      I created an account thought Commond Ground to sign my child up for a summer camp and I was automatically enrolled in a membership for $89.95 and month! BE AWARE!!

      Whatever happened to treating people fairly?My wife just breezed through the checkout process paying for a an educational camp involving the local ************** it's a kids event for eight year olds.She glanced at the line reading processing fee and saw it as about a four dollar charge and kept moving. Big mistake. For some reason that only the very highest of IQ human beings can understand the processing fee was actually $40.40. I realize how high-tech it must be to be able to take money on the World Wide Web these days my goodness they are just so many wires and buttons and not even talking about the software. It's just so amazing they can do it for this price thank God for active thank the good Lord for this amazing technology and these amazing people they can do it for these amazingly reasonable prices thank you thank you and thank you once more thank you.

      When calling the given phone number to cancel a membership, the phone number is not recognized and drops. I immediately sent an email to the given address to cancel the associated membership.

      I have been charged by Active before and had to dispute and get a refund. I was VERY careful when signing up for a campsite this time to avoid this happening again, and somehow it did! I do not remember checking any boxes to subscribe to this service, and I am very frustrated at how sneaky and unethical they are about taking money from people. NO ONE WANTS THIS SERVICE. Please at least make it easier for people to unsubscribe!!!!

      As many have written here, their practice is fraudulent and unethical. I too did not sign up for the membership but was automatically enrolled when paying for a summer school tuition! Insane.

      Credit Card charged by Advatatage for *****. Advantage makes it extremely difficult to contact, and in order to contact advantage it's through providing your ******** information,, username and password or via email. No customer service available. I did not sign up for this service, I don't understand how your still in business
