      Please do your research before purchasing ticket from ticketsales.com and if I only had known from a service fee that has not been mentioned before purchasing my tickets. After getting my email receipt finding out that I was charged double the entire purchase when there was no amount that set nor on the receipt. Don't even bother calling their customer service you'll be told that there will be no refunds and when you do ask for help all they claim that their policy allows them to charge a fee. What a total joke this site is, you'll just be giving your money away.

      I ordered tickets to almost sold out local OHL hockey game in Canada. I don't know how I ended up on their website but I seen 2 tickets for $80 each from which normal tickets are $35. I thought hey that's fine $160 for a game I really wanted to watch NO problem. Now here's the thing being Canadian and searching for a local hockey game I assumed I was looking at CDN prices more reputable sites indicate the currency being charged. I now have a charge on my credit card for $303cdn for $160usd charge plus their service fee. I talked to support and he sent me a link to a third party website saying charges are in USD when I called him out on it be sent me another link that was located in the support and help section. No resolutions were offered and I'm now stuck with $303 tickets that I could've got from a scalper for $80 in total.

      TicketSales.com charged a 25% service charge per ticket for a recent purchase. They claim "their policy" allows them to charge a service fee but mentions nothing about an amount, a percentage or any number. What would keep them from doubling the entire purchase when there is no set amount? This seems illegal to me. When I requested a refund, they simply refused and suggested I resell the tickets for more than I paid . . . which is illegal. Giving them even a one star review is too much.

      We bought tickets that were charged $100 extra without ANY sort of transparency about their pricing. I get that they have to make money for their "service" but that's over the top. When we contacted the customer service we were told we were shown fees. That was clearly false. I am not sure how companies like this stay in business. NO REFUNDS EVER is their policy. If I could give them zero stars I would. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRRIBLE.

      I have the same complaint that everyone here does! This is a very deceitful organization! I bought tickets at double the price and as all these reviews, they were saying it is almost sold out. Now I see it's not a legit company at all and that it looks like I don't even have tickets. I also will be reporting to my credit union. It looked like the venue when I went in to purchase but it was not. ****** for sure and hopefully they will get shut down sooner than later!

      This company charged $484.51 for 4 tickets that cost $49.95 per ticket sales price at the *************** ********** in ************ **. This was $284.71 above the cost of the actual tickets. Also, they do not mail you tickets to you but have you pick them up at the theater. This should be illegal and we consider this to be price gouging. We have contacted the company to state how unhappy we are. Buyer Beware should be added to their website. You also think you are dealing directly with the theater when you book the tickets but you are not. The man at the actual box office actually told ** we were taken advantage of when we picked up the tickets. We even took time to look at other venues with similar results for prices. This company should be shut down.

      TOO MUCH TO PAY!!!! At the very end, after you've pushed the button you quickly notice it is a reseller. $200 fee and all are nasty on chat as well as calling the tool free line. By the way, the call conveniently goes through all the prompts and hangs up at the end. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are an unscrupulous reseller. Mind you I contacted them within 2 minutes as the charge is even still pending on my card. LEAVE TICKETSALES.COM alone! I thought tickets were directly from the *********** Auditorium. Would leave a 1/2 star review if possible. SLIME!

      DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Charged $700 for 2 $60 tickets. Did not make it known that it was not an event ticket sales site. SCAMMERS! Stay away. They would not refund the tickets even though event is months away. They DELIBERATELY pretend to be event sales ticket sellers.

      This company should be shut down for the deceptive practices they employ. At no time during the purchase transaction did they indicate they are a third-party seller. They also add a ridiculous amount of fees that are not disclosed unless you request a detailed breakdown of their fees. Additionally, the seller of the 3 tickets I purchased for the ************** declined to sell them at the price that I had purchased thru Ticketsales. com. All they were able to do is replace them with inferior seats with a partial credit for the lower priced tickets they replaced mine with. A complete sham!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I intend to file a complaint with the **************** and ******************* They need to be stopped.
