      On January 13, 2023, I submitted a payment of $600 via online banking through my financial institution to pay my vehicle off in full. This was an accidental overpayment. The last statement I received from CSC back in December 2022 stated the total amount due by 1/27/23 was $170.00. I have yet to receive a check for my overpayment, but yet I received the title to my vehicle on 2/6/23. I have called the number on the letter *************) that was attached to my title to find out when I will receive a check for $430.00 but get an automated message stating that my loan had been purchased by ******. The message states I must call Truist *************). I've called Truist and they have no record of my loan. ****** then tries to give me the same number listed on the letter attached to the title which is the automated recording directing me to Truist. ****** has used my social security # and account number with CSC to try and locate my loan to no avail. I have been sent in nothing but circles. My next step is to file a complaint with the **** if this is not handled promptly. I should have already received a check for the overpayment if CSC was already able to process my payment and send me the title. My account number is ************. Thank you.

      I had an auto loan refinanced with ALLY bank. They had since sold/transferred service to CSC Logic. My credit reports as ALLY BANK/CSC LOGIC. ********* has no records of my loan any further and stated it was transferred. CSC has NO website or ways of contact ANYWHERE. Any phone number found online doesnt work. I am purchasing a home and just trying to pay off the auto loan. When **** transferred my account, they must have transferred the autopay because its taken out each month, and reported to my credit each month. I have only $7,000 left and i just want to pay it off. Ive never received communication that it was transferred or any monthly statement ever. My loan officer for my mortgage cant even find any information on this company. BBB says theyve been in business for over 60 years yet no one has any information about them. There are no positive comments on ANY website ESPECIALLY the BBB but BBB wants to gice CSC Logics an A+ rating!? Thats insane. I just need to pay off my loan and get my title. I see that getting a title once paid off is near impossible from this company too! I need answers and communication immediately!

      CSC Logic has held the loan of my auto, all payments always made thru auto-pay. Sent past due notice on this month's statement with late fee charges-auto pay should have paid. Tried contacting all phone numbers listed, on hold for over TWO HOURS never having spoken to anyone. All numbers for business disconnected and ****** stating business is permanently closed. There are No email addresses for business or other way to contact this business. I have paid this loan for 6YEARS!! Made final payment thru website but am concerned whether this business is still in business and if I will ever receive my title.

      Almost 3 years ago I paid my car loan in full. CSC Logic *** sent me the lien release but it was in the name of BMO ****** bank (the original loan holder. CSC Logic *** is named as the lien holder on the cars title so when I go to the *** they will not accept the lien release from BMO ****** bank. I need a filled out, signed and notarized "Notification of Assignment, Release or ***** of Secured Interest" form for ********* to get the lien removed. I have tried calling their *********** service number many times and have been put on hold for long times and ha e still never been able to get ahold of a person. I just need this form so I can get the lien removed finally and actually have a clear title.

      Hi, I paid my car off in 2018 and called multiple times to get my title and it was never mailed to me. I'm now trying to do this again as I'm wanting to purchase a new car and need my title. I've called 3x time to the customer service line and have never even been able to get an agent on the phone to talk to. One time, I was on hold for 1.5 hours before I finally hung up.

      CSC called me and I was able to speak to someone after calling multiple times and being on hold for over an hour each time. When I finally got someone, they told me they would mail me the documents I needed and it would be about 2 weeks to get them. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not gotten the documents. I called CSC today and they have an audio recording that their loans have transferred to another bank. I called that bank and they said since this is an old loan that is paid off, I have to go through CSC. I called CSC back and the 2 numbers I was given, both have an audio recording to call the new bank and then hang up. I was not able to get a physical person on the phone. This compliant is not resolved.

      This issue has been going on for more than 6 years, without any resolutions. I have talked to Reps, and managers, no solution. I have paid this account on time and the payments are $724.74, I aways pay more than my monthly payment. I would pay $800.00 to get rid of this loan early. I would receive statements stating $0.00 due and I still would pay. I called and I would be on hold 1-2 hours. I talk to ********************, she lied to me. Then I continue to call, placed on hold for more than an hour. I continue to pay. I paid to have the account reconciled and had the accountant in the office to talk to CSC. CSC did not answer, we were on hold for an hour and the accountant said, she had other appointments. I wrote a letter to CFPB (Customer ********************** ******************* I issued a complaint, id number *************. After I received a letter from CSC, stating I had $479.82, and I could apply it to my account any way I choose. I called and I was placed on hold. Finally, Ms. ***** answered, I told her the situation and wanted the money applied to principle. ********** placed me on hold, after 18 minutes. Ms. ***** came back to phone and said, the lady that apply credits, did not want to do that. I told her I had a letter from CSC, she said it was nothing she could do. Call ended. I continue to call for 3 weeks every 2 days in December. When I could hold for an hour, I might get a Rep, I might not, and I had to hang up. In those 3 weeks, after holding for an hour, I talked to 2 ********** night a lady called me and said her name was ******, that's what she said. She said, CSC Logic has just a small part of the company. Maybe that why they treat their customers horrible. I have called and called finally I got Ms. ****** and she said, ****** is not available. I am so sick and tired of this foolishness. I do not owe them 2 payments. I called again asking for ******, I told after holding for one hour. 1/4/2023. Give the correct amount. I want my car title.
