      This business misrepresented itself as representing the Craterion Theater as the ticket seller. It also implied that the show was the traveling Broadway show, *********. They do not act as agent for the Craterian and the show is a local teen production. Regular tickets were $28. I paid over $1,000 for two tickets plus processing fees. When I texted the business, after I talked to the Craterian, the same day, and found out that I had been scammed, the "chat" representative cut off our connection after he/she said they could not halt the transaction, for any reason. I understand the only recourse I has was to call my credit company and say it was an unauthorized transaction. 1) I cound not say I did not initially authorize the transaction and also, 2) I did not want to cancel my credit card because I use it for many ongoing subscriptions. I've been told that ****** allows other vendors to sell tickets in this manner and I am advocating that the law ********* not buy tickets from this vendor.

      They are extremely misleading. They make you think you're on a venue's site, tell you that tickets for an event you're interested are going fast, then (in one case that I just observed) list prices that are 3x the ticket prices listed by the venue ($120 instead of $40). I made the mistake of using them to purchase tickets for a concert last year and wound up paying them nearly as much in fees as the cost of a single overpriced ticket.

      Thought I was purchasing 2 tickets for $131 each. My total was $354.66 after checkout which I was unable to see prior to inputting my credit card and processing the payment. No itemization of charges was given until after I called the company to complain. I also called the venue directly, the same ticket would have cost $79 each, I overpaid ****** for these tickets. I got no satisfaction when I called Ticketsales.com to cancel this purchase. ******, do not buy through this company.

      I purchased tickets to the musical ******** through this company on November 22, 2024. Order no. ********. On Dec. 12, 2024, I received an email stating that the tickets had been electronically transferred to me, and a link was included to access the tickets. Each time I tried to receive the tickets through the link, I received an error message and told to try again. I contacted the company and tried various ways to access the tickets, none of which worked. I was told on three separate days of contacting the company that the seller would resend the tickets. This has never happened. I asked the company to cancel the sale and refund my money, but they have refused to do so. I believe that I have been defrauded of my purchase as I have no means of accessing my tickets.

      Same as others. They put a $338 service charge on the price of the tickets. Tickets were double the price of the original venue.

      *********************. They need to be SHUT down with fines up the a**. Did the same thing to us that they've done to everyone here- showed one price of $44 dollars for 2 tickets and then charged my credit card $125.98. This company and **** is vile.

      Yeah, they should feel bad for scamming people and paying ****** to put them at the top of their recommended page. They got me. Order #******** and they did not disclose the extra $100+ fees or the 3x price of the tickets. You all are the worst. CHECK THE ***** TICKETS FIRST.

      The tickets were 59$ on their website. Then it changed to 93. Thought ok we want to go. Ordered them then looked at my credit card and it was over double the amount. The charge was pending and only 15 minutes old. Called with zero resolution Were just told over and over no refunds

      like everyone else on here, THEY ARE A SCAM!! I bought tickets to The Grinch Musical I clicked on buy tickets from the theater website and got them. I thought the price was in line with other online companies but I never received my tickets. I was supposed to receive my tickets the day before the event. I called them 4 times during the day and the line I got was the seller has until 11:59pm to supply my tickets, If I dont get them I can call back after midnite and they will help me. I called them back at 12:05 and they proceeded to tell me it ia 11:59pm central time not eastern. The problem is they close at 12am central time which means I have to wait until 9am eastern time to call them and my show was for 11am eastern time that day. I went on another online ticket agency and was able to get 2 tickets for about the same price and pick them up at the will call window. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they got my money back for me. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TICKETSALES.COM!!!!

      These guys are complete scammers. They get at the top of the search page, pretending to be the ticket sales for the venue and then charge over 3x the event ticket price. I could not get them or ****** to refund me money once discovering their extortion. DO NOT USE THIS TICKET VENDOR!
