To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.AMER FST FIN - **************** Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. I noticed that on my credit report there is a loan from American First Finance for $4,353 dollars that does not belong to me. I have contacted all 3 bureaus to take off my credit report and this company keeps reporting that it belongs to me when it doesn't. This account was opened on 11/23/2023 with someone with a FL address i believe, I have never lived in **. I called American First Finance and they do not want to give me an answer or help me in anyway or resolve this problem causing me to have issues trying to get a loan to buy a house. On 3/3/25 I call American First Finance. I Spoke on a recorded line about my account. I was being overcharged and wanted to know why. The employee told me I had a balance $26.23. I said why was it trying to charge me another ****** on 3/4/25 he said pay the 26 and the account will close. I paid ******* dollars when I was suppose to pay $800.00. I do not have an account with them, they have been taking money from my debit card and will not refund. They have acknowledged that I dont have an account. Have been dealing with them since 2/12/2025 they say my refund will be received in 1-3 days , when its not they change it to 7-10 days. Every time I call its a new story! They are stealing money from people and dont care to refund it. They tell u have to email their fraud department who does not reply!Business Response

This is my 2ND Loan from them. 1100 loan to fix vehicle, didin't pay it within the 100 days had it down to ****** , I understand a 300 hick not paying it within the 100 days. Went back up to ******. Since then I have made 4 payments from my checking acct. It has gone up to now I owe ******. Which by law making payments it should go down not up. my bill should be only ****** as of today on their website I owe them now ******. I have autopay payments every 2 weeks. Bank statement to prove of payment. Plus, the confirmation emails showing payment and it going up not down. Each payment being *****. Setup to two different time for payments to be withdrawn out of my account to avoid getting charged double for not paying off on time it took out the first two payments and and didnt attempt to take out other payment arrangements to avoid paying on time spoke with ********* said they took out a couple payments with the other date that was set up. I purchased a furniture set from American freight, and was recommended to use American First Finance to make payments. On 2/26/2025 I requested my final payment amount to pay the remaining balance off which was $731.12. I paid the remaining balance and received confirmation that the account was paid and there was a $0 balance. On 2/27/2025 a payment in the amount of $73.34 was charged against the balance. I called the company today, 2/28/2025 and was given the excuse the payment had been due and was already pending. I have evidence of my balance being $0 on the 26th when I made the pay off payment. So they should have never taken money out of my account after.Business Response
