claim number or confirmation email was received. I contacted customer service to follow up about my claim on 06/06/2023,i was told that i have to contact the company that delived my package which was Needitnow,and they told me they dropped my package at my front door at 10:06am which i was at work until 5pm.no package was at my door when i reached home now no one will help me.can someone please contact me. *************************Neiman Marcus Company

A credit in the amount of $364.73 was issued to ************** **** account. The time it takes to post will vary based on ************** financial institution.
To avoid future orders being losses, any orders placed going forward will need to be set to be delivered to a ***** location or a Walgreens ***** pick up location. Any orders not shipped to one of these locations will be cancelled.

1 starIt's a truly disgusting shopping experience. There was only one pair of shoes available in my size as a final sale item. I noticed that registering a new account would give me a 15% discount on my first order. I successfully placed the order, but two days later, they canceled it, claiming there was no stock available. Then, a day later, I received a message saying the item is back, with the same size and only one available. I tried placing the order again but found out that the new customer 15% coupon was no longer valid. So, I registered with another email and made the purchase again. However, on the 12th at 12:00 PM, my order was canceled once more. To add insult to injury, at 12:20 PM, my other email received a notification saying the item is back, with the same size and only one available! How dare you! It's absolutely disgusting. If new customer discounts are not applicable to final sale items, then please don't allow their use from the beginning, instead of canceling the order after two days! I will never look at anything from this store again! Negative review!
