Awful to work for and horrible to live on a property they manage. All around do not recommend.They enable and allow employees to incompetently do their jobs. Managers would rather "avoid conflict" than assess problems within communities and take action.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

The office management is less than worthless. I have had nothing but trouble since they took over the property. The first issue was when I tried to sign a renewal for my lease online. I had tried several times before I went to the office. I was told I could do it online, this was after I had told them I had tried several times. When they pulled up my lease renewal paperwork, it wasn't there. It took them over 15 minutes to figure out how to put the paperwork back into the system so I could sign. On February 5th, I got an email stating my rent was overdue and that if I didn't pay they would take action. I am on autopsy! So, I checked my account and my rent hadn't been deducted. I paid for it right then. I was out of state, so when I got home I went and spoke with the office personnel. I was told that when the system was upgraded, somehow the autopay didn't carry over. I was told they would credit my account for the late fee. They said they had notified everyone about this problem. it was in the email notification for Late Payment. Yesterday they sent an email saying as of that day the resident portal was not available and would be back up sometime in April. So, I have to go to the office to pay my rent. Earlier this month, I was going to get my car from my garage and I saw a maintenance man and several office staff opening my garage. When I asked what they were doing? I was told they had rented the garage. When I reiterated that I was paying for the garage. I was told no I wasn't, because otherwise they wouldn't be able to rent it. I told them I was paying for it. I was told to come to the office later and they would see what they could do. I told them I'd walk over with them at that time. I waited until they closed my garage door. When they pulled up the garage info I was told I wasn't paying for it. I told the woman I was. A second person came over and saw the first woman had entered the wrong garage number. They acted like any of these problems were nothing!Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

If you like smoking neighbors, loud music, your car being vandalized this is the place to be.No one cares. You are just a paycheck with no concerns about your safety. I agree with ********;s review 100%.We do have rights in our contracts and when you tell them, they get rude and nasty with you.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

RACIST & UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF ON-SITE!! THIER CORPORATE OFFICES ARE PRACTICING FOUL BUSINESS ETHICS AS WELL. I KEPT CALLING TO GET TO THE DIRECT DEPARTMENT NUMBER TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THE WOMAN ********* IN THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE FORWARDED ME TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT AND THEN GAVE ME THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AND EVERY TIME I CALLED BACK SHE NEVER ANSWERED.THE ON-SITE MANAGER REFUSES TO SUBMIT INFORMATION FOR MY RENT TO BE PAID BY A HOMELESS PREVENTION PROGRAM THAT PAYS RENT FOR PEOPLE IN HARDSHIPS AND IS INTENTIONALLY ANTAGONIZING ME ABOUT AN EVICTION BEING ON MY RECORD SO I CANT MOVE ON AND INTO A DIFFERENT PLACE. SHE WONT SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTS BECAUSE SHE THINKS I WANT TO STILL LIVE ON THEIR PROPERTY. I DONT, I TRULY DISLIKE THE WAY IVE BEEN TREATED AND COULD Care less ABOUT SPENDING MY ANYMORE TIME IN A TOXIC LIVING ENVIRONMENT WITH EXTREME RACIST. 1 starTerrible property management not only at their regional office in ********, but at ********************************************* as well. Absolutely zero concern for tenants and they will change leasing agreement when it suits them. They pick and choose which parts of the lease they want to enforce and retaliate against tenants who complain. They are unresponsive when tenants need help and they overcharge for rent on cheap substandard apartments. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!Review fromColleen G

This is the worst business I have ever encountered. I wouldn't even call it a business. This property management is a scam. They are so awful and have such a bad history and business ethics that they had to change their name from Lincoln Property Management to Willow Bridge Property Company. I wouldn't even give it one star. I would give it negative five stars. They over charge renters, lie to police, and falsify documents. If anyone is looking to rent, please make sure that this company is not the property management. They will steal from you and scam you out of money. 1 starI have a really kind review I typed for other locations about this company. But the main thing you need to know is they will change lease details without notice, not inform you of pertinent information regarding said lease, they will use retaliation tactics such as I could backdate fees on your rent if I really wanted to, they will not fix your a/c in ***** during the heat of the summer causing you and your young children to suffer and your energy bill to soar, they are just terrible people and I wouldnt recommend them to a single soul.Review fromDee G

1 starThis company replaced our previous management around October 2023. Before them, we had a legal and written agreement with the previous management that I could pay my water and sewer bill after I caught up on my rent arrears. It was only behind by a couple of months due to my temporary but significant loss in income. These people do not want to honor the agreement and keep trying to have their little legal team drag me to court. I filed a complaint against them with the AGOs office of my state so they are choosing to retaliate by ending my tenancy. Now I can go back to court and most certainly win because this is wrong and their lawyers do not return phone calls or emails, but its not worth it. I am a model tenant who just had a rough few months and certainly do not deserve this treatment. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be pursuing legal action against them and their shady legal team. To try to throw out a family with a baby when youve been getting paid and the agreement has been stuck to 100% is vile and downright wrong. As a family who never qualifies for any assistance in any way shape or form yes you do work with them especially when they were excellent tenants. All they care about is draining the **** money from the state. If you cant get government assistance theyll just try every tactic to harass you until you leave. I didnt like them anyway so I wasnt staying but I did not want to be like other people and just leave owing money. Its their loss at this point. I will say this though; African Americans beware. Regarding Capri Villas apartments DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS TRIPLE CHECK YOUR CONTRACT. My car was registered since the beginning of the contract and they still tow it. They told me once the property manager got back we could see if they would arrange something. I been emailing them since the beginning of the month and no answer I called and they wont give me credit for what I had to pay since my car got towed. Which is their fault because my car is Registered in the contract and was registered in the application as well. Since moving in they have changed 3 times the website were you do your payments. This place is a joke there is mold coming out in the restroom. Lights keep going off. There maintenance is minimum there is trash everywhere.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC
