From the personal touch from the sales **** ********************** to the design and technical support, every one has been a breath of fresh air after my last two stents with website design and management companies. These guys are efficient, respectful, kind and punctual! I am thrilled with my entire experience from top to bottom and will be referring them to any small business owners in my family, group of friends/peers and to my patients as well! South Carolina unique cleaning has been in business for almost 35 years and Thryv is the best advertising company that we have ever dealt with.And the reason being they stick with you like a literal magnet until the job is complete. And even after the process ,they are sitting in our corner so to speak ,to answer any future question we my have. I wish all companies were like Thryv in viewing all people as a person and not as a number.The world would be a better place to live and workThryv

The "upgrade" for digital marketing was supposedly sent to our email. They sent it to an old email which is no longer used. Then told us that we will be receiving two bills a month now, one for digital and one for print. After explaining that our payables have gone through a streamline process to save time and money that having to enter and pay two separate invoices instead of one is not aligning with our new system. Was only told "sorry". The Yellow Pages were much easier to work with and the people who we worked through were much nicer. I do not like Thryv and will be looking for alternatives.Thryv

Thryv is AWESOME!They can be a great marketing partner, and more, for your business. Great people to work with and lean on for help and support. They have helped us with our marketing, SEO, and online ads management. They can also build your website, optimize it and work with you on managing it and they can provide many services integrated into your website and marketing to help with customer/client acquisition, and retention. They are partnered with many online listing services and provide a great platform to manage a broad array of listings and ads.Ive been using Thryv (YP) for decades. They have been around for years beginning with YP (the Yellow Pages) and have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that they have gained through the years as things have evolved to online and devices.Thryv

Got a domain release and wasnt informed that i still had to cancel the subscription with them, and they sent the email to cancel to the wrong email so i got charged for nothing after i didnt see it, now they refuse to give a refund for THEIR mistake, then started blaming me for not seeing it and saying it shouldnt be an issue if i didnt submit the request. Not to mention the project manager assigned to me rarely answered my messages, didnt make changes i requested and was overall very unhelpful.Thryv
