1 starI have been a customer of ********************** for many years. However, now that their capabilities have deteriorated, I decided to transfer my applications to another CRM provider. I notified the Customer Success Manager about moving my applications and requested that they not charge me again for an app that had been inactive for a year. Despite this, they still charged me and made no effort to understand the situation. It felt vindictive. Additionally, they make it difficult to cancel, simply stating that 'it's their policy'.
