      Ive have an auto loan with CSC logics and they never released the lien on the car, but the car has been paid off for the past 3 years. They is absolutely no way to get in contact with them and we need the title. A title was never even sent to me.

      Loan with CSC Logic *** was paid off in February of 2023. I made attempts via phone to receive a copy of the title to my car and have yet to receive it. My car has now been totalled out and in order to receive payment from the insurance company I need a copy of my title. I am now seeing the CSC Logic *** is permanently closed. I need the title to my 2016 **** Escape that was paid off months ago.

      Like many others who have already filed complaints, I am unable to find the right person to issue me a lien release statement for a car loan I payed off back in 2020. Apparently my loan/portfolio was transferred from CSC Logic to Truist in January 2023? I can't find contact info for CSC Logic and ****** says they can't find me in their system. I need help getting in contact with the right person who can send me my lien release statement!

      I finished paying off my car loan to CSC LOGIC *** on 05/05/2022 but I never received my title or lien release. I have gone to my local DMV office and they never received anything either. I have tried calling CSC LOGIC *** at ************** but was never able to speak with anyone and now the number seems to be disconnected. I have also tried ************** and it's the same situation. I also tried going back to their website where I would make my loan payments (www.aboutmyloan.com) but that website seems to no longer exist either. My loan was originally with BMO ****** Bank and was then sold to CSC LOGIC ***. When I tried contacting BMO ****** Bank they told me I need to contact CSC LOGIC ***. I don't know who I can contact at this point to get this resolved.

      My moms Car loan was paid off several years ago and never received title . Weve tried contacting them to get the title of the car and said they dont have access to that loan due it being old and sent me to call ************** who have access to those loans, but we contacted them over a month ago and havent heard back . I followed up today and still saying they will review . I gave them all the info including the loan number , SSN , vin # and stlll havent gotten any answers . The first time they said they would send me the title within 10 days . I do not know what else to do and I need the title of the car asap .

      Needing automobile leans release. Have contacted said bank multiple times with no resolution.**** was paid off in 2019. Original Creditor was *** Bank was Transferred to CSC Logic Account # was ***********. No lean release was ever issued when auto was paid off in 2019.The said Automobile was *** to me when my father died 2/18/2023.Auto was paid off in 2019 - CSC Logic refuses to issue lean release.CSC Logic states contact *********** for lean release. Truist acquired CSC logics loans 1/23/2023.****** was contacted - they state they have no record of this loan.

      We paid off our car loan thru CSC Logic last year in October 2022. We spoke to representative back in October and they promised ** that they sent the title of my car. Until now, we have not receive the title of my car. We tried calling CSC since last year but nobody pick up the phone. We need help to release the title to ** as soon as possible please.

      The loan has already been paid off before they sold their company to ************ I contacted ****** bank and they said that they only handlng the active loans. Since our loan has been paid off last year, all we need is the title of the car that we paid. All they need to do is to send the title to **.

      I paid off my auto loan years ago. Somehow for my monthly payments I received every single mailed letter from this company but when my loan was paid off, I received nothing. I called them at the very least ten times to request this letter and every single time I never received this in the mail - even after the company confirmed that it was mailed. Recently I requested the letter AGAIN and my name is spelled incorrectly on the lien release letter. Because of this, I cannot do anything with my car, as it is the incorrect name. I called them to request this to be updated and mailed and once again, I did not receive this letter. I cannot sell or transfer the car until this is updated and this is causing more trouble than it should. I paid this off years ago, and should not still have these issues with receiving the proof.

      This company is nothing but corrupt. You literally CAN NOT get ahold of anyone. All of the phone numbers either are out of service or are automated and say to call a whole different company (who couldn't help me), and there is no option to actually get ahold of anyone. What a joke. My vehicle loan was sold to them involuntarily by the credit union it was originally through and paid off and I never received the title. This company should not be allowed to operate!!!
