  I came in to the store and was greated and helped my Ifinity who was so polite and helpful how ever the livingroom set we wanted was not in stock. She gave us her number and told us we could look online and if we see anything that we like to contact her and let her know we came home. We looked at several things and then called however, infinity was not available. The manager who answered said he was the manager, and that he could take it from here and that the couch that I originally wanted that he could have it delivered to me in two business days because he will drive himself and pick it up from another location he proceeded to tell me that I had to come in in person to make a payment because I couldnt make the payment on the phone. I also told him that the price online was cheaper than the price in store. He went as far as saying that he will match that price, I caught a Uber all the way from ******* to ********* that cost over $60 to get there so I can make this payment when I get there he tells me on how the system does not allow him to match the price but he will takeoff the delivery free and the the Warranty fee to let the price go down a little two days after the delivery guy here the delivery guys that came here struggled to bring the couch in causing damage to the furniture. When I noticed the ripped at the bottom, they proceeded to tell me that I can call back the manager, and they will be able to give me back some money for the rips at the bottom. They told me they were in a rush. Because they had other deliveries to do then they struggle to come in the back door ripping the top part of the furniture.I contacted back the manager he told me that he was going to handle the situation. He was going to refund me $100 and he was going to send me a new one.now 3 weeks later I havent received anything. Lucky when I call infinity answered and is trying her best solved the issue being that they no longer sell the couch so I wouldve been waiting for nothing.

  i purchased furniture that fell apart, the furniture company replaced it & again it fell apart, the acct has been paid off since April 2022, the 3rd couch i recieved was cheaper then the original purchase, ive gotten NOTHING but the run around for my refund due to me. i have credit reciepts from the furniture company, AFF verified the refund but will NOT give me my money back for the difference, they supposidly sent thru a cash app that is a scam, i want & need my refund!!! this has been going on for over 6 weeks to get my refund. no on will contact me, nothing is acceptable for what they tell me when i call constantly!!!

  The delivery service that they used to deliver my refrigerator. The people showed up in a small truck. They had laid my refrigerator down twice. Then they told me they wasn't going to bring it in the house that they were just told to delivered and drop it off and set it in my carport, I had to pay somebody $500 to go pick up my refrigerator and deliver it to my house because they did not have the right equipment or the right size truck to do the job. I will never use them again. The driver that they sent out was very rude very very rude when I called to complain they said that nobody never complained about him that he was the best driver they had. I don't believe it and again I will never use them again thank you.

  Very disappointed, bought furniture for $2,489.00 by the time it is paid off I will have paid $6,288 how is it possible for them to charge **** in interest?

  Horrible experience! If I could give them a half star rating i would because 1 star is too much. I will NEVER do business with these people again. I purchased a washer/dryer and bedroom set. Within 1 day of receiving the merchandise the washer started leaking water. I called the store to return the washer and dryer because I wasn't happy with them. They said contact American First. I called them repeatedly and every single time I was told a manager would call me back. After a month of continuous calls I was told I had to donate the items to either ************** or a Goodwill. I donated the washer and dryer to **************. I asked American First for an updated total of the items I kept (bedroom set). They keep sending me the original contract with ALL the items saying this is what you signed. I've been requesting an updated version of what I owe now minus the washer and dryer and they keep providing my original contract. It's been 3 weeks since I donated the items and they can't or won't provide me with any information other than the original contract. I don't recommend anyone do business with them.

  I've dealt with American First Finance three different times now and have had great experiences with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their customer service has always been excellent whenever I've spoken to them. AFF is very upfront/transparent with what you'll pay back. Read your loan paperwork before signing it. If you don't like the terms, don't sign them. AFF does not/cannot make you accept the credit/loan- that's the ****************.

  My experience with American freight was horrible. I purchased an extended warranty for my sofa set and filed my claim online and was told my case was closed because the item was still under manufacture warranty to take my claim info to the store. I went to the store and was told I would have to go through store manager ******** but he wasnt in today. What a joke, every time I called he was either off or he had just left. I finally got in contact with him and was eventually told I would get a replacement, but they didnt have my couch in stock, they had just sold the last one. The system showed that the ********** store had one and he was going to see if they could send it Friday with another delivery they were expecting and he would get back with me. Do you you think he ever got back with me for an update. No. A week later I called and he said he was still waiting to hear from them. About four weeks pass, and I hadnt heard anything, so I decide to head to store, of course I had just missed him and he was gone. But that day *********, the store associate, was helpful. She looked up my info, gave ******** a call and scheduled to have my couch delivered. She informed me that my item would be delivered on Monday and that they would take our old item in exchange for the replacement. When the delivery guys came they dropped off my replacement and said they were told not to take the old furniture. We told him the sales lady said they were taking it, so let's call the manager. The delivery guy said that's ok and they took it out towards there truck. A few hours later my landlord came knocking at my door because the delivery drivers didn't take the furniture, instead they threw it in the our garbage dumpster. Bad, bad, bad customer service. If they weren't going to take it, they shouldn't have took it out my apartment. I ended up paying someone to take it out the dumpster and haul it away, when I could have donated it like I was planning on doing before the sales lady *

  I would give -10 if I could. I ordered online and was confirmed delivery date. I called the store and was told my items were out of stock but they already took my money. $1500+/-... now I'm sitting in an empty house with no furniture and no money... refund 5/10 business days... never order from America Freight!!!

  I called American First Finance several times regarding my account , because I had returned most of my items purchased and so there should have been a reduction right away ( that wasn't the case and they did care to do so). I wanted to pay off my balance in full since late August and today , 10/18/2022 someone told me the interest rate was 153%. No wonder no one did anything to help me pay off my account or give me the information I needed to pay off my account, because the longer it was open the more money they made. The way this whole situation was handled was very unprofessional and unethical. I could have paid off this account and not have to pay so much on interest!! Instead they kept putting off saying they was going to take care of it and to check back later. Yeah ok later is now and they hit me with the 153% interest. Wow unbelievable I am very unhappy with the way they have worked on my account. No one did anything to help.
