Very confusing company...... One min they are telling you they are Yellow pages and a select few other companies, but when an issue arises, they become unassociated and place blame on the "other" entity.... I was going to use these guys for marketing help, but after loosing control over my business listing and hours of wasted time and being avoided, i want nothing to do with this company "thryv" or whoever they are! They talk a good game and speak like all the company names are one, but at the end of the day, they create confusion and are not all the same company like they say.... id ***** clear of these guys and find a better solution for your marketing needs. If i could give a 0 star i would! Your loss for mishandling a potential client. I will definitely be going to your competition and using them.Thryv

Thryvs customer service was polite and responsive, but unfortunately, they would not correct their mistake. They continued charging me for a business listing on a business I closed three years ago, even though I never agreed to auto-renewal. While they were friendly during our conversations, in the end, they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for the error. If youre considering using Thryv, be very careful with their billing policies and make sure you understand their renewal terms upfront.Thryv

Would give negative 5 start rating but 1 is the minimum allowed. AVOID THRYV LIKE THE PLAGUE!This company sells you on their all in one platform yet doing new business with them I went to set up Thryv Pay and was given a denial with no reasoning whatsoever. Tried escalating the issue but each time was told will never be eligible and that they had no reason for the ********* company is a new company and I have excellent 5 star ratings. However, I've been sold on two options from this company and have nothing to show from what they urged me to purchase. All this marketing software that was purchased and the sales people and techs never finished setting the software up and just disappeared without being able to reach them. The programs are way too overpriced and always malfunctioning. Call customer care and they really just don't care. Tried canceling and was told you'll have to wait 24 to 48 hrs to speak with a qualified agent yet 2 weeks go by constantly calling them to resolve things and they make up so many excuses. Their software is a rebranded from another company so if you want that option it can be searched. I found it once for less than a fifth of what iv been paying them. There are too many companies that can do what they do with no contracts and no ridiculous fees.Thryv

When using thryv I noticed a lack in communication and when I tried to cancel my services they passed on the phone to another person that led to a voicemail. After this we received an email and bank statement stating that we were charged again for the following month. Keep in mind we were passed our 6 month contract and we had attempted to contact them in multiple ways such as text messages with our direct sales personal, still no response, then through email , led to a phone call, that led to a voice mail. Due to our struggles we find this company unreliable and unethical in the act of charging us when we are clearly attempting to cancel our membership or over 600 a month.Thryv

If you need further affirmation that your company unethically harmed our business by neglecting our request by all means please have some one reach out I havent heard from your client care team yet, its been over 2 hours. Please be clear about the time of which I will be hearing from your company.
