      Waiting on an "in stock" item 17 days later. Attempted the 'text us' application. Waited 30 minutes for someone to tell me it's on its way. Submitted the order number on the ** website. Zero movement. Credit card shows a charge for $204. A credit for $204. A new charge for $204. Hoping for a Valentine's *** miracle.

      ZERO STARS DESERVED! I placed an order for a $595.00 item with overnight shipping. Item wasn't listed as backordered or pre-order on 1/14/23 on NM website. My CC was charged "pending" same day. On 1/21/23, I received a credit to my CC along with a new charge for same amount, contacted NM via chat on 1/24/23, letting them know that if the item did not arrive by 1/26/23 I would need to cancel my order. I was told that they were very busy but the item would deliver by 1/26/23. On 1/26/23 (late end of day) I called customer service to cancel my order, and after speaking with three people (they could not tell me when this order WOULD ship)was assured my order would be cancelled, confirmation would be sent to me. I discovered on 1/27 the designer's website listed this item as a pre-order, available on 2/14/23. On 1/28/23 my card was again refunded and re-charged for same amount. I spoke to customer service again and told that my order was "pending" cancellation, that I'd receive confirmation within a few days. On 1/30 via Chat I received confirmation that the order was in the cancellation process. On 2/3 I spoke to yet another NM employee but was told that they could only request again to have the order cancelled. Today 2/4/23, I received a notification of suspicious charges from my CC company and they required verification of the charge. After speaking with them, ** had issued another refund and attempted to re-charge my card twice in a row. My card company declined the charges, I explained the issue to my CC co, and they stated all charges from NM will be blocked but for me to attempt again to get a confirmed email showing cancellation suggested a temporary freeze on account until that was fully in effect. I would never have expected this level of service and clarity (not defining pre-order/backorder items) from NM, but was truly shocked over their "inability" to fully cancel an order for an item they do not have to start with. ZERO ETHICS

      Please allow us to apologize to Ms. ********* for the shipping delay and for the difficulty she experienced in getting her order canceled.

      We were unable to cancel the order directly when the customer requested it, due to the order status. The order was finally canceled on February 7th. There will be no more credit authorizations for this order, and the customer will not be charged.

      We regret that we were unable to provide a better outcome in this instance.

      I don't know what is going on with Neiman Marcus and their shipping/warehouse but I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. I had to order the same dress 3 times, which was for a wedding. The first one was damaged and took 3 weeks to get a refund, 2nd attempt was told it was on back order (when it was not) customer service told me to cancel that order and reorder. 3rd attempt was told multiple times the item was in stock only to have it cancelled 3 weeks later because they "oversold". Was assured I would get a call back from a higher up and shocker, never did. Now I have ordered a designer handbag 8 days ago, paid for express shipping and it has not even shipped yet. While your customer service is polite, they are zero help. Do Better!

      So upset right now about my order after reading these reviews and talking to customer service countless times. you pay for overnight shipping and they claim the delivery time is delayed due to the weather. this is just not true! then you cannot cancel because it's processing. NEIMAN MARCUS IS NOT THE SAME ANY MORE. BEWARE. You are better off just buying in store if there is one local to you. ** ZERO STARS

      I ordered a dress online from Neiman Marcus on January 11 th. I wanted 2 day shipping with shoprunner. I called couple times customer service and I emailed them. I also chatted with them. I still did not get my dress because they said they could not find my dress. They did not answer my email also. Finally I cancelled my order. The initial authorization on my credit card got cancelled, but then they charged my credit card again. I called them and they said they will return the money to my account, which still has not happened. Worst customer service experience. For the reference today is January 28 th.

      I loved shopping at NM and BG for years but this Christmas I placed an order for some skincare and they promised they will mail them to my house as they didn't have them in the store. I placed the order on 12/17 and called on 12/29 for an update. Was promised that items will be at my house on 1/6. That date came and went and I called again on 1/12 and was told they will get the items to me by 1/20. I called yesterday and was told they have already canceled my order on 1/13. I had no notice and my card was charged for the items. They told me we can reorder the items but since I got them with a promotion that is no longer running, my items will cost 50% more. Understand the supply chain issue but having to follow up after they have charged me and then canceling without any notice or refund is just not how a business should be run. I was so looking forward to receiving my items and now.....

      I have been a few sites and it ***** that so many people have not been able to get their items. Or any type of refund. I ordered some shoes on 1/19 and have been on back ordered since. I received an email today saying that it could be up to March 28rh before I get them and I have a birthday coming before that. I was planning on having these shoes to wear on my birthday but it seems like that ain't happen based off everyone else reviews I have seen. And I want to cancel but it seems like nobody is able to get a refund. I usually order from Saks fifth or *************** But I saw ** having a great sale. But now I am wishing I never ordered from ** and seems like I possibly lost out on the money I have spent ***.

      Zero stars. I placed an order for a dress for my sisters wedding nearly a month ago and was told it would arrive in two days, then the date kept getting pushed until they just stopped updating the arrival window. Nearly a month later the order is still processing and has not shipped. I have very little faith it will be here by the wedding in 2 weeks. I have spoken to customer service every two days and was finally told that the customer service rep was "making a note and sending an email to the warehouse". I cannot cancel the order until it is done processing. Is this some kind of scam? I would not expect this from Neiman Marcus and if this is not rectified I will never be ordering again.
