I'd give zero stars if possible. My first account manager has mdx to be given time off due to being an alcoholic. I had issues through the transition process into having **** become new account manager. He said all the right things and even convinced us to pay an additional $270 to upgrade our plan. What a mistake. I will admit the first 2 months have been great, since then they have done nothing. It's impossible to get my own account manager on the phone to discuss any issues. They jeep referring to client care. Nobody answers the phone and this company does nothing unless you file complaints

I tried using this company and it was the worst experience. They don't know what they are doing and they make you commit for months. I had used the system and uploaded the classes for my company. After learning how inflexible they are and that the account person assigned to me really didn't know what she was doing, I decided to not use their services anymore. It's been four months and I have sent messages and emails to them because all those entries I made into the system and still being reflected in my emails. I can't get I touch with anyone to stop them. This is the worst *** company and I don't advise anyone to use them.Thryv
