      I purchased 2 tickets for $39.50 each. Was informed of a $7.50 transfer fee. Once I made the purchase I was charged $187 with no explanation of additional service fees. This is absurd and fraudulent. I called the company and they refused to do anything about it. So disheartening that companies can do this to customers and not be held accountable. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service representative said they were not allowed to give that information out! What in the world! This is a fraudulent company...Do not purchase through them ever!!!

      Ticketsales.com is a huge SCAM.We bought the tickets 20 minutes ago. The conformation email came right away charging over double the agreed price. Plus an additional $100.00 plus for service charges. We called right away to complain but they refused to refund any of the cost. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sadly screwed us but don't let Ticketsales.com s**** you.I will try to find other ways to combat this SCAM FRAUDULENT company. But probably have no luck never the less we all just try.Jk from northern wisconsim

      Ticketsales.com is indeed a scam. I purchased 4 tickets advertised for a Christmas show at our local theater. The price listed was and is $69.00 for the tickets. I completed my card information and when I purchased the total sale came back at $1952.07. I declined the sale with my credit card company immediately as the total was WAY wrong. I called ticketsales and was told too bad, they are a reseller and could not cancel the transaction. Mind you this is not even a minute after they processed the order confirmation and they have NOT provided the tickets and will not do so until 2 days before the show. I also received a text from my credit card company where I indicated "No" I did not authorize this charge. I then filed a fraud report. I attempted to call the company again and was pushed through to "chat" where I was again advised "too bad" and they offered for me to resell the tickets. Firstly, their website "after" my purchase listed tickets for $69.00 to "buy". This is a scam, they are deceptive and gouging. I advised them that I'd be filing a FTC, Attorney General and BBB complaint.

      ********. I bought two tickets to the Stockyard Rodeo one month in advance, front row - best seats available. Two weeks after buying them I never received the tickets, I called and they assured me there was no issue and I would receive the tickets, Then three days before the event I received a call that my tickets are no longer available and they offered me inferior seats and a credit. They said they would use there resources to procure my desired ticket section. I called back the next day to learn they were unable to obtain the tickets I bought a month prior because the reseller had already sold them to someone else. I now had no choice other than accept the inferior tickets and joke of a partial refund. The worst part they said this would count against the seller, not that they would remove him from the platform. **************** -STAY AWAY.

      My wife was purchasing Zoo tickets for this weekend. Of course Ticketsales.com shows first on ******. As my wife went to check out it states $72. What was not clear in their checkout screen was that this was the price per ticket. So, one click and $280 charged later? Their customer service is useless: we are resale! You could give the tickets away!This site needs to be added to scam block filters for your own safety. What a crock.

      Ticketsales.com is a scam. I purchased tickets to a concert at the *********. I went to the Hard Rock web site, not realizing the link switched over to ticketsales.com, I purchased my tickets for $70.00 2 and was charged $192.45. After I purchased my tickets I was talking to others that are going to the same concert, and only paid $10.00 each for there tickets. I immediately contacted ticket sales for a refund, they told me they are unable to refund because the tickets were sold through a separate party. I asked for information on the separate party, which they say they cannot provide that information. I am very upset and frustrated, I still don't know if the tickets will even be legit since the concert isn't until November 15th.

      They are a SCAM!!! Dont bother trying to get refund! They wont give it to you. They are a 3rd part resale party. And not a real ticket website

      This website is a total scam. They don't tell you the fill price before you enter in your credit card information. It only showed me $61x2 for concert tickets I was purchasing. After the payment was submitted the breakdown of the charges they gave me totaled to be $185 which included $63 of fees. This website is a complete scam and they won't give you a refund after you buy the tickets.

      Scam artists. Not sure how I got directed to them. Unable to guarantee tickets and will not refund eve. If you dont get tickets. Unable to get through to a real person. I wish I checked here first. Stay away
