Thryv made a daunting taskcreating a websiteextremely easy and streamlined! The whole process was much easier than I expected. I loved having my site changes performed while I watched (on Zoom). It allowed me to participate in the designing.

Be cautious of entering into business with Thryv. They will not respond to their ************* email when you have an issue. I have reached out to them to cancel our advertising through them, and I was told that according to our terms and agreement, I am not allowed to cancel until our contract period is up. I have asked multiple times to see the terms of our agreement and have received no response. If you like mediocre advertising and non-existent client care, well then Thryv is for you.Thryv

Be very leery about doing business with this company, We have been listing with them for over 8 years. We moved 01/01/2020 and we sent a letter about our new address for billing and advertising. In 2024, we received the latest book and it still had our old address in it. ??????I called and was told that we renewed based on tiny red print on our billing statement. No problem but why did you list our address from 4 years ago? We service elderly people and they like the printed book but not with our old address. Thryv stated they do not use our verification of address it comes from our phone provider. Our phone provider has our correct address, they installed our phones and bill us to our correct address!! Why would you not use our verification. I have called and sent letters since April 2024. They are now telling us our "term" goes through 2025 with the wrong address. I do not know why this company would not use best business practices and stay on the up and up. All of the listings now seem to be 800 numbers and rarely any local numbers. Poorly run company.Thryv

Within a couple of weeks our exposure on social media and ****** elevated.We are very happy with the marketing system.I haven't explored too much of the business system as yet.The Thryv team are patient and so knowledgeable too :)Thryv

1 starSimilar to other reviews. I did cancel my subscription and someone on there end did not do their job and cancel it. I canceled in Oct 2023 and I still get calls from a credit agency saying I owe 2 months. I had to contact them again two month after charges went through before it finally got cancelled. I thought one guy was going to help me resolve and he just sent me to collections instead. Sorry I didn't write down a reference number or cancellation code as I EXPECT people to do their job. I didn't find their product to be all that great for my needs so wanted to cancel. I would not call this customer service at all. There are other internet marketing services that I have found to be more turn key and easier to work with and cancel with. I would not purchase KEAP, look around.Review fromJoe K

This company is an absolute scam! The day they took over our advertising our company listing dropped. Not just "top spots" on ****** searches, but pages! After a few months we couldn't even find our company on ******, but the bills kept coming. After we noticed a significant drop in jobs to callback we switched to a local company. Instantly our web presence was restored. After 2 months now after dropping They've... We're still being "auto charged" for full ad services. Good luck trying to find anyone who can help. They say "we'll look into it". The woman we primarily dealt with almost denied even knowing about us, or any involvement....after 2 years of dealing with us! We had to contact our bank, credit companies, and now lawyers to recoup these fraudulent charges. We work hard enough, and dont have time to deal with these scams, and overseas call center snake oil salesmen. Save yourself the time, and money. Buy local.Thryv
