This was a complete scam. I very rarely buy tickets to anything these days because everything is so expensive. I tried to buy some tickets for my wife and father for a Christmas present only to get completely ripped off by this company. First and foremost I 100% thought I was buying directly from the Paramount Theater. This companies ad was the first one on ****** and titled "Paramount Theater ********" It seemed legit. I ended up paying $498 for three tickets in the balcony section. I thought wow that's expensive, must be great seats! No. I bought the tickets one month ago and still don't have them. But I see on the order they can be literally anywhere in the balcony section. Looking online now at ticket sales from the theater, these tickets range from $30-65. I paid $123 per ticket plus a $108 service charge. I paid $498 for what should have cost me at most $200 all in. The company told me they can't refund me because the tickets were already ordered, and that I can try to resell them,. Resell them?! The show is on February 4th, and the delivery of the tickets is estimated on February 3rd. Thanks for giving me half a day to try and resell them. Merry Christmas> Thank you for gauging me to the fullest. As if pricing for everything isn't bad enough now, we now have to constantly look out for companies like this also. What a bad joke

WARNING!! You may think you're buying from the event directly (in my case The L.A. Philharmonic) but they give you no warning that they are a third party. They proceeded to charge an additional $80 in service fees for two tickets.

This business is a scam. I thought I was buying tickets through ticketmaster, you are not. They make it appear as if the event is sold out. It is not. They overprice the tickets, and get you to think you are getting the last tickets available. It is a deceitful website. All I want is a refund.

I wanted to buy tickets to womens basketball game but was sold Mens game which is later in the evening. I asked to have the problem fixed I just wanted the right game and they said no. They also added surcharges on each ticket. Terrible customer service. I was told there was no one else to speak to.

I purchased 2 tickets for "*******************" concert at house of blues on 02/12/2023, after 1 hour I regrets due an overpriced charged for the website, ridiculous 3x over the price, I tried to get my money back after 1 hour only from the purchase but it was denied for the attendant telling I agree to the terms of resellers. Order #******** ************************* This business should be out of market, it abusive and has no reason for charge so much money for ZERO service.

I purchased tickets to a ********************* show through TicketSales.com, assuming that ************************* had outsourced their ticket sales to them. The next day after the charge went through I realized what had happened and called TicketSales.com to try to cancel the order. Even though the show was more than 4 months away and my tickets had not been issued yet, they absolutely refused to refund the charge. They had charged me $126/ticket for tickets that ************************* is charging $49/ticket for. This a terrible, fraudulent company that should be shut down.

In purchasing tickets today for *** at ******************* in **, I thought I was buying 4 tickets for $620 TOTAL. I never saw a screen giving me the grand total, which turned out to be over $3,200, including a service charge of over $700! I don't even know what seats I am paying for or how I am going to get these tickets - probably in the last row!! I called customer service, which says they can do nothing and that all sales are final once the seller is notified of the sale. I SAY THIS IS A SCAM! Th website is designed so that the buyer cannot see what they are buying or what the total cost will be. And there should be an hour or two to rescind the purchase, especially with this exorbitant service charge!. My card company even called me as this was flagged as fraudulent. And don't believe the reviews they post on their website. They are blatantly false. we need a class action suit against this deceitful business!

As others have written, this company is operating fraudulently. Their web site was designed to look like the theater where tickets were being bought, using theater logos, etc. The price listed for two tickets, during the checkout process, was $168 for two tickets. The final charge, disclosed only after completing the purchase, was $474.42. They also disclosed only after the purchase that you haven't actually purchased the tickets, but that I have retained their services in buying the tickets at some future date. This is clearly fraud, given the misleading claim that they represent the theater and the fact that the purchase amount was disclosed only after the purchase. I've reported this as a fraudulent charge to my credit union, who said that they will begin a chargeback process to recover the funds.

I was looking for tickets at a concert at a local theater and I thought I was buying the tickets from the venue. I showed up that night and the venue had no record of my ticket and as it turned out they were charging me DOUBLE of what the ticket price was. Shame on me, I should be more careful...but I don't want other people to make this mistake.
