I spoke with tech couple years ago asking them to fix an issue with our website/business email. They were absolutely no help at allbasically told me to contact ******* and ****** and go through their tech support to get our email up and running again. Long story short I had to go through GoDaddy make a new website and business email, so I contacted accounts with ********************** and told them I do not want to use their services anymore because they could not resolve the issue we had and they were absolutely no help at all. ZERO HELP! Fast forward to today and I just received a letter from collections saying I have to pay Thryv an X amount of money. I do recall telling them that I no longer want to use Thryv and deal with GoDaddy directly. I dont understand why I have collections trying to get collect money from me. I would never recommend this company to any of my colleagues. Tech support was zero help and accounts need to get it together.

The program and system is great everyone has been super informative and helpful. Easily worth the money. Have the pro subscription and have been using the command center and business center for 3 weeks now and love it. Streamlines the operational proccess and the onboarding meetings have been great. So nice to have professionals teach you about utilizing social media properly and walk you tho all aspects of their system. Highly recommend. The sub is going to pay for itself without a doubt.Thryv

We cancelled thryv over a year ago. They just tried to charge our business card, which was still on file, but used the old expiration date- this was flagged by our bank, and because it was a fraudulent attempt to charge us, we had to cancel our business card. Now, we are waiting for a new card. Im not sure why our card was still on file after a year, but what Im more concerned with is WHY a transaction was attempted.While speaking to customer support, I was told Im not the first past customer this had happened to that day! Thats theft. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid thryv/yp/dex.Thryv
