      I got a charge for $89.95 on my account that I did not authorize. I signed up for a bubble run in *******, ** and have been charged this and dont know why. I would just like to be refunded and taken off any future charges.

      I have an $85.95 charge to my checking account. I have never signed to any membership for "Act". Not even close to one!!! It seems this charge is really often from all the previous complaints. This is really frustrating you guys do this, without any consent.

      Received a random charge for $89.95 from a random company. Looked it up and it was Active Network, unsure anything about this company but I would like a refund and cancel any future charges.

      I paid $115 on my $350 race entry for an active network race. I broke my foot and cannot participate. Their policy is to refund without games. I applied for a refund and my race entry was canceled immediately. But on the refund page, it said ERROR. I inquired why to their support email and was told, they tried to issue it, but my bank rejected it. They send a blurry screen grab without any indication or clear information - it has vendor numbers and no account information. I contacted my bank and they said no attempt was made to issue a refund and that usually they do not reject people trying to put money into an account. When I went back to email support, they keep playing games saying that they will send it to the "relate" team to investigate.

      I just received a fraudulent charge for a membership for $89.95 from Active Health from 4/11. The charge was out of ******. I have no idea who this company is or why they were able to charge me. I plan to call my bank in the morning to file a formal complaint and seek an investigation. How could so many people be impacted by this companys clear attempt at charging people for items not purchased or acquired.*********************

      I never had access to an App or tool that would have presented an opt in button. This is blatant fraud. It should be noted that this companys ultimate parent company should also be reviewed for permitting this type of scamming and stealing of private banking card details. There is no reasonable scenario in which I would have interacted or engaged with this platforms App and shared my information to be charged. Additionally, there are multiple violations of consumer privacy at the state and federal level that have occurred. This is the same type of activity seen by non-business, foreign actors who are caught stealing numbers and submitting charges to see if they can get away with it. Simply reviewing this companys history of fraudulent claims, lawsuits, embezzlement and more is enough to bring cause for this company to be shuttered and hefty fines to be levied at the parent company. I will be appropriately reporting this beyond this forum to the **** state attorney general and my congressional representatives. This illegal activity is unacceptable and I do not consent to accept the companys false statements in reply to my complaint. To that end I have had my bank flag this company as a bad business actor who perpetrates consumer fraud knowingly and without remorse.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      I never had access to an App or tool that would have presented an opt in button. This is blatant fraud.       I got charged $89.95 for something I did not agree to. I never authorized this charge. I see that this has been happening a lot with others as well. Something needs to be corrected and I expect a full refund!

      A few days ago I was charged $89.95 for ACTIVE. I signed up for a 5k but there was nowhere for me to opt out of signing up for ACTIVE. I did not want or consent to them taking my money, this is fraud as there was no where that told me I was signing up for these services, which I had no need for and I would like to be reimbursed the full amount.

      On April 11, I saw a charge on bank account for ********************** for $89.95. I did not know what that charge was and I searched my email to see if I had signed up for something and forgot about it. It turns out, I had to pay my dog park fee using their website back in January 2021, and in doing so the company signed me up, unknowingly, for a membership with them. According to the website, the membership is a 30 day free trial and if nothing is done the membership will continue. I did not know I was being signed up for a membership until I saw the charge on my account. I have opened a case with the company requesting a refund, but I have not heard back.I searched to see if anyone else has had this issue, and I found a TikTok of a woman saying she used the website to sign up for a marathon and the company did a similar thing to her - signing her up unknowingly for a membership.

      I got an unauthorized charge from Active Advantage today for $89.95 Says that it automatic renewal of Active Advantage Membership 1 Year Membership after the free trial has expired. I don't even have record of me signing up for a free trial.       Hello, I noticed a charge for Active Advantage on my account. I am not sure how your company received my credit card information and charged me for two years of memberships, but I am extremely unhappy. I canceled the membership immediately upon seeing the charge on my account, but I want a refund of my fee paid on 4/11/2023 and 4/11/2022. I did not authorize a purchase for either year, so I am not sure how you obtained my information. I cannot see where to even remove my payment information that I did not provide to you to begin with. This information seems to have been skimmed through shady practices by partnering with a local sports league. I had to create an account after googling the charge. I have tried calling every number and emailed your office without resolution. Since I did not authorize these charges, I need a refund for unauthorized and unused both charges. I never accessed the account or knew it existed until today.
