      I got charged twice by this company without authorization! There should be a criminal investigation on this 'organization" . Scammers even now filing under company *********** Services" to add a different charge. None of their phone number work, you cannot get a response.

      Scammers - number disconnected for cancellation and the process doesnt work. They have email but the tickets dont relate to the request to cancel. I have written proof and screen shots

      Basically trying to steal peoples money and making the opt-in look like something it's not at the end of a normal checkout process! I booked a campsite through ReserveAmerica and then I got an e-mail saying I was going to be charged $90 if I didn't cancel the trial offer I signed up for. ReserveAmerica and any other company should think twice before partnering with such a shady operator. Their phone number does not work, emails not being returned, ******** chat dead etc. They will respond that it's an opt-in, but that's all part of their scam. I looked at their site and they don't appear to actually offer anything.

      I just got charged by this company. When I tried to go into my "account" to cancel, it asked that I checked the boxes to agree to the terms and privacy before being able to continue to my account. This company is garbage and I refuse to click anything with them. HUGE SCAM!!!!!!! I never agreed to a membership with this company to my knowledge.

      They have billed me for two annual memberships of $90 since 2022. They got my card info after I signed up for a 5k event. They then billed me. I never clicked on a subscription plan.

      Charged my account and we have no clue what this is for or where this was signed up. Assuming this is one of those companies that auto checks you somewhere during some e-commerce checkout experience. Call the number and its still out of commission due to CovidDisgusting.

      On 02/21/2023 my credit card received a charge of $89.95. I have no idea what this charge is for and I did not buy anything from Active Network. I am requesting a refund for $89.95 and cancel anything I have with your company. Your company is a fraud and this charge is a scam. Thousands of complaints against your company.

      I signed up to run a 5K utilizing Active Advantage. Unbeknownst to me, this company signed me up for a free trial, kept my debit card on their files, then charged me a month later for a yearly membership of $89.95. I had no idea that this was occurring nor did I give my permission for them to do this or keep my card on file. As everyone else in this thread has pointed out, this is fraudulent, unethical, and scammish. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

      I received a charge bill dated 6/3/2023 for $89.95 for something I have absolutely no idea about. But then I realized that the charges have been annual since 6/3/2021. I have changed my credit cards several times in this time frame. How is it even possible to get my card number and personal data?Please refund me all the charges immediately if it was not a scam/fraud.
