      Just needed 1k and paid an extra $200 between application fee and lease fees. Not bad, and customer service to date has been great. I would highly recommend, just read the fine print and pay it off on time and don't be late. It's that simple.

      I just would like to say sales associate ****** in the ****************** ** location is hands down the best.. His customer service exceeded beyond my expectations!! in the matter of 48 hrs he was able to get me my sectional set i had return it back and was able to exchange it out for something else i really wanted.. Hes so awesome and i would recommend him to all my friends and family.. Hes over the top absolutely hands down the best!!! I had such a wonderful experience in walking in to shop!! will go back again and again in the near future because of him.. Great Job ******!! my kids love the sectional and table set!!!

      They are very unreasonable to deal with i changed jobs and I had to change my pets from weekly to bi-weekly. My pmt was due on the day I called them they said they couldn't change my pmt plan until i was current so now I had to will owe the an asbourant amount out of my first pay check. They were very unwilling to workb with me. They haven't keep the consumer in mind onlyb themselfs.. I would not recomend them to no one else. It is a very confusing disaster. I am being penalized for changing jobs which in turn changed my pay from weekly to bi-weekly

      I closed my account after 2 months...This company was going into my account to take the payment when ever they wanted to not on the day specified per my contract... With my money that's a No No.. I didn't want to leave a star but the system is making me, 1 star

      Absolute scam. I've been paying for nearly a year, 16.11 every week on what should have been $200 or $300 worth of tires.Disgraceful

      I ************* from them before, but this last one was a total shouldn't have. the dryer they brought out didn't work at all. They came out to check it, left it there and didn't call back to bring another one out. I contacted ***** they told me I had to go thru ******* First to cancel they had nothing to do with cancel the order per one manager at Conns. Spoke with ****** at Conns in ******* ** he told me he couldn't jump thru hurdles for me. Well didn't ask him to, poor customer services he displayed. I was told that my payment was going to be on hold by ******* First until the issue was disolved, a lie. I was told on that Monday or Tuesday **** which the next rep told me I spoke with will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Friday morning i contact them. All I want is them to cancel my contract and refund me my money.

      I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with American First Finance. Don't believe the good reviews. They are probably plants or paid shills. This company is horrible! I purchased a set of tires from them back in April of this year. That was a huge mistake! If I had researched better, the same tires could have been purchased from ******* for $150.00 less. The initial cost that I financed before taxes was $695.36. To date, I have paid $660.00 but still, owe $740.00. I would stay far away from American First Finance. You will be paying forever! Lots of bad reviews for them on Yelp! Don't let the good reviews here fool you. Someone in ********** has filed a class action lawsuit against them. I also don't appreciate Tire Agent for hooking me up with them. American First Finance is a heartless company that takes advantage of financially strapped people that are already suffering. Shame on them!

      I've dealt with American First Finance twice so far. Got both my bedroom furniture from Just Furniture and both times they've been amazing. Love the furniture and very happy that American First Finance help me get the items. A little pricey once it's paid off but that's what financing is all about. Especially if you don't have the money to dish out in one shot. Thank you AFF!!!!
