I found Ticketsales.com off ****** search on March/23/23. Was lunch time, they were the first on the list of results for TLC Show On July 13 in ********! I grew up listening to them! Now I just want my Money refunded in Full! as I do not want a cent of mine going to this ********************** They have zero Desire to assist any customer concerns. ********************** is out of ****** ***** I was NOT able to find this on there website. Learning too late this is not a credible Vendor! Scam! When I first went to the website it was advertising tickets for super cheap and they are almost sold out nobVIP tickets left act fast!! which I found out later on is not true there is still VIP tickets available, ticketmasters is where u want to look, they are also far cheaper than what ticketsales.com is charging people. So I was buying four tickets in a bundle and they were ranging from the price of $120 to $335 for all four tickets, I first chose the more expensive ones to find once I filled out my information the price jumped from 335 to over $1,400!I backed out and I chose one of the options for $121, same thing jumps to $******. at this point I had already put in my banking information! And had to get back to work! Unable to reach ticketsales.com help, I checked bank where there was a pending transaction for ****** and was hoping to intercept before $ went through, after work I see the pending amount was not taken, but ******! over 200 more than pending ORDER TOTALon reciept.They informed me via email I wont recieve my tickets until I completed a series of tasks?! Won't get them till July?! The Rep I spoke with assured me that she's aware I was NOT able to see that the $ amount billed to me was in fact USD until AFTER the $ was taken! No refunds have a good day?! I assured "****** agent #*******"In regards to my order #********, I would be contacting BBB for help in getting a full refund for the 4 tickets I never recieved after being tricked Ticketsales.com Help BBB! I am rejecting this response because:
I have not been offered a deal as of yet. Have been on hold with them for 15 minutes and it's just silent. No automated recording telling a wait time, or hold music.. I could hear the main menu loud and clear . But once I selected #2 it's been dead silent?! Will update you once I am able to contact ticketsales.com
when I do I will be requesting a full refund of the 697.94

Hello so I have contacted the ticketsales.com help line which is(888) 729-4718 2 days ago I spoke with a man who assured me that if I call back the next day during business hours that I would be able to be transfered to the head office that deals with refunds and I would be refunded.. I called back today and spoke with a man who informed me that they will not do a refund on a show that has not been canceled.. I stressed to him that I was emailed by ticketsales.com in regards to a resolution offer and he assured me that was the final word.. he than refused to transfer me to any superior and said they were unavailable ! At 3 in the afternoon. I asked that he please just transfer me to someone else equal to his position and that was also a no.. my final request was for his agent number which he claimed for security purposes he cannot give his information to me?!!? I explained to him that, this is the purpose of an agent number is so customers you are to be helping, can refer back to the information you have given them?!?? No willingness to budge left me no choice but to wish him a good day and try my luck with the next rep that's answers my call!! .. not getting far with this but will update after my next attempt. Did not identify themselves as a ticket resaler.. they charged me twice what the ticket sales price was for monster jam tickets and reserved the worst and cheapest seats there for capitalizing even more ... $150 for three tickets is shat i wanted to buy and they charged me $400 .. this is a shameless businessBusiness Response

On March 23/23 (today) I went online to purchase tickets for *********************** show in ****** for September/23.I thought I was on the venue site (********) and honestly it looked like it. I looked for and found tickets and no where did it indicate these tickets were in USD until the very end and it was off to the right in small letters next to the total which I just saw out of the corner of my eye as I clicked submit. I immediately looked for a customer service number to call but the link on the email that was sent was broken. Regardless, I was able to find a number and call within 5 minutes. They stated they could not cancel or refund my order. I then went to the venue site and checked the same seat row and see that if I had bought the tickets through the venue, I would have paid $113 CAD each. This site charged me the equivalent $585 CAD for two tickets!! That's more than twice the price. They have also not indicated when I will receive the tickets so I have nothing to show for the purchase. I think their practices are fraudulent and would like my money back.Business Response

I ordered 2 tickets for the shakey ****** concert. They listed the price as $124 each. After purchasing I was charged $326.87. The tickets apparently aren't even on sale yet so how could they have them for sale???Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The business called me and told me that it was my fault and that I accepted responsibility because i didnt click on the 3 pixel text that opens a menu showing the rest of the charges. Upon consulting with my attorney I was informed this is illegal and he prepared a demand notice to send. The buisness at first offered me a "partial refund" of the fees but when I informed them about the upcoming demand notice they changed it to a full refund
They claimed to send me a refund after 3 buisness days but it was never received. I called my bank and was told there was no incoming balance changes and that the funds were no longer pending and the charge had posted. Upon calling ticketsales.com To check on the status and ask why the funds were taken they informed me they don't do refunds and to try calling a different team. That team of course isn't reachable through the phone line.
I have yet to receive my refund and ticketsales.com is misrepresenting their position to the BBB.
My next step is to send the charges to collections in accordance with my local state law.

On 03/22/23 I went to what I thought was The ************************ website to purchase tickets to a concert. Instead I was on a 3rd party resale ticket site called Ticketsales.com no where on their website did they say they were a resale site. They had a map of the Venue and the seats I wanted. The price per seat was $198.00 they also let me purchase ticket insurance for $16.00 per ticket. No where did I click on anything to agree to all sales final. Only after I purchased the tickets and received my confirmation email did I see this was a resale 3rd party site. Only then did I see a service charge of $172.26! And an electronic transfer charge of $7.50 for a total of $773.76! Then I noticed the "seller" would transfer my tickets on 7/30/23 for a concert on 8/01/23. Then I noticed a different party would be charging me for insurance later. After seeing all this for the first time is when I realized I had been scammed! I immediately notified my wife. And she tried to cancel the CC payment but was too late. She contacted Ticketsales.com customer service to get money back. They told her I signed and agreement that all sales were finale. I never signed anything of that sort. I would like my money back! Because I was over charged and subjected to undisclosed fees and I probably won't get tickets. I had gone through the venues website and was redirected to ticketsales.com, The cost of the tickets was double what they should have been. When we arrived at the venue will call the address on the tickets was incorrect, we were informed we had purchased through a third party from someone who had done a bulk purchase of tickets, the entire representation was a complete fraud on ticketsales part as they never informed us how the sale was processes, not until we arrived at ************* booth to get our tickets we were informed how this scam works. I fully intend to find the home/business office of ticketsales.com and work with the states AG offices to log a complaint about the Shady business practices at Ticketsales.Business Response

On, 3/20/23 I was trying to purchase theatre tix as a birthday gift. By all accounts thought I was on the venue site and somehow ended up on this rogue site, ticket sales.com, which to my recollection provided no reference or prompt at time of shopping that I was somehow routed to a third party platform. Once identified Section of venue with available seating, could not figure out how to see exact seats, and price per available seat. Kept clicking thinking it would provide selection option. Then once I entered payment info the total price went up another $153 dollars and there was no indication of a fee, approx fee, or if there was a will call option to avoid any fees etc. Then in my attempt to "cancel" transaction within consumer protection window of 60 minutes from time of submittal, the "contact" link was broken on the ticket sales.com site and directed me back to a different ticket purchasing page. Then I proceeded to use their chat feature and got the run around e.g. customer service not available at this time etc. Very deceptive operating practices with no viable recourse. It looks like this operation is in ***** but my next step is to contact my state's *********************** for resolution. I will be asking for a full reimbursement and dispute charges with my credit card company.Business Response

Ticketsakes.com fraudulently interrupted and redirected an online purchase being completed directly with the venue. It is not even possible for ticketsales.com to purchase these tickets today as they are only available on a membership priority. We have tried to contact ticketsales.com to reverse these charges and have no luck speaking directly to an agent. These fraudsters need to be stopped.Business Response

Purchased "tickets" December 22nd as a Christmas gift for a show on March 18th. Ordered the "premium" best seats in the house type of tickets. Turns out, the tickets were not even valid, were evidently purchased by Ticketsales.com from another scam company, ************************ Tickets sold were in an area that didn't even have seats from the venue, i.e. Orchestra seating, row Z did not exist.Customer service was contacted and since I filed a claim with my credit card company they stated they would not be able to comment.Ticket price was 5 times the cost of the best seats ** the venue.Business Response

On 3-3-2023 I went to what I thought was the ************** website to purchase 3 tickets for the May 10 event. I thought I purchasing 3 tickets at the posted seat price of 248 dollars each. The site showed 745 dollars which I was lead to believe that was the total for three tickets. Due to my poor eyesight I did not see the small " ea " with the 745 price. The credit card information was obtained by the site prior to displaying the complete invoice line item breakdown of charges. I was lead to believe again that my total was 745 with maybe some added taxes. There was no mention of fees or surcharges made prior to placing the order. Much to my dismiss the total charges were not revealed until after card was charged and I obtained a copy of the printout. The total I was charged was $2848.08. This was deception. I Immediately called customer service listed to cancel but was advised of the no refund policy and was refused further assistance. I understood there would be some fees but to represent the price without the breakdown of total or without a full invoice prior to placing order should be illegal. I am requesting a full refund of $2848.08 and cancellation of tickets. I was not aware that this was not ****************** website until the print out was received.
