      Went to the kings of west show. I bought 6 tickets and my husband was unable to come lady minute, his cousin met us at the ********************* to watch show and was not allowed in. Due to the previous person scanning tickets and not counting accordingly she ended up leaving and in theory I was out over 100 dollars. The girls was very unfriendly and not willing to listen

      I accidentally purchased these tickets through the ticket ********* website for the wrong show. I contacted them within minutes of making the accidental purchase. They refused to issue a refund. I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute on the charge. The credit card company said the purchase was pending and that the merchant should be able to cancel the transaction. I contacted the merchant again explaining the tickets were purchased in error, but they again refused to refund and referred to me clicking pay as accepting their terms of service. The company says customer satisfaction guaranteed, but thats just not true.

      On January 10, 2025, I ordered a ticket from Ticketsales.com. The ticket cost $64. Ticketsales.com did not mention anything about their fee or anything else. Once the transaction was over, I was charged $92.30, which is a surcharge of 44.2%! Besides that, I did not receive the ticket either. Their customer service is utterly useless and lies.I would like a full refund of the ticket immediately. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Illinois and the ***.

      Hello,

      Ticketsales.com continues to be a fraudulent company. They called me today, but I was not there to pick up the phone. They left a message asking me to call them. I did, and all I got was automated messages taking me in circles, no live person to talk to, and them confirming the ticket. Nothing else. As I said before, their chat doesn't work because their agents are trained to **** off customers and lie to them. So, here is what I reiterate:

      Ticketsales.com fraudulently charged me $92.30 without informing me there was going to be a surcharge on the ticket that originally cost $64. Had I known that there would be a surcharge of over 40% of an already expensive ticket, I wouldn't have ordered. They sent me a "receipt" which did not show explicitly what the charges are. This is FRAUD. Unfortunately, I did not research this fraudulent company before to see all the complaints they had received from people who had the same problem as I did.

      I demand that Ticketsales.com stop harassing me and immediately reimburse me for the entire $92.30. I am not going to discuss this, I will not negotiate. They charged me fraudulently, and I would like my money back immediately. The entire sum. No processing fees or other BS. End of story.

      On March 25, 2025 I was deceived by searching for the venue ************** in ******* website for Y& T tix . As many others have complained - Ticketsales.com -headlined itself with the title -With the venues name ************** -The website was top loaded on the search engine above the real site for the venue capturing and luring people to their resale Ticketsales.com -Falsely advertised themselves creating a fake website with sections for Events in boxes etc. Then it has you put in how many tickets without any prices then pops up the correct price from the real venue 2x45 plus 2.00 fees *****. So you think this is the correct price. Then has it has a big red Checkout box for that price and 2 tickets chosen in quantity. Box. So this is what you chose . Then when you get an order confirmation it says tickets processing $182.54. So you feel anger betrayal fear and you call credit card to stop it pending. Then you try calling the ticketsales .com numbers for three different people and they all say sorry we cant cancel its between you *** seller. There is no seller . Then there is no way to resale Then you read thousands of reviews on Bbb and many other sites saying they got scammed the same ways you did.Then electronic transfer the only option also means no transfer until 2 days before the show. When *** and Ticketmaster *** every other website means immediate transfer but nooooo here it means you dont get the tickets until maybe two days before cuz they admit they dont have the tickets *** you dont have or even own tickets even though they charge your card and send a confirmation. But then they do not guarantee like their website states everywhere 100 percent satisfaction. Which is a lie . Then they say your tickets could have other name on tickets but dont worry the venue will accept them. Rocklin Quarry absolutely checks ID to tickets and it is illegal to use other tickets . Especially electronic tix. Please refund my $$ Asap

      I purchased concert tickets for an event on March 29th from (*********************************************). The event is scheduled for May 2, 7:00PM, Decades Night, Address Crossroads KC at Grinders Confirmation number ******** . The price of one ticket at the venue is $25 plus a $6.02 service fee. The secondary site ********************************* charged a service fee of $38 and a transfer fee of $7.50 each for the same ticket. Without realizing that I had been transferred to a secondary resale sight I believed I had no other option for purchase. I see now that I can purchase directly from the venue. I have done a chat with the secondary site referring to the Presidents Executive order addressing the End to Price-Gouging by Middlemen in the Entertainment Industry. I was imposed egregious fees for this order which the company refused to remove. This is an enormous markup from the secondary market, price-gouging me as the consumer and depriving me of the opportunity to see my favorite artists without incurring extraordinary expenses. I have the screenshots of my conversation with the representative detailing my conversation.

      I purchase 2 tickets listed at $188/each for *** ******** at the ********************** - *********, ** on Sunday, May 4, 2025 7:30 PM. There was no breakdown of any additional service fees at checkout. I received confirmation via email for $513.74, with a service charge of $130.24 and electronic - Instant Download fee of $7.50. The $130 was issued in bad faith as there was no indication of that fee prior to the charges to my credit card. There was no transparency prior to completing the transactio, which is unacceptable.

      On 3/27/2025, I intended to purchase 3 tickets for The Queens: 4 Legends concert on 5/16/2025 from the venue ticket vendor, Ticketmaster. Somehow I was misdirected to Ticketsales.com which is a secondary market place. When I mistakenly placed the order for the tickets on Ticketsales.com, I noticed I was not allowed to select the seats and I realized too late this was not a legitimate site. My credit card was charged for $459.90 which included the ticket cost $112, $34 service charge (extreme), $7.50 convenience fee and an additional $1.00 fee. Afterwards, I received an email stating the order was confirmed, however the tickets were not included. The next day on 3/28/2025, I received an email from Ticketsales.com with a link to set up an account on ************ and notified the tickets would not be available until 5/15/2025. I never clicked on the link to accept the tickets because I thought it was a scam. I contacted the customer service for ********************** to ask for a refund because I did not intend to purchase from this site. My refund request was denied and I was told the best resolution was to resale my tickets. I have no desire to accept the tickets or resell; I would like a refund and to report this company for fraudulent activity. For past concerts, I purchased directly from ************ and received my tickets in the same day and my seats were known. I was never informed I would not receive my tickets immediately after the purchase and would not be able to select my seats. The seat selection is also important because one of the attendees is elderly and has a physical disability. Since I have not received the product, I should rightfully be refunded.

      I attempted to purchase 2 tickets from a local venue. Ticketsales.com impersonated the venue web site and charged me nearly double the cost of the tickets from the venue. Additional they offered 2 types of seating with different pricing when the venue is simply general admission. They also were intentionally unclear about the additional fees which they charged. These two tix should have cost $86 but this company charged me $233.15 I attempted to cancel the order immediately and found that the business is constructed to obfuscate and prevent any customer service or satisfaction.

      I purchased 4 tickets yesterday for an event today. I did not realize I was on a resale sight at the time. I saw that the initial price was rather high but didnt know about all the additional fees. They advertised the tickets at $116.00 each for a ticket that was originally $30. After I finished checkout the cost had jumped to $631.67 total. I immediately reached out by phone call only to find that there is not a live person you can talk to. So I tried the live chat which got me no where. The email they sent me with receipt has a link to contact us that does not work. Also a link to check order status that doesnt work. Its now the day of my show and I still havent received a email with my tickets. Im beyond upset.

      I was deceptively and without my awareness routed away from the Deleware State fair website while attempting to buy tickets. I purchased tickets that seemed expensive because that is all I thought was available. When I received the tickets, that were each ****** plus more services charges than I expected and insurance (because it was so much), they were priced at ***** each. I immediately became concerned that they are fake. I contacted the place. They did not ever (I waited near an hour) answer their line for already purchased tickets. Eventually I connected with someone on the sales line. They acknowledged that they do this and that it is a third party seller. They told me that I should have noticed that it switched and it was because the seats I wanted weren't available. It was clearly a scam. I don't know that my seats are even valid. They had NO supervisor available. They do not escalate, the woman stated that she is trained in "escalating" and that they can not refund. That I can take advantage of my insurance OR they would be happy to resell the tickets for me!!! I couldn't believed that there is no attempt at remediating, blatant admission that they are deceptive and then asked me to. give them business based on their deceiving me. I would like a FULL refund so I can buy reasonable tickets from. the event as was intended.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I did not know that ticketsales.com had tried to reach me. I do not know how to reach them as they do not pick up their phone and when I did get to a person through the "sales" line they told me that they could not help (and other things already outlined justifying their deceptive practices). They also told me that they had no supervisors. I am glad to hear that they are offering a resolution.  I would like it if they could offer the resolution through the BBB.  AND if they are making a sincere attempt to repair what they have done why arent they doing it here?  Or why havent I been given contact information to connect with them? How are they tryng to contact me?

      To ticketsales.com. At this point, due to your deception, I can not buy any other decent tickets to this concert. I would like you to refund me for all but ****** which would have been the expected price of the tickets had I bought them from the venue. that I thought I was purchasing them from.

      Ticket Sales has attempted to reach our customer to extend a courtesy resolution in the interest of customer service via the phone number on file on 4/1, 4/2, and 4/3, as well as sent multiple emails with our contact information to the email address on file. We have not been able to reach our customer despite multiple attempts.


      In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction which is currently active. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open and encourage our customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we now consider this matter closed.

I am asking that they refund all but the actually cost of the tickets ****** that I would have paid had they not been deceptive and had their site direct me away from what I thought I was purchasing.  Please offer your settle ment here.       I went looking for the email that ticket sales claimed to send. It was in my spam folder.  The email was generic and gave the same customer service number I had not been able to get through on previously.  I am on my fourth attempt to call and have still not gotten past the automated optins that dead end with answers to specific questions that do not apply to me.  This time I pressed 3 and there is no music, no request for my order number and no person. The prior option 2 had music and asked for my order number but onlt gave me access to automated answers. I can not (as previous) get through to a person. This reminds me that I have also not ever received a call back from customer service who I attemted to talk with prior to filing with the BBB.  Now that I have been on hold for 5 min I am going to attempt to hang up and call back and press 1.  The last time I was able to reach the sales team.  She did not help me but rather admitted that ticketsales.com does this deception and asked me if I wanted to reselll the tickets through them!!???
