      Without notification, they charged me money. When attempting to cancel and get my refund they tried to offer incentives and free items to not refund the money. Very unethical company

      I was charged $623.70 on my credit card and I have absolutely no idea what this charge is for and the support in the company appears to be fraudulent. I've emailed them and received no response. I have no idea how to get this reversed.

      On 04/08/2025 I was notified by my bank ***** of a potentially fradulant charge on my account. AADV ***** EndTria was attempting to charge $99.95 on my debit card. Upon further investigation this charge can be attributed to Active Advantage. I have never heard of this company, I have never interacted with this company, I did not give my permission to be charged by this company, I have received no goods or services from this company. They illegally received my information and attempted to profit from me. This is a scam and the public needs to be aware. Luckily my bank caught the fraud charge and denied the payment. It was a very big inconvenience having to cancel my card and order a new one.

      Active Network akaActive Advantage charged be $99.95 for a platform to sign up for running races etc, however this is not anything I would do. I did find others online who were charged the yearly membership fee as well who did not sign up for this. I reached out to the company and could not resolve this issue or get a refund, and it appears many others are getting their account charged.While the main office is in *****, there are multiple offices in ******Thank you for your help,*******

      Upon careful review of my credit card statement, I identified an unauthorized charge in the amount of $99.95, dated February 4, 2024. The charge was attributed to a so-called "Trial Membership," for which I never registered, authorized, or consented. I have no prior engagement or relationship with the entity that levied this charge, nor any knowledge of how my payment information was *********** no point during the past year was I aware that I had been enrolled in any type of membership with this company, nor did I receive any services or benefits in connection with such an account. Upon contacting the company, I was informed that the membership has since been cancelled; however, they refused to issue a refund for the $99.95despite the fact that I had no knowledge of the membership and never made use of any services.Based on these facts and my independent research, I believe this company is engaged in deceptive and potentially fraudulent business practices.Accordingly, I am formally demanding a full refund of the $99.95 that was charged without my knowledge or consent. Please note that the credit card used for this transaction has since been closed, and I have relocated. Therefore, I am unable to accept a refund via the original payment method or by mail to any prior address on file. I am willing to accept reimbursement via alternative methods such as Zelle, ******, or another mutually agreed-upon secure method of electronic transfer.

      I looked at my bank account and realized they charged me ***** for a renewal for a subscription I never signed up for and after doing more digging realized they charged me another ***** a year ago without me noticing! I have never done a race or competition that I can think of like everyone else is saying, so I definitely don't know where they got this authorization from for these charges.

      I signed up for a 10k run using a website that directly sent me straight to a free trial that automatically charged me over $99 that I did not give my consent to. I was not aware of the free trial since I just signed up and payed my running fee only . This company took my debit card info to charge me for s service I did not ask or want.

      I was charged $99.95 dollars from this company I have never heard of, never put my card information into, and have never used, when I contacted the company they were completely dismissive of the fact I dont use there services and never have, I have read on other social media sites that this had happened to others from the company. When I asked for a refund I was told my membership would be cancelled (a membership I dont have) and I would get a refund. When looking at my bank account today I Was refunded $0 not $99.95 so Im assuming this company is a scam and needs to be looked into

      I was unknowingly signed up for a "free trial" using misleading tactics. I received an email saying my free trial was coming to an end.I contacted the company over email at 8:11AM EST on April 2 and notified them that I had no knowledge of this trial and that it should be canceled ************** 8:14 PM EST (12 hours later) I received an email welcoming me to my subscription and notifying me that my annual membership fee has been charged. I can see a pending charge on my chase **** account for $99.95 At 8:18 PM EST I emailed again questioning why I was charged when I had notified that I wanted my trial canceled and would not be interested in a subscription.The replied the next day they were sorry to see me go and that they would refund me in full, which I would see over 3-5 business days.I notified Chase **** of this fraudulent scam and they told me they couldn't help yet as the charged is still pending.I want a prompt refund of charges (I have read online that once charged by this business, people have been unable to actually get a refund) and I want them to erase all of my data from their system including, but not limited to: name, address, email, credit card information.

      I received another email this morning reiterating that my refund has been processed. If I don't see my refund by next week I will follow up. I already notified them that I want to be entirely removed from their correspondence once my refund is posted.
