      Scam artists. Not sure how I got directed to them. Unable to guarantee tickets and will not refund eve. If you dont get tickets. Unable to get through to a real person. I wish I checked here first. Stay away

      they are nothing but rip offs. tickets that were supposed to be $86 each cost me $615. when i called them 2 minutes after i realized what happened they said it would take 5 days to return the money and 5 days later i called back when nothing was returned and they said that they cant refund anything because the ticket were already delivered. nothing but a scam

      I contacted this business inorder to purchase 2 tickets to an event the cost for these tickets on the calendar of events was $89.00 per ticket I placed the order paying with a credit card believing the purchase total would be &******. I reviewed my credit card statement and discovered I had been charged $348.00 I tried contacting ticket sales no cotact number there was achat line but I was unable to contact anyone. I hope people will read this review and never contact this company for any reason. I do not request a refund due to my own ignorance of the company and its reputation.******* *******

      absurd and nondisclosed fees associated with this purchase.$79.30 Service Charge, $7.50 electronic fee. In addition.The tickets were extremely time consuming and inconvenient to receive.. ************ Service people were evasive and non-forthcoming, contradictive, in-effective and inaccurate with process. Tickets were not made available until 4;00 pm night of performance.

      They charged much more than ticket price face value. Last minute I can expect that, but to charge $47.25 for handling delivery fee is outrageous. The third email showed the price, I called immediately to cancel as that is gouging. They refused to cancel the tickets and charge. They said I saw the price before I placed my order, which is not true, the price was $124 for the tickets, they added the other charges without my knowledge. These people should be in jail for fraud and theft!

      Duplicitous online information, Did not provide service charged for and was unable to explain reasons for charges when brought to their attention. This is a scam for consumers. I purchased 2 tickets for an event on online, the cost of each ticket (which was not displayed before i had to enter my credit card information) the seat choice was selected. There was an entry noting click for special delivery which I did. At the end my credit card was charged, and I was appalled to see the amount. $430.68 total. I had no opportunity to decline once my credit card information was entered. The tickets were $148 each, then an entry for service charge for $96.20 and a special delivery charge for $14.95 and taxes for $23.53. The special delivery service was supposed to be to my home. When I did not receive anything and called I was told that the tickets would be left at the box office. To make matters worse there were no seats assigned even though i made a selection, just row I. My order number is ******** This site should be investigated.

      This site has been found guilty by the BBB recently for failing to make clear that they are a 3rd party website and not the true venue. They masquerade as the venue site.I have contacted ticketsales.com and they refuse to cancel my order (68361236).I have notified my credit card company that I am disputing this charge as ticketsales.com was deceitful about not being the actual venue that I wanted.Any help would be appreciated.

      I would rather give no stars to this business. TicketSales.com is in the business of scamming people on concert ticket sales. You may place an order and get a confirmation email, but thats the extent of what you get. No tickets. No communication. Nothing but a scam. Do not order from TicketSales.com.

      Do NOT purchase tickets from this third-party reseller! Not only do they misrepresent themselves and mark up the purchase price an insane amount, they dont send you the tickets & when you call, email or chat to try & resolve you cannot get a real person. How they do business should be a crime.
