This is a scam. We advertised with Dex Yellow Pages until they became Thryv. We decided to cut back our advertising and tried to cancel our account. It took several months in 2023 but in October we were assured it was canceled permanently. Even though our last check shows it was cashed by them, they claim they never received it and we had to pay them again. Suddenly in April 2024 we got an email saying we had been renewed and we'll owe a bill in June. I have emails back and forth with the company and have been told we are current and have to pay. We never renewed and in one email we're told it's been handled and then we get another email saying we will owe them money.Thryv

My new website is awesome and all of my clients comment on how much easier it is to navigate and make appointments. I always get help when I need it and quickly. My rep ****** is always available to me and I really appreciate it. I will recommend them to any of my friends who are also self-employed for sure. Couldn't be happier. I will continue with them and recommend them to anyone who loves my website. Totally awesome group in my experience.Thryv

Thryv has been instrumental in getting my ****** business listing up and going. Honestly, it was worth it for that alone. Their training associate reached out to me weekly for about 2 months to see if I was feeling good about the system and had any questions, and also to help me navigate my ****** business listing. I am on the lowest tier of payments for Thryv's business plan, but it's been pretty good nonetheless. They also manage social media accounts and will process credit cards for me, so it's nice to have it all in one place. Eventually, I want to try adding their widgets to my website. It's good to be aware up front that at first, it's a 6 month commitment to purchase Thryv but, after that, it's month-to-month.Thryv

We were looking for a program that helped better organize our growing small business. We were pleased to find out that the tier we needed for our business was affordable. Our experience from having the program presented to us from learning how to build our page and get more exposure in this growing world of social media was fantastic. The teams were very professional and eager to set us up for our future success. Creating your website page is simple and very user friendly. There is a success coach that is there to teach and answer any questions you may have along the way. We are glad to have stumbled upon Thryv and their excellent staff.Thryv

1 starThis company is a joke. DO NOT enter into a contract with them. No matter what they tell you, or even what is in writing, they THRYV will not do what they say. They will continue to charge you for things when you request to pause services, and to audit what your companys key terms and website organization. Then when you no longer have a contract they will continue to rack your bill up, your representative will be changed multiple times, (this has created chaos and unreliable communications with our business owner,) Then when you call to dispute your erroneous charges they gaslight you, and try to make it seem like theyve done everything for you (the price youre paying,) but if you bump up packages that cost goes away. Its always an up sale. Never once did they make right of the situation, the manager knew the situation, and the managers manager agreed they were in the wrong and then tried to make their wrong doings the businesses fault. Then guess what, they send you to collections, for charges from their mistakes. PLEASE do yourself a favor, research before entering into any Business activity with Thryv.Review fromDeborah H

Thryv is performing as they promised. The professional trainers are always a call away, and they provide local assistance, if needed. They're very responsive to any questions, and answer emails and messages in a timely manner. They're professional and their web design is top notch. There was close communication to the web designer to assure our desired outcome. Making updates and changes to the website are fairly simple. The only downside to Thryv generated posts, they do not always reflect the business we provide, and has to be changed. This takes time out of my day, but the posts are easily updated, so it's not a major ordeal, unless we're overwhelmingly busy.The cost of their service is affordable for our small business, and there are no hidden fees. They're very transparent with the service they provide and the pricing. There are different tiers they offer, depending on the needs of the client. We have been very pleased with their product and service. We, highly, recommend them.Thryv
