Retaliation and slander accused me of having ******* photos and see through tops or being **** . This isnt true then they have a ton of. Gang members and thugs on their dating site as well but banned me from wearing a tank top and shorts and another tank top that tied around my neck Im not a street ****** or prostitute and the her photo I had a sweater on . I signed up on this dating app called Our Time . Totally disappointed. I did they're questionnaire about my preferences and it's not anything I requested. Example I wanted this potential dare to be within 100 miles from me and I'm getting profiles from men in different states. I'm getting profiles of men way older than I stated. Different race and gender was also offered. Most of the profiles had blank faces for the picture of themselves. I signed up for a six month subscription with four payments of $29.16 that ends in August. I would like a refund and a stop on payments made to them through August. I joined Our Time dating service for 6 months. I went to cancel it prior to the end of the subscription. I was sent this email after agreeing to pay $54.42, as per the agreement. But when I went to pay, there was no option for that price. I have attached the email showing the offer that I accepted. That seems weird that I never got a rejection from ***** saying your card did not go through.
So I thought I would use ***** again to buy a 6 month subscription at their price since it didnt accept Apple the first time ( according to their response)it went through for the full price. ??

I subscribed to Our Time Dating Site on January 19th 2025 after removing myself from ********* I connected with 3 people on Our Time and messaged back and fourth only to be notified by Our Time that they were fraudulent. The same issue from the other site(s). On January 25, 2025, After 1 week of this behavior I deactivated my account I don't want to remain on this and be accessible to scammers for 3 months as I originally intended, I would like a refund of ***** I paid for the service I am not using.Customer Answer

This is NOT a duplicate claim. The 1st claim was against ********* dating site. This claim is against Ourtime.com dating site (who happens to be owned by the same company). I subscribed and paid for 2 different sites. ********* handled my refund. I had the exact same issue with fradulent members on Ourtime.com and paid the ***** I ask to be reimbursed for. Please reconsider. Again I was on Ourtime Dating Site for 50+ Singles for 1 week and was contacted and connected with 3 fradulent accounts. I have deactivated after 1 week and request reimbursement for my 3 month subscription I did not use.

There are no results from this site. The site uses fraudulent tactics once your subscription runs out with fake profiles of people you'd never have anything in common with claiming to send you a message or folks who live Alin a whole different country that you never received when you had a subscription that you can't see unless you pay. Once you pay you never receive messages not once but miraculously once you let your subscription run out and can no longer receive messages you receive all these emails about new messages. Very deceptive and needs to be looked into. They do not offer any place to communicate with an actual human. I am rejecting this response because: the response from the business did not address my complaint. My complaint has nothing to do with meeting or matching. My complaint is the company using fraudulent practices of waiting until someone chooses not to resubscribe and then send emails to the subscriber stating they have messages that can only be seen if they resubscribe, such as was stated in my initial complaint. When you resubscribe the matches are from a different country The complaint is I never received out of the country matches as a subscriber but the company used fraudulent practices and fake accounts to have you resubscribe. That is my complaint. As a subscriber I had plenty of matches. I chose not to resubscribe because the quality of the members were not great quality. I had not received any matches or had I tried to match for a while before I chose to cancel the subscription. Miraculously, the day my subscription ends is the day I have messages that of course are not the free messages but those that you have to resubscribe to see and of course these accounts are fake profiles. I logged in the Our time .com and created a profile. I by accident added my email one letter off. I immediately sent a message to customer service who twice kicked back my requests and told me I needed to appeal. I was then directed to a site called just answer where I was forced to give a credit card number to speak with a ***. **** the *** got on the call. They told I had To contact Out time and gave me the same customer service that already rejected me and sent me the just ask people. I have no access to my profile and no way to contact anyone on how to fix my email. In this case, no action was taken to cancel this subscription prior to the renewal date, and the subscription renewed in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Please be advised that our records show that the renewal charge December 12 has been disputed by the payment method provider indicating the charges may be fraudulent. The OurTime Terms of Use explain "If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your **************** Account, Match may terminate your account immediately in its sole discretion, on the basis that you have determined that you do not want a Match subscription." I created a profile for the OurTime Dating App on December 1st. I decided to pay for a subscription of $56.23 for 3 or 6 months I cannot remember. and I believe I owe another $56.23 for the next 2 months. I was able to use their site that evening for maybe 2 hours at the most. Then I tried to log in the next day and received a notification that they had to verify my phone number. So I typed in my phone number which I have had for several years. It is on my credit reports and on all my documents and all info i use. As a matter of fact I order a Christmas gift from ******* online the same day and ******* wanted to verify my phone number and di with no problem at all. I have sent Match or OurTime 25 requests and still 7 days later after paying for the subscription the issue of verifying my number is still unresolved. I am 62 and live on a fixed income, I only decided to join as my son really wants me to find someone to spen time with and enjoy life with. Also on Monday I was notified that I had been banned and I have no clue or understanding as to what I did wrong and they absolutely refuse to tell me what I did wrong. I was in no way disrespectful to anyone and after they reviewed what ever happened they approved my request for the ban and approved me to stay on the site. I have no clue what so ever I would have done wrong. I am not in no way that kind of person and never disrespectful to anyone ever. So they have been extremly difficult to work with and get issues fixed. I feel really hurt by their actions. Honestly I don't know that i want to stay on the website or if I should just request a refund and delete my profile. I feel so disrespected. I have had all sorts of health issues in 2023 with 4 strokes 3 heart attacks and open heart surgery. My son just wants to see me hasppy with someone as I have been single since 2009.Business Response
